Overall good, more streamlined than any other brands car service center Ive been to. Service took a day longer than I was told, but everything was done successfully and no hidden costs. They told me the price ahead of time which was great. Part of the service was never completed, but they didnt charge me for it, and they said it never showed up on their end - so it may just be a problem with the app & not any fault of this service center
Great service! The tech took the time to dismantle most of the dashboard until was able to fix a bothering rattle noise. They gave me a loaner to have lunch which was very nice. The supervisor explained me along the way how the service was going and they make you feel like you are part of the big Tesla family. I definitely recommend going to this service center.
My vehicle pick up went flawless! The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mustafa in particular was the rep helping me for the day. I highly recommend this location.
Thank you to Ryder for GREAT customer service yesterday. We picked up our first-ever Tesla and he made the delivery experience enjoyable, educational and entertaining. Elon Musk should be very happy to have Ryder on his team!
Thank you Jonathan for great customer service, your willingness to deal with my questions and setting me up for a test drive. I didn’t think I could do it just as a walk in. It was super. Thanks again and keep it up. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Absolutely no help from the team upon buying a 57k car. They brought to car to the front, didnt show me how to use the key, use the app, functions of car. Absolutely no help at all from them. My car came with a large gap in the window. Im very upset with the whole experience. If it rains, its 100% coming in my car. Will update my review based on how they repair my brand new car. Kind of sad that this even passed qc.I ended up driving my car back and forward and taking complimentary Uber rides. If I remember her name, Adriana, saved me. She ordered me a new window and replaced it for me. My bumper was also mis aligned which got fixed when the window did. Just a pain to buy a new car that failed qc
Tesla needs to up its game with customer service. I’ve been in this showroom twice now with questions about my new Tesla. I was not approached and had to wait while employee finished his personal phone call.I love my new Tesla but I’m really not impressed with their customer service culture ( or lack of). They certainly want to sell you a Tesla……. But then you are on your own, baby……..
In and out repair in two hours. Very nice people. In by 7am out by 9am. Great service.
Rhyder and Alex (I believe) were so awesome. They were fun, hilarious, and super helpful. My boyfriend and I felt at ease around them. Thank you so much to Rhyder, we got our car early thanks to him. That made us so happy! I wish we could have talked more!
Terrible service location. Definitely will not be returning here. First service appointment to reset my trunk was estimated at two days. Luckily I was able to get the car back the next day. Second service appointment: Minimal communication about servicing, car was not adequately tested before given back leaving me trying to figure out how to resolve issue. I was even called and told to email the service center but weeks have gone by and no one responds to my emails. Will not be returning to this center.
It is just frustrating and poor customer service from the Tesla Ft Lauderdale location. You guys confirmed the appointment via text message and phone call on 09/21/21 for the delivery appointment on 09/22/21 at 3:30pm. And when I get to the store to pick up delivery all excited with the family to get the last minute surprise that delivery is rescheduled to a later day and no communication from Tesla. More frustrating is that initial delivery was scheduled for 9/19 later changed to 9/20 and again changed to 9/22.No one has time to come and spend their 2-3 hours of time just to come to the store to find out that the vehicle is not in the store. And the response from Tesla Ft Lauderdale is sorry your car is not here and dont know how much longer it will take.Someone ordering Luxury car, this is amazingly poor customer service from Tesla. Total waste of time and more importantly killing all the excitement.
Recently had the pleasure of having my first Tesla experience through a test drive, which led to me buying one not too much later. All the staff here were very friendly and made sure my girlfriend and I were attended. Rhyder is amazing, he helped me through the process of buying my model 3 and got me in it as soon as he possibly could! If youve never driven a Tesla, you have to try it. Go here and ask for Rhyder, you wont regret it.
Andre was exceptional! Excited he is getting promoted as he should! well deserved. Was able to answer all the questions my husband and I had. and was very personable with our experience. Thank You
I showed up pretty-much afterhours to pick up a parts order. It was my own fault. Nevertheless, John in Service went out of his way to help me. Super-friendly and willing to do what had to be done to find me the much-needed parts. Saved me an hour and a half of driving back here tomorrow. Also - thanks to Bryant in Parts who is a real pro. Have bought from him several times now and he is the best in the business because he is very conscientious.
Picked up my brand new model Y about 3 weeks ago from this location. First, this location recently opened and is far better then the old location that Tesla was at. Much more space, more chargers and huge service center. When I picked up my model Y, I noticed some small defects, which I took pictures of and put a service appointment in to get them fixed. I dropped the car off a few days later, car was painted, all issues fixed within 5 days. Tesla gave me a loaner for the days the car was being fixed.Still upset with the fact that a 60k car had to be fixed when I picked it up. But, that is not this locations fault and the staff handled the situation perfectly. Please keep in open mind when buying a Tesla, they are not a 50 year old+ car company that has had years to work out all issues with design, quality checks, etc. But over the past years Tesla has improved in these area.At the end of the day, I love my Model Y, past owner of the Model S. These vehicles are fun to drive, require no gas and limited to no maintenance required.
Love the cars I have two... service department is A1 service sales need a lot of help
Called the store inquiring on a model S test drive and spoke with Annie. She was knowledgeable on the brand and although Tesla doesnt have any model S or X for test drives available, we test drove a model 3 and Y. Annie was a delight and was helpful throughout the experience. Her bubbly personality makes you feel comfortable from the get go. Dont hesitate to ask for her when calling for a test drive, shes a sweetheart.
