I went to this new location to replace my old units with an updated one to speed up my internet. This place is very nicely built and relaxing while you wait.Xfinity office is located outside of the Serramonte mall east side parking lot.If your internet is slow replace your MODEM for the correct one to match your data speed. I have the 150, max is 250

Poor customer service, you will receive different information from different representatives, oh and even though you have good credit you may not qualify for a mobile phone line because their credit checking system is wonky. thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau

We went to this location twice and both the 2 agents who assisted us were rude and unprofessional. They have poor customer service.

After months of terrible comcast/xfinity cable tv service, I finally got rid of $40+ monthly service charges. I returndd the equipment but did not get a receipt! Odd, just to be rid terrible cable service! This review isabout the cable service with daily #225 and #227 errors or program interruptions. I called customer service and front end tech people pass this upstairs. Stop paying the bill got me threatx, colle tion and more billing. No apologizes and a $10 credit for daily interruptions. How do I know? Stay-at:home covid19 means I watch more television and notice these errors. I tried recording an error but errors are random on varous channels!Store srevice is good...cable tv service is 👎👎👎👎👎.

Even though it was a long wait on the weekend afternoon we went, I dont regret it. The employees are SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. They also told us that people can make appointments online. We walked away very happy with our situation much improved.

The store is great. But, weve had an email/internet outage for 4 days now. Theres no way to get through to anyone at comcast. Theyve been saying were working on it since Friday & its now Monday. Nothing but a robo-answering system. No answers. No estimate. No help. Ill be looking at any other service that actually works and does something to help. Obviously, when wifi is down telling me to try chat or log on for updates is useless.
Come here to cancel my service. Had to wait 10 mins for a representative, but was a fast process after that. Way better than talking to someone making pennies at a call center.Tip: there is a delay between when you return your equipment and when the warehouse receives it. They sent me a bill for equipment already returned, but it was later excused. The store will give you a receipt as proof of return. DO NOT pay the bill.

I take back that previous 5 *!!Yes, they were fast..too fast, they didnt do what I was there to do..led to my Xfinity Home account and a Fraud Situation..still havent heard from Anyone regarding this issue. I had to call them numerous times, and yet no one has returned my call.
Needed to move my service and things couldnt have been more excellent. Bill was really knowledgeable about all our options and really efficient and detailed when we made our decision. This place is clean and there was sufficient parking (got there first thing - right when they opened). The service couldnt have been better ~

I’m reading the other reviews, and I am confused. I am not the only person who has had to experience lengthy wait times. When their are many or few number of customers, why do we always have to wait for what seems like an absurd amount of time. Service staff simply just stand around providing little assistance. Make sure you reserve at minimum 1.5 hours for each visit. Argh!

I went to this store to buy a Cell phone and sign up with Comcast,. I like to buy my phone at stores. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock and told me I could order it online or over the phone. I asked if they could notify me when the next shipment came in and they told me no. The kid further explained they just have the phones here for the old people to look at. I am an old person. I am hoping for better luck this week when I have to exchange my Cable Box. Update a year later, still 1 star, if I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. I was told to go to the store and trade in my box from and unlimited DVR box to a 20 hour DVR box to save the cost of the box. I clearly communicated this and even confirmed the box would record up to 20 hours before leaving the store, he said yes. Wrong, the ding bat discontinued my DVR service and just gave me a TV box. Clearly the kid helping me did not listen or does not understand the packages and how to set them up. Nightmare in Serramonte, they could really benefit from getting there act together and get some competent staff in there. Now Im on the phone with someone with a thick accent that can barely understand me trying to sort all this out and my TV doesnt work.

Sucks service! Unprofessional! Waited then when name called, I wasn’t able to answer right away due to having something in my hand reading about their product. Answered after the second call but right away called another customers name. Left me hanging there. A lady asked me if I needed help, told her what happened, and asked me if I’m an existing customer. I told her yess and she told me to hold on and she went to her station and helped another customer!I guess I’m not important to them since I am an existing customer. No sale from this person!I guess i’ll Be leaving their serving soon!

I had a very bad experience with this store. I tried to figure out a charge on my bill, and they cannot explain why the charge was added to my bill and assumed I did wrong with it. Very unprofessional people.
Quick and easy service for my new phone.
I went here to start cable & Internet TV service. Easy peasy, no hard sells, and NO pressure to lease their equipment. I bought my own modem and router at Best Buy. Thankfully the annoying little girl from their current ad campaign was elsewhere when I visited.

I got iphone 10 from Xfinity, The staff told me you could go on online and switch to 1 gb for $12 or unlimited for $45. There is no warning on the website you cant switch back to 1 gb plan once you select $45 unlimited plan..Days later after setting for unlimited, I didnt know monthly rate becomes over $86.67? I dont use much data and Im stuck in paying $33 more. I called exfinity and was told not able to switch back until the following month. Due to the fact the staff told me I could switch back online and no warning on the website before switching, I asked for $33 refund because in fact I used 0.2 data when I was switching. The manager approved $33 credit to my internet service but there was no credit 4 days later. I had to go to exfinity again to ask for a credit.I came another day at 10 am when they just opened. The representative looked like he didnt have energy or was ready to fall asleep.I came another day to ask Jose if he could see how much data I used. Not helpful, either. He told me go home check in the internet myself. Jose said you could switch plan from 1 gb for $12 to $45 unlimited plan. He didnt warn me you cant switch it back. I only used 0.2 gb. I was confused I was charged for $53 for only having a phone for about a week for 1 gb plan. Thus, I switched to $45 unlimited. I didnt realize my bill increased to $86.67? Im very disappointed there wasnt any warning from Jose or Xfinity website that you cant switch back to 1 gb plan. $86.67 is more than I want to pay since I dont use lots of data. I called Xfinity and asked to switch back to 1 gb plan that would be $12 plus $41.67. Its not fair Xfinity cant switch to back to 1 gb plan. They refused to give me the credit for $33 (45-12). The manager finally approved the credit but no credit has been received after 4 days later.
