Expert craftsmen at repairing my car after the left wheel was smashed in. Have driven my car 80,000 miles or so since they fixed everything so the repairs certainly made everything good as new.

I had a few scratches in my limited sports car and honestly I needed someone that would give me back the car, like if nothing happened.They did just that! I told them to take their time, to make sure it was perfect and within a bit over two weeks the car came back to me like if it came out of the showroom, like brand new!Would give them 10 stars if available! Totally recommended and specially high end cars.

Great people. Fun to talk to and family run. They do unbelievable work there you wouldn’t believe some of the custom work they do. They make you feel like you’re part of the family there. I take my truck fleet there when I pick up looks like new truck. Highly recommend this establishment.

Only some shops are capable of show car paint work. This is one of them. But it stands apart because the owner and his family that run the business ate fair people. These folks have spent the majority of their time on this planet fixing and painting vehicles. They did my Hellcat repair and some work on my Land Rover. I was very pleased with the results of the work.

The truck that hit me did so full force, so hard that exhaust was getting into the car and making me sick.The people at Ravenswood walked me through every step with kindness and patience. They were swamped with cars and still took the time to talk to me.And beyond even that, my car is like new! They did a marvelous job. They did forget to reconnect my rear windshield wipers but when I called them they fixed it immediately and with apology.I hope I never have to use them again, but knock on wood, if Im ever in another accident Im not even shopping around. They are the ONLY shop I would even consider using.C & L, you are amazing. And I love your cats. Thank you.

Ravenswood Paint and Body came highly recommended to me by a racing associate. I am very pleased to have taken his advice to use Ravenswood to do repair on my 2007 Corvette. Ravenswood is a small business family owned and operated. The high level of work they do exceeds the definition of craftsman-ship. A tremendous amount of personal care in what they do is evidenced by the results you receive. No detail is too small or overlooked, everything was perfactly matched and fit. And, the car was received as clean/detailed as when I took it to their shop. They also communicate with you all throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Ravenswood in the future and would not even consider another shop.

My encounter with Ravenswood Paint & Body started off great and I was choosing them based on the recommendations I found online in regards to their quality work.My vehicle was backed into by someone in the parking lot of a gas station the day before. I submitted a claim with my insurance company to start the process as they have always worked with me in regards to filing against the responsible party on my behalf. After filing the claim, my insurance company provided a list of repair facilities nearby and I picked Ravenswood Paint & Body due to their location and ratings on the quality of work.The very next day I received a call from a male employee inside the business (assuming it was the person running the business; however unsure at this time). This individual was informing me that the insurance company sent their office information that I may be bringing my vehicle in for repairs. Furthermore, he requested that I bring my vehicle by later that day so that the shop could examine the damage to determine what repairs needed to be done.I informed the person on the phone that I would bring my vehicle by around 2 or 3 that afternoon so that they could inspect the vehicle. After this call I then spoke with my insurance company who asked me to go ahead and file the claim with the responsible partys insurance company to expedite the claim. I was informed that I should wait to pursue the state farm claim until the responsible partys insurance company made determination on the payout and therefore I needed to wait for their adjuster before going forward on the repairs.I contacted and made the claim report with the responsible partys insurance company, USAA; who were very nice and accommodating. With this being said, due to the location and the quality ratings of Ravenswood; I was still planning on choosing this facility to complete my repairs.I went to their office and when i walked inside there was a man and woman inside the small office. The man was on the phone so I informed the woman of who I had spoke to earlier that day and that I was asked to bring my vehicle in for an estimate. She stated that I probably spoke with the individual who was on the phone.Less than 30 seconds after I said the words estimate the male individual hung of the phone and immediately stated in a very aggressive and assertive voice WE DONT DO ESTIMATES! I was briefly taken back but could understand that maybe he didnt hear exactly what I told the female so I informed him that I was there because I was asked to come by so that I could have my vehicle inspected by them to determine the damages and what needed to be fixed. Again, he stated in a very aggressive and assertive voice WE DONT DO ESTIMATES! I told the individual that I wasnt sure who I had spoke with (and it was at this time that he acknowledged it was him) but I thought I was asked to come in for an estimate; however, maybe I misunderstood why I was coming in.I then explained to them that I was essentially waiting for USAA to complete the claim and that I was probably not going through my insurance company which sent him the paperwork. He immediately became very aggressive and told me that if I was going through USAA then they would NOT complete the repairs.I was very shocked to hear this and asked him why and he responded that USAA may send an adjuster out and say the repairs cost $1000 but when he actually goes to do it he might notice that it is actually $1200 and he WILL NOT submit paperwork requesting more money from the insurance company. I then started to respond and he interrupted me stating that he was going to finish what he had to say! So I let him finish and he went on to say that this is how he controls the repair industry to ensure quality work is being done. I explained to him that he lost my business b/c even if that did happen I would have paid the extra $. He said he didnt care! This was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever encountered in this industry.Please DO NOT go to this business!

Ravenswood was one of the State Farm recommended body shops I could choose from after my car was backed into. Based on their positive reviews, I decided to bring my car for repairs. I never thought that I would be impressed by the customer service at a car repair shop but this is no ordinary shop. From Day 1 you are treated like a friend, they took care of all of the paperwork, including my rental, and completed the work without delay to the highest expectations. I cant tell where my car was hit. The paint job is a perfect match in color and texture. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business for any type of body/paint work.

Family owned collision center old school service, attention to detail, and quality

Great experience from finish to end. Had my vehicle broken into and Statefarm sent me to this family operated business to get airbag and door handle replacement. Very friendly, very thorough, very upfront on when it would be completed. Fixed a day ahead of time. Dropped off my rental & picked up vehicle which was back to 100 % and could not be happier with the entire experience. Why go anywhere else?

My car was run off the road by a cab and I brought it to the local Ford dealership even though it was an Acura to have the damage fixed Ford attempted to fix my car four times each time changing the color of my paint and each time they had to paint more of my car to blend it properly unfortunately they never properly Blended the paint my car is a maroon color and they painted it purple. State Farm came and inspected my car and then told me to go to Ravenswood Paint Body. they told me they were a small shop but they did custom paint work and nobody could paint my car better. That was several years ago when they worked on my car they got everything perfect the first time. This year I was rear-ended with minor damage and in October the Acura dealership drove my car into Something in the garage and damaged the front end of my car both times I brought it back to Ravenwood both times my car came back perfect with no problems. This is a smaller shop so sometimes you might have to wait a little bit longer to get your car fixed but they do it right the first time and it comes out perfect and you dont have to have any thing fixed a second time its worth the wait and hands down by far they are the best body shop I have ever been to In My Life. Ill never go to any other body shop again!
