If I could give this store negative stars I would. Yesterday a delivery was made to my home at 9:59am and left on my porch on a table next to a plant. The driver text my husband telling him the order is left out side. What option is my husband supposed to have at that point? We didnt arrive home until 6pm. The plastic lid did not fit properly on the order and was taped closed, leaving a gap. I called the store this morning spoke with the asst mgr Chris who told me there is nothing that could be done and that I needed to deal with my husband who accepted the order (he said it is on him). What ever happened to the customer is always right? Wish this were Stew Leonards. They should take lessons. He told me the lids were delivered from corporate and that is all they had. I called the corporate office who followed up with the store and they are unwilling to redeliver a new order. The customer service is beyond disgraceful. I received several items over the last month and if we were not home the driver called and made other arrangements. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Very disappointing that all the money spent on this order is now going in the garbage! I would like to add how ironic it is that the only time they respond to a google review is when it is a positive one.
Good customer service Johana really helped me completing my order. It was last Minute order but thanks God edible do same day deliveries. It was for my friends birthday party. And she really enjoyed it.
You all went above and beyond on getting the delivery to a friend. Mary and the others weren’t successful at first but they didn’t give up and even remade a fresh basket when they were able to do so! Thank you again for all you do to make your customers happy!

I wasnt home to receive the delivery because it was a surprise so the delivery guy rang the door bell and called. He was nice enough to elevate the arrangement so it didnt sit on the ground. Everything seems to be fresh and tastes great so overall Im happy with the service. Thank you!
I was really excited for this arrangement. It was a birthday gift to a loved one since I could not be there in person. The delivery was awful and ruined the whole arrangement.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! My mother ordered a Valentines Day arrangement that was (shown on the website) in a round pink and red mug with a chocolate xoxo medallion and chocolate covered strawberries. What they delivered was an angular white mug with Christmas snowflakes on it, missing xoxo medallion, and crooked messy strawberries. THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART. We called to inform them that the arrangement which was delivered was not what my mother ordered. The woman we spoke with was aggressively unprofessional. She did not apologize, rather she stated “You got exactly what you ordered, it’s the exact same arrangement as what is seen online.” My mother explained that just wasn’t so. There was absolutely nothing that was the same other than strawberries being present.Now, here we are without enough time to scramble to get a decent Valentine’s Day gift and all the woman my mother spoke with could say as she raised her voice was, “take it up with corporate and we are going to go pick up the arrangement from the recipient,” (even though we told her not to do that.) How horrific is that? You call to inform a business that THEY made a mistake on your order and you, the customer, get yelled at and told that they are going to go take the arrangement away from the person you ordered it for. This was a disgusting display of behavior and a lack of customer service by the Edible Arrangements business in Danbury, CT. If this were my business and a customer called with this issue, I would have first, apologized, then I would have delivered the correct order or refunded my customer.
Great Edible Store!! Always helpful and informative about their wide selection of products. Fruit is always fresh and the new cheese cakes are AMAZING!!! Owner and staff are very professional.
Spent $100 on a Christmas arrangement. What came wasnt anything like what I ordered. A cheap version. Driver left it outside in 25 degree weather. Never again
WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAINMy husband ordered a box of edible arrangements and a box of cookies for our 4th year anniversary for pick up at 2pm. He showed up to pick up the arrangements and it was very clear they did not have the order. The lady was very apologetic and said they would deliver them before 5pm. He called at 4:15pm and they said they were 20 minutes out. They never showed and when he called back they were closed.He wrote to them and they promptly call and said they tried calling him but no answer (he had his phone on him the entire evening waiting for them). They agreed to deliver the boxes by 11:30 and said they would throw in something extra for the inconvenience. Upon arrival there was nothing extra and I tried a cookie and it was raw, not to mention didnt actually look like a cookie.We tried to give them a chance to rectify the situation even though he was extremely upset and they couldnt even properly rectify. We dont need the extra stuff but we do expect our second order to be sent correctly and not raw.
Ordered some dipped strawberries and a balloon to be delivered for 11am at my husbands job. He was leaving at 12,for our anniversary i wanted to surprise him at work and i called at 1130 and it wasnt even done yet..i had to go pick up my order which was suppose to have just been made and they look like they were sitting there for a day or so chocolate did not look like it was freshly dipped..im not one to complain but this is a delivery service for a reason. I should not have had to come pick it up a hour after i had the delivery time for.
Amazing. King libertine is an ex employee who doesnt know anything. Im a former manager who left on good terms simply due to the fact that I relocated. Their serve safe manager certificate is posted on their wall.
I ordered my wife a $90+ dollar arrangement for Valentine’s Day. It got delivered to her place of work and she discovered mold on it (have pictures of it).Mistakes happen, I get that. So I called the store and asked them for a refund because we obviously aren’t going to eat fruit with mold on it and at this point we would rather just have the money to go out to dinner as it was the thought that really counts.My first phone call with the store: a lady picked up and apologized and said that she was putting in my formation in for a refund and it would be no problem. I could then expect a call from from the owner Sal. A week goes by and no call.My second phone call: I called back to ask about the status of my refund. The girl tells me that Sal is really busy and he will get to it. I am still fully expecting my refund for their sub standard product.My third call: I ask about my refund. The girl tells me that Sal denied my refund because I did t bring the fruit back into the store. I would have gladly done that if someone had told that the process the previous two times I called. I am now upset and ask to speak to this Sal. I was told he was very busy and he would call me tomorrow. Well it’s been almost two weeks and still no phone call from the criminal Sal.Sal, why don’t you care about your customers? You are a slimy, lying, joke of a person. Is that how you run your business? You just take people’s money and don’t confront them if they have an issue with something that happened in your stories. You are a sad excuse for a human being. Very very unreliable . You are on your own if you are reading this message and still order from them. I wanted it delivered for my wife’s birthday and they completely missed it for regular hours . Called up and said that there was no time mentioned on the order . Are you f*** in kidding me . Which business office is opened after 7 pm . ON YOUR OWN if you read this and still choose their service
This company was good about a year ago but they gone down hill. Very unorganized management. As a past employee, be aware that if you do apply, you can hours cut when you need it the most, I wouldnt recommend it as a primary job, They complain about being understaff but dont give enough hours. People there are amazing but the management suck.

