Nothing like it used to be. Shops choices are kind of blah. Not many people there these days, pandemic? Good place to walk the toddlers, especially in the Winter months and grab a bite to eat and the odd specialty item.

It is interesting when a MALL is called a FAIR. But they have plenty of different stores even though Lord & Taylor and Sears are no longer in the building. If you are looking Mid-Americana items that you will not find in the urban areas then this is your destination.Macys and Primark are the main anchors now and the food court has many types of foods to choose from so overall, you should have a great experience here.

So cute that the mall and shops gave out so much candy... safe trick or treating environment! Clapping it up for Danbury Fair. We werent there for Halloween... but I can see why it was so popular!!

Really big mall and good stores :)

Danbury has a mask rule and, being fully vaccinated, I didnt have mine with me. So I spent my money somewhere else.

I have been to write a few Malls in my life, being this is the one I grew up around, I expected others to be just as good, not so. This is a really nice mall. However as they have raised rent over the years ago the cool small stores have become chains. Such is life.

I mean what’s not there to like about this mall. It’s clean, bright and the decor is so on point. If you are looking to shop, dine and relax or just for window shopping, this mall will fulfill all your dreams. We have been coming here since 2000 and we love it every time we come. They have done an amazing job at upgrading it. Very very tasteful. It’s big…. so look at the mall map and park closer to where you are going to shop or by the food court garage parking.

One of the better malls I have been to with a nice seating area around the center. Not much that separates it from other American malls though. Most shops are typical brand-name stores, but there are a few interesting stores that I have not seen elsewhere.

My first time here and what a great sized mall. Went shopping, nice and clean stores, and ate a slice of pizza from the food court!! Afterward and spending couple of hours decided to go to The Cheesecake Factory and ordered a cheesecake and wow it was great too! I think shopping at malls is a better experience then buying on line where you cant get service!! Next time you decide to buy online think of that brick and mortar retailer that could use your business. Support local businesses rather than buying on line. Shopping Malls need your support too and you keep the money local rather then sending overseas online! 5 stars for this mall!!

As far as malls go these days in 2021.. in 1997 standards itd be like a 3.75 At least they still have dope sneakers!

Great mall! Two levels of a large variety of stores and food! We love the carousel and childrens play area, located next to the food court! IThe covered parking garage makes it really easy to access!

.. Our family love drive a hour to get this place. What an awesome shopping mall. Were in pandemic and my concern is maintain distancing!! Saturday was very crowded 😷 I was concerned about our safety. Everywhere very crowded, even food court.Most of shopper were wearing face macks but due to rust pretty much forget to maintain distance!!Lots of activities for kids.. 👍Stay safe, save lives!!

Danbury mall was good, plenty people was out shopping with their families and friends, some eating food. Everyone partaking wearing their Masks. The place was clean and looking good up for business again. Many shops open and plenty people was walking around with their families. It was beginning to look like its almost Christmas time again. People faces looks happy and appealing.

Its a nice mall. Not to big, not to small. Has the essentials of most malls. Only complaint would be that there are few restrooms in the mall itself, outside of the food court area. Some of the larger department stores would have them but ya gotta know where to go.

A new mall for me. It had some of my favorite shops, Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor, Apple Store, Macys, Bath and Body, and a perfume store.

We went to the carnival and had a great time. There are lots of rides and plenty of food and snacks to choose from. It isnt too expensive either. Its best to go early in the day when the lines arent long. It got really crowded and there were really long lines by the evening. There is plenty of security and the Danbury Police Department Explorers were there as well to keep everyone safe as well as pedestrians safe and traffic flowing.

Took a bit longer than normal to get our meals, but the server was quick to check when asked

Loved it, lots of stores, lots of good junk food. It is expensive, but I suppose with businesses trying to come back after Covid, inflation is here. I visited on Monday Sept 27, 2021 and spent the most in Primark and stretched my $$ in there!👍Monday was a great day there, very few people.

Love Macy’s, Anthropologie, and Free People here. Plus, this mall has one of the most comfortable and clean Food Courts around (with a Chick-fil-A and a carousel!) Recent reports may make you question the safety, but this really is a great mall for shopping and even to bring kids.

Nice mall disappointed though a few stores I used to like are gone. But still loved going there. All staff in stores we visited were very courteous and helpful.

A great selection of stores and food, a good selection of high end stores as well. Plenty of seating for anyone who may need a rest, and there are vending machines placed around the facility. There is also a carousel for those who wish to ride it. If this review is helpful please leave a like.

I shop here basically 10 times a month and I have fun. Most places are reasonable with prices for the area. Also the food court bangs hella hard ngl. Every store is updated with what they sell every week minimum.

Saw an acquaintance at the mall today and security handled them on behalf of me. Much kudos. Felt safe being at the Danbury Fair after that and the stores are a good variety! From Music to Beauty and good food court.

