Unfortunately the art of customer service is completely lost in this industry. As a contractor we send our Homeowners without question to this company and never price shop with their competition. After they cut a shower door wrong for a homeowner we built an addition for, it took weeks for them to get the correct one back to us. Even after they admitted that they were in error, they refused to install it for us as a courtesy saying they were too busy. We picked up the shower door this morning and was actually charged for the hinges that went with the door. When we questioned the charge, we were told we had to pay for it so why wouldnt you? So they cut the glass wrong, they refused to install it for us as a courtesy since we already lost money on time and labor going back and forth with the wrong door they gave us, told us this morning they were so busy they didnt need our business and then told us we could put the glass in our truck ourselves. The owner did ultimately change his mind about helping put the glass in our truck, as he was reminded that wasnt that part of their job and good customer service. As a business owner in the service industry, we go above and beyond servicing our clients, and actually take ownership when something goes wrong from time to time....because it happens. I dont understand why more companies feel so entitled not to do the same. Very disappointed

They installed a push-bar on my glass door which was a fine job, however they didnt use the correct type of bar, the door needs to be accessed from the outside. i have left several messages with a live person and they have NEVER returned a phone call.. DO NOT USE - HORRENDOUS SERVICE. I gave them nearly a month to call back and NOTHING! RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL! STAY AWAY! Called Glass Guys Ridgefield, CT - they rectified it right away.

The best glass business ever! Everyone is so helpfuland work is done on time and prices are more than reasonable.

People who are giving bad reviews of late dont realize that the owner has been really Ill and they are shutting down. Doesnt take away how a great of a business this has been.

The price seemed fair and they cut the glass while I was there,so I didnt have to make a trip back.Also very curtios.