Terrible and unreliable service. I placed a Valentines Day order a few days ahead, 12 strawberries and 1 balloon for a whooping $75. They never made the delivery to my wife. I didnt get any kind of notification that it wouldnt be delivered. If they cant handle the overwhelming orders, why do they still accept the orders? Edible Arrangements, this is my first and last time doing business with you. Shame on you.
The worst. My fiance ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon for me for Valentines Day. They never came. Next day the store gave the option of a refund or of getting the strawberries a day late. My fiance asked for the refund and to still get the strawberries to make up for the inconvenience and disappointment of having nothing for me for Valentines Day. But they were not willing to do anything to keep us as customers or to restore our faith in their store. We will never trust ordering from there again and will discourage everyone we can from ordering from there as well. We will call Sharis Berries, who are much more reliable.

Its the easiest gift that I keep coming back to. The store closed for a while but the Danbury store is new, with a new owner now and the quality has been great. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE CHOCOLATE BANANAS. I think Im addicted!
The fruit is rotten and the manager is a child. My beautiful wife bought me a $171.00 arrangement for my birthday and when I opened it, the fruit was dripping fructose all over our table. Im the Executive Chef at Barbaries Black Angus grille in Danbury, and I know tainted food when I see and smell it.The fruit was like the manager left it sitting out for hours and hours at room temperature before wrapping it up and selling it to my wife. I called to complain and the manager acted like they had never been a manager before. It was unreal. Needless to say, I got our money back and then I filed a complaint with the Danbury health department. A business should never sell food if the employees and manager dont even know how to properly hold fruit. This place is going to kill somebody with their rotten, room temperature fruit. I did some investigating among my friends in the food industry and found out that the business owner is Peter Russo, who just closed the Edible Arrangements in Monroe CT due to poor decisions in the food industry. Mr. Russo has a history of employee complaints and health code violations. My nephew is a Connecticut state health inspector, and he had told me that last year he inspected the Danbury store and gave Mr. Russo a score of 6, which is barely passing. He said that they dont Ice bath the fruit as it sits out at room temp for the entire business day. They had a major fruit fly problem and had excess old fruit swept under all their tables in the kitchen. As an Executive Chef, I would fire my entire staff if they did this to my restaurant. My nephew also told me that they dont have a Servsafe Manager working there, and that he had told Mr. Russo that it is state law to hire a Servsafe manager. I am shocked and appalled by everything I have heard about this place. After my own experience with fructose dripping, rotten fruit, I am amazed that this place is still open. Fresh fruit is not supposed to drip and bleed fructose period! If it does start dripping fructose then that means it is not properly chilled and has most likely stayed at room temp for over 2 hours, in which case it needs to be thrown away, as food born pathogens are breeding inside the fruit on a molecular level. So... unless you want your whole family to get sick and possibly die, I would NOT get any fruit from the Danbury Edible Arrangements owned by the incompetent Peter Russo. Things might change after the Connecticut Board of Health does a thorough investigation on Peter Russo. Or most likely they will just shut down his entire business and save many people from going to the E.R. with a fatal food born illness.

I was in a bind and needed a last minute arrangement. Edible Arrangements in Danbury came through. Ive also received and ordered multiple arrangements from them and although sometimes the fruit isnt always impeccable, its always been a professional and courteous staff.
Very unreliable company. They gave false information on delivery time and when I called to have the problem resolved they were very unpleasant and I was hung up on. Never had problems with this company but it seems this specific location is unprofessional.
You will not get your order the company sucks and no one knows what they are doing. Save you’re money and your time.
