I can’t tell you how happy and relieved I am thanks to the service Alonso provided. I work with my car and the battery was shutting down while on my way home. After being refused a battery test by the location on west dixie in Hollywood I able to miraculously make it to this location. Alonso tested the battery, saw it was dead and was kind enough to Install it and thankfully I’ll be able to go to work tomorrow. I’m very grateful for the way he went above and beyond To help me out. Definitly coming back to this location again.

If i had the chance i would have rate 10 stars. The BEST friendly and professional service i ever encounter with. I got stuck with bad alternator and my car basically died on me in the parking lot. The staff offer me a replacement alternator and even gave me the tools to replace it right there and then (since i cant move the car no were!). Thank you guys so much for helping me out.

Advanced Auto Parts is always my goto store when shopping for auto parts. I was recently in town on business and decided to stop by as I had time to burn. John and Amber were very helpful and we chatted while I showed them pictures and video from recent adventures. This location was quite business during my visit which comes as no surprise since it is in a very busy part of town. John had a customer, so Amber and I chatted a bit more and she ended up inviting me to dinner. We ended up going to Dennys then bowling afterwards. A great time was had by all. Ill be sure to stop in next time Im in town.

Edit: modifying previous 1 star review because I had confused store locations. This Stirling Rd. branch is very clean and well maintained. Only gripe is no sales people in the floor to help find parts or advise me on products.

Fairly new location on Stirling road near i95. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I had no problems getting a defective part I bought from them exchanged on the spot. Having an account with them (not a charge account, a free one where they have your info stored) is highly recommended, very handy for transactions like the aforementioned one.

A great auto parts store with a huge selection of materials and parts. Clean store and friendly staff make it a great place to shop, and they take old oil for free if you recycle your old oil. You friggin better.

I often fly from Jamaica to get parts in FL this place is convenient. Very close to hotels and their opening hours makes it possible for me to come here one afternoon and fly back next day. I would love for them to order for me whatever they do not have in stock so I can get everything hassle free when I get there.

Good service and usually has all the parts I need

While the staff had friendly customer service skills and appeared competent, we were given the wrong part that was special ordered. At first it seemed difficult for them to acknowledge the mistake but I pointed out the part number difference and they found the part at another store. I went to the second Advance Auto and thought I would just swap the parts, but no. It would mess up their inventory. Ok. I get it. I never enjoyed fixing inventory issues myself. So I paid for the correct part and went back to the first Advance Auto to return the incorrect part. But! I couldnt because I didnt have the correct receipt. Really? My husband and I are both in their system, I have the special order receipt, but the sales receipt is the only way to get my money back? I had to go home to get the sales receipt then back to the store again. Over 90 minutes of my time gone and not a single apology from any of the four people I dealt with. As a former retail sales clerk (and manager), I would have done whatever needed to be done to spare my customer any more wasted time. We had spent over $200 in the past 2 weeks, youd think theyd want to retain us as customers.

Been using this store for almost 4 years now. Very helpful and if they dont have something I need they find a way to get it for me affordably. Great customer service! Sometimes the new guys dont know so much and make for a bad experience so Im guessing thats where the bad reviews have came from. But those guys dont last long. The ones that have been there a while treat you like family its a great store.

Good store, most items there and in stock, but often Im referred to pepboys for simple stuff like sockets and specialty stuff. I think they still have battery/alternator (in-vehicle) testing service and theyll install yuor windshield wipers or battery. I buy and recycle oil here.

Went to by an alternator belt for a classic car. Guy behind the counter didnt want to match it up because it wasnt listed on the computer. Told him its a classic car and engine components have been modified, so his computer wouldnt give him that correct part number. He reluctantly searched the back and then gave up.Very poor attitude and service!

They employees was super nice and fast. I had my windshield wipers changed and he showed me how to do it.

While the manager isnt the nicest or pleasant, I got exceptional help from one of the employees Angel. He went above and beyond just to help me out.

I went in for a Fram oil filter, the guy said they just pulled them down last night. I guess theyre no longer going to carry them. But he mentioned if they happen to have the one I need amongst the few that are left, he could sell it to me. He went off looking for them faster then my wife or I could mention that we see them. He came back with nothing, then said hes going to check one more spot, Im thinking ok cool hes going right to them because my wife spotted them from the wrong side of the counter in about 2 seconds. He comes back and says, nope, no more. I chuckle and say really cause Im looking at them. He grabs it and Im on my way. The issue here was the bright orange boxes (about 6 of them) were in the top shelf, he couldnt be bothered to look up, wow.

I ordered something online and two days later I went to pick it up at the store . Great service
