I looked and tried to reach technicians for a week or two, and none were very responsive. These guys called back within 24h, made an appointment for the next day, showed up and were ready for the job right there. Everything done in a couple of hours (two outdoor cameras, a thermostat, UV light for a/c). Could not be more pleased! 100% recommended.

He showed me some key features of both the thermostat and the app. After the installation, I called Elan a couple of times with questions and concerns. Im editing this review. I want to be truthful. I was offered a device for my air conditioner I didnt need. The regular price was over $500 but he was going to give me a deal for $300. After talking to my air conditioner company I was told that the normal price was $295. I was pressured by this company. He gave himself a 5 star review on my phone and told me what to write! That is why I have edited this review. I also was told I could leave a tip as he was standing over me. Never again!! One Green Solution has lost a customer. Beware of the hype!!! One Green Solution and Elan has helped me with various smart home projects. He installed the hybrid electric heater little over a year ago which has saved me a lot with my electric bills. Over the past year One Green Solution, helmed by Elan, has done a great deal of work in our house. He installed a Nest security system, replaced all the insulation in our attic to reduce our electricity bills, installed new AC duct systems and replaced an air conditioning unit. From the first time we called him he answered right away and he was always immediately responsive to our calls and needs. He and his crew are extremely knowledgable and do excellent work. His pricing is fair and competitive. In all, we recommend One Green Solution highly and without reservation.

The technicians were prompt keeping the appointment time. They also immediately trouble shot the problem and fixed it within minutes. Excellent work, very satisfied. They furthermore checked the voltage to make sue that the thermostat was not defective. Thorough job. Finally they were very courteous and explained how the thermostat worked.

I hired Elan to install 2 Nest learning thermostats and a Yale smart door lock. Because my condo has heat pumps, the installation is complicated. After reaching a roadblock, Elan was able to get support directly from the HVAC manufacturer and got both TStats to work. He also figured out how to install and connect a lock he never worked with before. I recommend Elan because he never gave up, and kept at it until all the devices worked. I think others may would probably have said its not possible and walked off - so I am grateful.

Elan and his team did great work installing both a nest hello doorbell and nest x Yale lock at my home. I didnt have an existing doorbell so they had to run power from a nearby outlet, but they did a nice clean job with the wire. My door was also original so they had to make some minor adjustment there as well with the lock, but made it work. Very pleased overall.

THERE IS A REASON WHY IM NOT A CUSTOMER! I did the installation myself, ran the wire in the attic, secured my camera from theft, and also have clear picture with my camera. Clearly this company lacks specific skills required, also submitted a complaint with the Nest company regarding such installations. Keep to what you know.

One Green Solutions was called to install my Nest Hello doorbell since I was not getting adequate wired power. While at my home they also checked my thermostat and found no common wire. They installed my doorbell and fixed my thermostat. The reality happy that they also installed a UV air disinfectant system in mt AC.system

While installing a new water heater Elan noted some shoddy work with the furnace. He explained the problem, offered remedy and then came back at our convenience to do the work. Timely, efficient, courteous, and professional at reasonable cost.Highly recommended!!

OMG! Elan came to my home this morning to install a Nest Thermostat. I am extremely impressed by his promptness, the knowledge he has and the time he took to explain everything he did. It seems I was missing a main wire, which needed to be installed, prior to the thermostat working. In addition, he also installs UV lights for the AC, which keeps the air sanitized and prevents mold build up. While here, I had him service my AC, which is in excellent working condition.His pricing is extremely reasonable, and most of all, I have peace of mind, which to me is everything. I now have a very reliable and trustworthy Company to call for my AC needs. I highly recommend him, and if possible, I would give him a 10+ rating. He definitely takes pride in his work!As an update to my review, it is now July 8th, and I just had Elan come to do a semi-annual service check-up. I had a concern, as I had a water heater installed and the installer placed drain cleaner in the overflow part, which didnt sit right with me, Elan confirmed that should not have been done. He vacuumed everything out and put fresh drain cleaner in the unit, and now my unit has a clean bill of health...thanks to One Green Solution...Elan, you are The Best! :)Now to update my review...I woke up the other morning and noticed my UV blue light indicator was no longer visible. Please note, this UV light was actually installed by another vendor, and it was replaced 4 months ago, after another lamp blew out.This UV light is what I mentioned in my prior review, that keeps the air sanitized and prevents mold build up and spores to form in the air handler. Most hospitals have this kind of protection.Anyway, I called Elan and asked him if it would be possible to stop by sometime that day. He said yes, and he would call me just before he would leave. He came by with his partner, Don.They both evaluated the situation, and found out the transformer was bad and kept tripping the UV light. They proceeded to put in a new transformer and new UV light, which is guaranteed for a whole year. This was done in a matter of minutes, as their professional expertise knew exactly what to do. Great Service from Elan at OneGreen Solution. They came to our house and offered to do the AC inspection without obligation. They finished installing a nest thermostat with a common ground cable we needed, fixed a drain-pipe clogging issue, acid washed the evaporation coil and recommended to set up a UV light to eliminate bacteria growth, and all for a lower price than just an evap. coil acid wash quote we received from another company. And since they had to come back to finish the UV light install, they voluntarily offer us not to pay until they came back to comple the job. Thanks again.
