I am not saying you will not find a good deal here but in my opinion their tactics are unscrupulous. They advertise on craigslist but do so in a manner that is considered false advertising or bait & switch. They will picture a nice item that is expensive with a low price saying something like starting at $20 when you get to the store it is priced at $60 or the item is not even in the store and they will continue to use the same picture. Also they offer a 15% coupon but when I tried to use it they stated because the dress I was buying was new & still had a tag I could not get the discount. When I went in there looking for a specific item (a playpen which is a pretty common item) they had only one but there was an important piece missing to it. I also brought in 2 items to sell and both were rejected one for minor flaws (the item is used not new!) and the other item for whatever reason they mumbled but had us waiting around until I went to hunt down the girl that said I will let you know only to find she left the store (or maybe was hiding). We brought in a bunch of newborn clothes which they sell 2 pieces for $1 but they only give you $.01 for each piece. For that I would rather just donate them than give them the profit. Another time I was in line to make a purchase but when it was my turn the lady said oh wait I am going to take the lady behind you first with no reason why. I have been to this store several time and never have I left feeling that I love this place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This store! Came here to buy a graduation costume and bought a whole outfit. My son loves this store as well!

Rip off city...horrible to deal with when selling your items, all these rules and. cost they dont tell you about and try and get your money its one excuse after another latest is not on weekends.. dont even bother with this place
