Mountain Creek Harley has got to be one of the best bike shops I have ever been in, not only are they helpful with anything you need, but friendly as if you knew them before you walked in the store. Plenty of bikes on the floor to look at and get a feel of what your looking for as well. Great Place.

Very nice clean store. The staff were very nice and helpful. A beautiful array of bikes and a s-ton of apparel. I spoke to a Tonya Ellenwood and she was amazing, never once made me feel pressured, very easy to talk to and she is super knowledgeable about anything Harley related. I feel the next time we speak Ill be riding a different bike home.

The bike I wanted wasn’t available, despite an intense search for about a month. Having been to Mountain Creek several times for shirts, head scarves and such, I looked to them to help me find the CVO I wanted; to no avail. I settled for a beautiful 2019 Ultra and began negotiating. I bought the bike with a due bill for 4 additional items and with the help of an excellent parts department and an equally professional service department, the receptionist having coordinated everything, I’m here getting the promised parts installed and picking up others. I’ve been to dealerships all over the country, including Sturgis twice, Mountain Creek is about as relaxed environment I’ve experienced, yet every employee is willing to do whatever it takes to make things happen quickly and efficiently. Huge thank you’s to Lexi, Tanner, John, Tonya and the General Manager Tom. As soon as my new garage is finished, I may come and get a third bike! Best Wishes, Kevin.

Great staff, friendly and professional. Very clean facility with a good inventory. They always have a good representation on Tuesday nights at Farm to Fork and stop by on Saturdays for beer and hot dogs.

Drove 3 hrs to check out a bike after talking to them over the phone. Bike had a lot of issues and was torn down in the service dept. Waited forever to find out about the offer on another bike since the first one obviously wasnt ready to sell. Ended up leaving. Salesperson was polite, but I would not ever spend any money here after this experience.

Had a great experience buying my bike here, sales team was awesome. The reasons for 2 stars is the service, I bought the extended warranty on my bike and had an issue with the voltage regulator. Took nearly 2 weeks for them to figure this out and apparently they told me they had to ride it to find the issue, I have no issue with that the issue I have is when I finally got to pick my bike up it had no fuel in it and had to call them to get updates on my bike. Poor service department, thats why my bike will never go back to that dealership.

Got a couple decent shops. When you can find the sales its real nice.

Would give it less stars if possible. Overall experience was horrendous. Tried talking with staff in service and they had no knowledge of anything apparently, floor staff was just as bad; had a salesman literally go to sleep while talking to me...one star was given simply because the old timer behind the parts counter was very helpful and friendly, but he was the only one...

My favorite area of the store is the apparel just because the ladies there are so freakin sweet. Shout out to Samson keep an eye out for a used silver Road King! Oh and the manager there is a very fair and easy to talk to guy when you have a problem.

All the Harleys that Ive visit are the same with a couple exception n the south they sell liquor which they dont n Missouri so I give the 5 stars 4 that even thought I dont drink anymore but I think thats a nice touch

Rode down on April 28th with a buddy from Murphy NC who was getting a 5,000 mile service. Called the week before and set up an appointment for new tires for my 2002 Heritage. Appointment was set for 11 am. We arrived at 10:34 am with at least 2 other riders who had appointments @11 am..Brought the bikes in to the service area about a half hour later. They took my buddys bike back, and told me they would take mine next. We decided to grab some food and they would call when the bikes were ready. A couple hours went by and we hadnt heard anything, so decided to walk back to the dealership. Upon entering the service department I saw my bike with a work order :Waiting. No one to be found... Walking into the service area Mike came out of the break room informing my buddy they were washing his bike down and taking my bike next. Not too happy at this point, I informed Mike that 3 hours had gone by from my scheduled appointment @ 11. He wasnt taking my bike anywhere. Horrible experience with this dealership. Employees spend a lot of their time outside smoking or laughing it up in their break room. Lost revenue and a very dissatisfied customer, It wouldnt surprise me to see this dealership fold in the future Sad.

This is a really cool and friendly place to go! The receptionist is wonderful and very kind. She reminds me of my mother! (Oh wait) . Saturday at around 11 am we made a phone call to the Dealership, the lady who picked the phone up asked how she could direct our call, I asked for parts please and she said hold please. 10 mins later and still on hold and no one ever picked up to check/let us know anything at all, I hung up and called back. The lady again picked up the phone and asked if we got disconnected. I told her mam we have been on hold for 10 mins and no one was picking up. She apologized and said let me try again. Now this time it took a little over 8 mins to get parts to pick up. A total of 2 phone calls and 18 mins on hold. When asking the “parts” guy if they had any intake seals for a CV carburater, he started talking like a auto zone counter guy, asking what year and model. It doesn’t matter what year and model. The CV carb ran for many years with the same intake seals. After the third time of asking for seals I just said 98 dyna. Then got well what model....it’s really sad that “parts” guys have no idea of what your talking about anymore. So I finally got and answer of yea we should have those in stock. So we loaded up and drove 45 mins to the dealership to get the parts. When we got to the counter we got the same run around from the “parts” guy again. After about 5 mins of him looking at a computer screen I noticed that there was an entire CV carb rebuild kit hanging on the wall right behind this guy. So I grabbed it off the wall put on the counter and made the mistake of asking him for spark plugs for an Evo. Well yep you guessed it. Same ol advance auto parts question. I mean cmon really why is this dude even attempting this job. Again I go myself to the stand they was on and grab them doing there job for them. When my buddy with me asked for a military discount, he was informed they don’t do that. At this point if his bike wasn’t in dire need for the parts we drove 45 mins for I would have just told them to shove these parts well you know where. The worst part is that I work in this industry for a Dealership. It was flat out embarrassing that no one could pick up a line on hold, a parts guy has no idea what he’s doing, and an VETERAN is denied even a 10 percent discount which is what every dealership I’ve ever worked at or been to offers. Seems like this Dealership is more interested in playing the part than being the part. I now understand why a lot of people hate going to the dealership if this is there encounters with them. Again just embarrassing and sad that this is how they do business.

Came in midday with hope of getting rattle noise that had been driving me crazy checked out .service manager pulled my bike right in Tech found problem very quickly. On June 3, 2021, my wife and I entered into Mountain Creek Harley Davidson for the purpose of purchasing a bike. We walked around the show floor and not one sales man asked if we needed help. One sales man was on his personal phone and if eye contact was made he looked away. Mt. Creek has lost any business of mine and I will look and purchase else where.

On my way to Tennessee looking at Harley Fat Boys. Their billboard gave directions. Stopped in and spoke to Gregg Waldrop. Look at a 2016 Fat Boy at $16,000.00. Gregg was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a good stop at Harley.

Best possible place to buy a Harley! Honesty, integrity and knowledge is their forte.

Bad mechanic service & absolutely too expensive. When they mess up things, they will not take the blame at all. Theyll also steal from you. Everybody I know, that rides, changes locations for mechanic work done and does not want to use MCHD at all.
