Inventory is a bit low, holiday items were being placed out on shelves. Staff was courteous and offered to help. I had a certain item in mind that was sold out. The Harmon section had many health and beauty items that I found a special shampoo to purchase for a family member.

Store is closing. Wamsutta Queen Sized sheet set, was $209.99, now $126.00. Oh...did I mention, 100% cotton, 1,000 threadcount (no, thats not a typo!). Im going back today to attempt to purchase another set!

Bed bath n beyond. Has always been an excellent store. To bad closing up so on line with them will be the only option soon

Absolutely no surprise this location is closing. Their customer service agents are incompetent and refused to honor my Beyond + membership even though I called before going and informed them I was having an issue with their app to which I was told a lot of people are having an issue and they would certainly honor my membership. I have called corporate and they insist there is a 20% off attached to my account as a way to remedy the issue of my Beyond + membership not reflecting on my account. Whether corporate is lying about the 20% or the store associates are useless at finding it is unclear.

I love bed bath and beyond because the store owner is so nice, at the door they were selling FREE masks!

User friendly website. Order was delivered right on time. Ended up having to talk to an agent, after all. Very polite & helpful. Credit to the company. Completely satisfied with the shower caddy I ordered. In general, BB&B is a good quality store, with items that are hard to find. Been in the store, and the staff is wonderful! 10 out of 10!

The lanes for the lines are confusing even to the workers. The cashiers never know who is next and picks the wrong person.

Terrible experience, just went I was about to make a purchase, the credit card system shut down. They ask me to Swipe my card multiple Time to see if it works, but at the end it didn’t. I left the products and after 15 there were 2 charges, of 157 dollars on my card. I came back and they told me that the system sometimes do that. I mean terrible service, I never coming back.

Needs customer service reps that can actually settle a transaction for a customer, not have to wait for a manager.

Bed bath and beyond is a great store. Wonderful selection of mechendise and helpful staff makes shopping there a pleasure.

I found this store to appear a bit chaotic. Perhaps to customers who frequent this location, its easy to negotiate. There were no signs to tell you where to go to get what you need. For example, I had to look around a bit to find any employees, upon entering the store. However, the people with whom I eventually dealt, were friendly and helpful. BTW - because of the sheer magnitude of products they offer - IF THEY DONT HAVE IT, YOU PROBABLY DONT NEED IT!

Had at least seven people in the front of the store that work there. Two or three people that worked at the store helping one person at customer service and no one else opening the other cash register a customer service to help the rest. So I left 😯 this must be why the store is empty.

Who doesnt love BB&B? Been shopping at this chain for years. Quality products, especially in the kitchen section

Bed Bath and Beyond has great deals and beautiful merchandise. Their staff is there to help and the cashiers apply the best discounts to give their customers the best deals. Love the store.

It is clean and well stocked. The employees went out of their way to help me get something from the store room that wasnt on the shelves.

After the total amount of purchases the sales werent noticable.

Sales discounts are 20% but have cashier double check the prices. All prices are not easily posted but worth checking before purchasing items.

I almost always find what I need plus 4 more items whenever I visit.A great feature is being able to use the coupons the company mails out.

The store is on the smaller side compared to others, but still carry a wide selection of items. Customer service is very good. Plenty of parking too with lots of handicap parking.

Employees are nice and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.

Bed bath used to be a favorite store but not so much anymore always a 20 % discount coupon or you can pay up front for the year for your discount 🤔it used to be that you could find a whole range of different product but now it seems like it’s just the pricey ones that they have and everything has the 20% tacked on so the can give it to you at the register.

Never have been in a more rude & unfriendly environment. Laura is not nice and not helpful in the slightest. Definitely will be going to another location next time.

Its college dorm time. Every college dorm bed requires XL TWIN sheets. None in 3 stores so far. If I have to order online, Ill go someplace other than BBB.
