We have been working with this business for a very long time, and they never fail to come through. We just had a catastrophic failure of our breathing air compressor, and although they were completely swamped with work, they rearranged their schedule to let Frank help me get back up and running. Frank has been the technician that has came out most any time that we have had work done on site, and Frack is a wealth of knowledge. He is honest, and makes sure that you understand what is going wrong, what it takes to fix it, and why. It is very important (almost priceless) to have a maintenance person/company that you can trust, and these guys are definitely one you can trust. They exemplify what customer service should be.

Hands down the best customer service. That goes a long way in today’s age! From the start with speaking to front desk, installers and senior leadership has been a smooth process. The hours they spent patiently on the phone with me discussing my options and design to the delivery and installation could not have gone smoother. The team showed up with all the covid precautions in place, briefed me on the process and quickly got to work. They were able to use some of the fittings and equipment I had already which saved me additional money. Installers took the time after installation to show the best practices on the operation and service to insure I get the best of my new compressor.Bottom line is I spent hours researching OTHER companies, waited weeks for returned calls and emails and some never cared to respond. Not only are their compressor parts more expensive than other distributors, they exaggerate actual shipping fees. Couple that with poor customer service and a 3.99% SERVICE CHARGE for using a credit card (which wasnt disclosed when I placed my phone order) and I would recommend you shop elsewhere!