Look at that delicious vegan salad turned pescatarian!Absolutely perfect. Its filled with: asparagus cooked just right, quinoa, greens, etc., and the salad dressing complimented the veggies perfectly. Huge portion as well!My waitress is in nursing school and was FANTASTIC to seat me late at night outside when the host said, its after 9:00pm, so they made an exception if the nurse waited on me (SO NICE).BE GENEROUS with her, shes been there for 6 yrs. and has a great nursing future ahead of her! Shell take great care of you.The key lime cheesecake slice was pretty sweet, so sharing it with a friend will keep your calories to a minimum if you go the dessert route.Bravo Cheesecake Factory-Danbury, I will definitely be back!

Never disappoint... great place great food

I grew up in the area and when the mall was built and before the mall was built in 1981 was the last year of the actual Danbury Fair I was one years old and my mom and dad took me I dont remember it but I still have a pennant from that day. Been hung on my wall in my room throughout my teenage years and I still have it. The mall is such a great place to have locally if you need something its there clothing wise and beyond but that fair that they put on every year the carnival my son was four and he had an absolute blast He was able to go on any ride he wanted to We stayed for a few hours and wore masks but there was a lot of covid-19 precautions everywhere and lines werent crazy long They did a great job separating people and also having hand sanitizing stations everywhere also with the bathrooms they staggered them and clean them and was very surprised how great of an operation this traveling carnival had put on. They made sure to do their best and I believe the people that went also did We did however come home with two little friends Mario and Luigi two goldfish I won for my four year old by playing the old ping pong in the goldfish bowl game. What a blast I recommend

Good mall overall. Needs something more though since Sears and Lord&Taylors closed.Maybe a Dave And Busters where the Lord&Taylor used to be?? We dont have a Dave And Busters in this area and that would be great.

Love taking the drive to the Danbury Mall from Newburgh. Have more stores than the Poughkeepsie Mall and theres no sales tax to boot

Cheesecake Factory was awesome. Certain staff remembers you. There is always a wait but worth it.

Stopped to charge a Tesla. This is a decent sized, upscale, indoor shopping mall. It was fairly crowded for a post covid memorial day Sunday. Stores seem to be in need of and are looking to hire sales help. I guess trickle down economics hasnt reached those positions yet.

Nice clean mall. Airy and spacious. Plenty of seating allowed for distancing. All store are open and most had inventory worth purchasing. Food court option on par with other malls. They have a chick-fil-A for all you fil-A fans. Line was long.

We go to this mall about twice a week for many years now. Overall one of the best malls I’ve shopped at. It has a clean food court with a wide variety of choices and a carousel with a play area for the little ones. There is practically every store you can imagine, and prices are reasonable.Higher end anchor stores cater to customers who want to find something more exceptional at higher prices.The only reason that 4 stars are given, is that it’s lacking a movie theater complex.

Its a mall. They keep it clean and its easy to get to.

Well-lit, spacious mall with Macys, JC Penney, Primark, and other large anchor stores as well as countless smaller food, body, clothing, and boutique stores. The food court has a variety of options including pizza, ice cream, Chick Fil-A, Chinese, etc as well as a carousel ride for $3 per single ticket. The family bathroom area had multiple family stalls, 3 changing stations, and 2 nursing rooms. Definitely a great place to stop for a break while driving on I-84 or if you need to shop.

GR8 mall for a mall. The Carousel is historic as is the land it sits on. Google it and learn...Danbury Fair!

Blew my mind seeing this mall, really set a new bar. It’s very big, has a giant carousel in the food court (goes up to the very high ceilings, super cool) and all the stores have a unique, wide variety of stock that very much so differs from that of Trumbull and Milford. Their Zumiez does the best in Connecticut for a reason.Highly recommend this mall for gift shopping or getting yourself something nice/different. The area surrounding the mall is pretty nice too.

It is an updated upscale indoor shopping mall included a full size carousel within. Tons of indoor and outdoor free parkings. Easy access from local routes and highway. Hugh food court with many fast food restaurants. Feel plenty safe with a lot of security petroling.

Masks are Mandatory with NO accommodations for those of us with disabilities that make wearing a mask difficult, just rude & obnoxious employees who make fun of your disease because they have never heard of it. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!!!

Many boutique stores as well as regular names. Carnival and Covid shots going on there right now, so pretty crowded. Thank goodness masks are still being worn by almost everyone,people are still respectful of distancing and stores watching amount of people admitted.

While a lot of the stores that kept me entertained while my wife shops are gone, this mall isnt half bad. In an age where most malls are either closed or ghost towns, this one is hanging in there.

This mall is hopping and lively. Tons of great stores. Great food. Easy parking and lovely decor. This mall gets tons of visitors and for good reason. The only thing I would love to see here is more accessible sidewalks connecting all of the great shopping plazas in this part of the city!

I had a fantastic dinner 🍽 😋 at the Cheesecake Factory and then did a bit of shopping 🛍 at Bath &Body Works and Anthropology. The Mall is also hosting the Danbury Fair Carnival 😁.

This mall has every single store you can think off. The mall is big and has multiple directories so you can find stores faster. They have a food court area that has a great variation of restaurants. The decor and art around the mall is also very nice to look at. There is also a Starbucks in the main floor. The prices also seemed affordable for families. They also have an apple store and a Microsoft store which is rare to see inside of a mall. I recommend this mall for anyone in the area.#mall #stores #family #technology #art
