What a horrible group of people working at this Serramonte store location.They we’re rude, insulting and wouldn’t even give a 2 year old child a mini cookie. What has this world come to when a cookie shop is so selfish rude and greedy. Wow

The place has been around for more than 2 decades. The quality is why itsbeen there that long. Once in awhile they will sell cookies for cheap before ending the day.

We been buying smooties for my 3 kids for many years and sometimes i asked for extra cup and usually i get it no question asked. But lately this young tall lady would not give me a extra cup only her though...so from now im buying my kids their smooties at surfcity, you just lost frequent customer...

Poor customer service.. always run out of boxes for cookies. Server/attendant should not have long nails especially when they are handling foods.
