My GLA 250 needed B3 service, as a result, I wanted to give Motronix a try. I read all the reviews and thought those people may be too good to be true. Nevertheless, I went to get the car serviced. I received a warm welcome. Still thought hmmm. To make a long story short, I had an incredible experience. They were as good as the reviews claimed. They drove me to my workplace (25 miles) while ny car was getting serviced. My nephew drove me to pick up my car, and received a complentary tire check. The icing on the cake I got a deep discount. As I was, you are probably skeptical while reading this review. Just do like me, give them a try you wont be disappointed!

I am not a big fan of mechanics, but these guys inform you of everything your vehicle needs without overdoing it. Prices are reasonable and service/communication is great!

I have.a late model BMW hardtop convertible. For the last three years they have been my only auto service provider. They have my car running like new. Best service provider I have ever dealt with. Fair pricing too. Needed a new starter and these guys did it for less than half of what the dealership wanted and the car was in and out same day, no hassles no were keeping it here overnight.

I generally dont write reviews but I was so impressed by the professionalism, expertise, workmanship and honesty of the Motronix Team. Dave, Rinaudo and their Technicians were simply amazing.After purchasing a used Audi A4 from a Car Dealership in the area, I immediately noticed a problem with vibrations and a day later check engine light. Since the dealership refused to provide any no cost service or financial relief I went to Motronix based on a strong recommendation from a neighbor. After a thorough diagnostic and visual evaluation several problems were identified. They provided me with a complete report to show the dealership in an effort to assist. Unfortunately the dealership refused to correct, give me a refund or credit. Rather then have them try and fix the problems for a price I chose to return to Motronix and have them do the work. Within a couple of days all work was completed using Audi parts (not after market). Rinaudo spent the time to show me the work that was performed . Not only were the charges reasonable, no unnecessary work was performed. They also had the car washed.It is with utmost gratitude that I whole heartedly recommend Motronix and their outstanding Team. You will Too!!Happy Customer.

I LOVE these guys and this place and that is something I have never said about my car repair place before. They always get my older BMW in right away and take care of it correctly the first time. They send a text with pictures of the problem and the estimate for the repair. You can ok the estimate for each part of the work separately by reply text and the history stays in your phone and will move to your next phone when you get a new phone. You can see your cars repair history, mileage, etc over time. My car comes back washed and vacuumed and repaired correctly. The prices have been very reasonable compared with what I have paid at prior auto repair shops in the past. I highly recommend this business for your auto repair needs.

Ive been introduced to Motronix 5 years ago when I purchased my first BMW here in South Florida.Ive routinely brought my vehicles to BMW service stations for routine oil changes.As my vehicle grew older and experienced various mechanic issues, I found that BMW overcharges exponentially plus they add extra costs to increase the fees further.Motonix charges much MUCH more fair prices plus, they Equal the quality of maintenance because many of their technicians are ex-BMW employees.If you own a High End vehicle... you should definitely establish a relationship with Motronix. I had an intermittent noise for months difficult to recreate. Initially I took my car to the dealership but they didn’t bother to investigate. I was able to record the noise and I thought it was the a/c because the noise stopped when I shut off the a/c. I shared the video with Motronix. They found the source of the noise and fixed it. I have had my BMW serviced here a couple of times. The first time they changed out my tires. I was able to purchase the tires from Tire Rack and have them delivered to Motronix and they did labor only. Just recently I had an alignment done. Both times they took my car on time and went over their provided service before starting. I highly recommend them as they do very good work.

I always get my car serviced here they are very friendly and quick. Theyve also fixed my car when I was having issues with the transmission and I got a great deal on tires. The service has always been consistently good and Ill continue getting my car serviced here. Overall Ive always had a positive experience and I think its hard nowadays to find a good mechanic shop that isnt in it to take advantage of you and lets you know when you might have an issue with your car and recommend several options. Ask for Renato or German theyre great! Keep up the great work.

I have a 99 Mercedes e320 and she has been pretty good to me so I try to take care of her. I just moved into the area and was in need of a good mechanic. I was referred here by another mechanic and co worker. They treated me fair with no scams or over pricing. Most of all the repairs were done correctly and they have warranty :) *oh and the best part they have a shuttle and the Driver is extremely nice.I am now a faithful customer!

For the past two years, I have been getting coupon mailers from Motronix; but, continued to go to the local BMW dealer for service. My last visit left me less that satisfied, so when I needed service, I gave Motronix a call ( actually make appointment online.)My vehicle needed brake fluid service, but they checked the car over anyway. Now, the best part, service tech took me into work area and showed me things that needed to be done and what they would cost. They even sent me a email estimate and said your call on what and when you want done; see if your local BMW does that. So had brake fluid service and some new wipers ( happened to be raining) the price was fair and the people friendly, knowledgeable and honest; what more can you want...

Their mechanic Pablo is very good but be sure to have an estimate and compare with others before they do the job, because you can have a surprise and pay per example for a windshield pump 335$ (part cost $40 to 70) I have estimates in another places for 140 total, amazing rip off, I did with them another repair of oil leak, oil services and sparks replacement, 4.3k one month before this, when I said is too expensive, in another places is cheaper he didn’t made a discount, so I pay, not going back ( I have the invoices)

These guys are completely out of there mind with there prices, they want $800 to change 2 valve cover gaskets on my cl500! they must be smoking crack! since I work right next door to them, I figured it would be more convenient for me than taking it to my regular mechanic that is out of my way, my guy only wants $380 for the same job!

I have been using Motronix repair shop since 2004 for my BMW 2003 M3. They are the true professionals and always do a great job in repairing my car. There repairs are always on the mark and does not required a return for corrections. They go above and beyond in explaining whats needs to be done in plain language, cost and time, and above all, return your car fixed as promised. I love the drop off and pick up service. I must call out one gentleman. Renalto C. (speaks Spanish and Italian) who has always helped me out without question from mechanic to now front desk manager. In fact, from the owner to the entire working staff they are great and wonderful people. The waiting area is pleasant with TV, coffee / tea and cookies. Updated from a year ago: I have serviced my 2014 BMW M6 at Motronix for the last 3 years. It has a very convenient location off 95. The staff are pleasant which makes the waiting easier, and they gladly give you a ride to work or home. They always thoroughly clean your car when finished with the repair. There is a great culture of honesty, integrity, and transparency at this place including the owner, mechanics, and staff. Their pricing is fair and competative - even for new tires so I dont shop elsewhere. Renato at the front desk was a mechanic for 10 years so he knows his stuff. Yes after regular servicing at Motronix for 3 years, they continue to impress. Highly recommended!!!
