Pharmacy automatically renewed a prescrition twice that is not on automatic renewal. When I called to inquire, the person in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me over the phone. Not only did the pharmacy incorrectly renew my prescription, their phone service leaves a lot to be desired! No need for poor manners!!!

Rude staff, called them up for an urgent prescribed medication and it wasnt available right away wich was fine but on asking further some questions he rudely hung up muttering something under his breath, is this the kind of staff you recruit for a pharmacy where people who need assitance on medicines and their health call up? This is a responsible job but unfortunately impatient and rude ppl are being selected to help. (Wouldnt generalise to all its staff but some )

They entered the wrong information in the government database for a COVID test. Maybe it will be ok? Usually CVS is so well run. Maybe the staff is understaffed and overworked. Something has changed in the past year. Theyre just humans like you and me however, I think they need some organizational assistance.

This is the absolute worst CVS of any one in the area. Everyone is so incredibly rude and unhelpful and it’s been like this for years. Pick a different CVS or pharmacy if you need one

This place deserves negative stars.This is the worst CVS in Danbury, barely anything in stock.I went to get simple items and when checking out the young guy was trying to run my coupon for 40 % off it was not working. He calls over a Patriciashe was the worst person I have ever encountered and might I add had her mask on her chin. This woman did not even try to figure out why my coupon was not going through she gave it one look and said its because its expiredwhich it was not, the young man pointed at the date for her. Then she throws the paper coupon on the counter and says its because all her items are on sale (which also was not true) I have never had an issue using coupons at any CVS wether its a sale item or regular price. I can not believe this person is allowed to deal with customers. She is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t trust this place for your medications. I went to pickup my 2 very important prescription medicine at 9:00am when I was told that only one of them is ready to be picked up as it was ordered the evening before. The pharmacist told me to come a little later and both will be ready. I came at 4:30pm just to hear from them that they can’t fill up my medicine as they have too many people that are refilling the same medicine and they can’t take another one. When I talked with the manage and I asked him if he can fill it in one time for me or just give me a few days of the medicine, as I ran out and my doctor is not available for a few days to resend it to a different pharmacy, he told me he can’t and I should call an emergency line for them to send it to a different place. Conclusion: If you are really sick and need a medicine as soon as possible, DON’T PLAN ON THIS PLACE. They don’t care about the patients and their needs. Horrible !!

Whenever I go in there the short blonde woman who I believe is a manager is Never friendly. She does not smile or say hello. I say hello and have a nice day and she ignores me. The one on Mill Plain Rd is much friendlier. Very Dissappointing. Also one time made a purchase in pharmacy with other items and gave the girl my coupon. She never used it and was annoyed when I noticed. I told her I want my refund from the coupon and she said no. I went to the manager who was very annoyed I bothered her. The manager had her refund me and rering with coupon. Noone apologized and Very Bad Experience!!!

Every pharmacy is busy but this one is extra busy!! Nonetheless, I think they do a great job. I’ve used them for past 10 years and even after I moved to other side of town, I still use them. They are all great. Pharmacy and store staff are so helpful.

I Find this Pharmacy to be very busy, but the staff who work there always do their best to provide good customer service. I like that I can put regular medications on an automatic refill. I find the CVS Loyalty Card to be one of the only cards that I actually receive regular discounts on non pharmacy related products.

Just another CVS and went there for over the counter stuff. They have varieties and whatever needed it was there. Cleanly maintained and less crowded. Ample parking.

Have no problem with the people there,just hate the automated phone calls that i keep getting even tho i keep saying no,no more refills! Apparently they can not stop them at store level you have to call an 800 number that you never get thru to.

I love the staff at this CVS they are professional and courteous. They are always fully stocked and I can always find what I need.its also conveniently located.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Every single person I spoke to was rude and clue less. I will NEVER go back here, and I can see why they have such a low review rating everywhere you go!

Go there all the time, staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem.

Best cvs I have been to.

We called for a store product that showed it was in stock online and when we called the employee was talking at me rudely and we only called to see if a product was in stock and didn’t have good service.

Awful service, i have flu, they did not have the flu medication, did they call me to tell me? NO. I had to call them and then they told me would have to order it, this is flu medication, i need right away. When i asked to transfer to different cvs, they told me i had to call around to find it. Hello, i have the flu, i am not making calls to all cvs in area. They then said they would call but had to pick up other medications there. 2 hours later, i go there as no one called, turns out they never even bothered to call. Abysmal service, terrible attitude, I will never go back. I miss mom and pop pharmacies that thanks to cvs, no longer exist.

Bad customer service, last night I had to pick up my medicine that I needed badly. I got there 8 mins before closing, but they were already closed before the time. No more cvs for me...

The Pharmacists must not like working there. They are lazy, slow and unhelpful. They do not want to help you. Our Dr office have told us to find a new pharmacy since they constantly have problems with the Pharmacists here.