The apple of cars. The only dealership that doesn’t try to rip you off. The best experience ever
Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgeable of their products. Was bummed that the model X was not available to look at it test drive, but not dissatisfied that they had a virtual option to look at it.
Great service. The car exceeds all my expectations..
Had to get my car serviced and was leaving town, Adriana was super friendly and worked to accommodate me and get me in quickly to get my car fixed. I really appreciated her help. I cant give 5 stars, not because of her but because I found messaging through the app to talk to the service people not great. They werent very responsive and I still have questions that they havent answered in my thread. Tesla needs to work on thorough and timely responses from service personnel.
Find another dealer service does not exist. They do not respond on the app.You cannot call someone. My car was promised back in 1 day. They said the were delayed a day.Now they say it is a week.Bad people, find another dealership it can only be better!Zero stars would be more applicable! The above review was too good.I scheduled a service call a week ago.I get a text in the middle of the night the tech cant make it and will resched in two weeks. The car is great but the people are so out of touch with serving their customers, that if you fired everybody the quality of service would not get any worse.I hope somebody from Tesla reads this and takes the initiative to respond, that would take effort so I am not holding my breath
Friendly, helpful and no pressure. Took a test drive by myself. It was the most exciting automotive driving experience of my life.
Client care is on point here! Niko is a phenomenal member of the Tesla team that is professional, fast, and always willing to help.Their servicing is an efficient process from the app all the way to getting your car returned. And this goes to all the other Tesla members who have come out to my house for repairs, especially Miro, very empathetic and experienced.I recommend Tesla.
Joe the sales associate took great care of us. Answer all our questions
Incredible new location to get information/services from Tesla. The service center its so efficient and professional.
It is amazing how easy they make the process. We walk in with our tesla app. We log into our Tesla account online. We click accept delivery online on our Tesla account. Our tesla app becomes our new key. The door unlocked. We drive away. This place is absolutely incredible.
A Disastrous post-sale experience. They did not deliver my tag on time and when they did, they did not release the car in the DMV to me so I cant get my HOV decal. Left a thousand of messages but nobody contacts me nor answer any calls. So disappointed after a fabulous sale and delivery experience. Shame on this dealership for not contacting an unhappy customer.
Hello Again, I Picked up my new Tesla MY 02/06/21 at this facility, no parking problem, excellent customer service I signed documents and walk to the car in 10 minutes, I have to admit I was concerned because of all the negative comments about this facility but I did not have any problems. Vehicle 99% good two small issues that will be fixed promptly. Thanks, TESLA Dania Beach.
Today my 2021 Performance is still as badly built as it was the day it was badly designed. The panel gaps are horrid, the service is even worse. How do you spend over 100K in a car and have those issues along with bad service and attitude from the people that work there. The Dania Beach FL store is like a dirty gas station with 2 bathrooms for all, including the mechanics. The disposable towels stacked over the garbage can and all floors dirty!. It is a disgrace. I honestly am having issues with buying this after my Model 3 which was a much better car. The build quality is the amateur hour. They just did not fix my car, they made it worse. At least when the panels were misaligned, the wind noise was not as bad.
Horrible customer experience, no one even greets you, thankfully I had done my homework before I picked up my vehicle because no one even spoke to me or cared about my appointment time. They also do not answer the phone at all. My registration expired and after 5 calls no one would help me or provide me another temp one. Ticked created and days later someone sent me an email, horrible experience.Love my car but won’t ever recommend someone to pick up a vehicle at this location.
Excellent service and spectacular experience.
Horrible customer service. This is a new location for Tesla in Fort Lauderdale very unfortunate to see they will loose customers instead of gaining if their salespeople will keep their attitude. My husband and I was at the dealer to finalize our purchase on model Y but once the lady realized we were helped before with another salesperson in a different dealer she totally turned negative. She didn’t want to help and keep telling us to contact the salesman we initially talked. Hopefully she will realize sometime soon that they all work for the same company. Very disappointed.
Very disorganized, ordered a used car. Since I was going to be where the car was I said I would take delivery there in Virginia. The Glen Allen Virginia dealership is the best, they helped me through the whole process of getting my car.The car needed additional work and I couldn’t bring it back with me. They told me it would be brought to the Fort Lauderdale location. I contacted Fort Lauderdale and they said someone would contact me when the car was there. They never called. When I called back they were on a hurry to get me off the phone, actually hung up on me.Horrible customer service, I will go out of my way to not go back there and find another Tesla store, if I ever get my car, still waiting.
Need better process to fix issues identified the first time versus repeated visits. Also, need a system to identify cars when you pick them up, such as parking numbers or someone to pull forward your car.
Yes it’s hard to get a hold of someone on the phone but that’s because everything is done through the TESLA app
You may have a better shot at hitting the Powerball than having someone answer the phone at the dealership. Tesla has a dismal reputation for customer service and Im already experiencing it and I havent even taken delivery of my car yet. I can only pray there are not issues with the car because trying to get your car into service is also next to impossible from what I understand. Heck, Id even settle for an email returned in a timely manner. When the day comes that the other EV manuf start catching up to Telsa, Tesla is going to be in a world of hurt if they dont start to fix their customer service issues, let along their car issues.
It pains me not to give 5 stars, because I really like the car. But the company’s service has gone downhill in the past 2 years. It seems they’ve oversold the product and under deliver on service now, which puts more pressure on the service center. Individually the service people are great, including Niko and others. But the shift to communicate entirely through the app is surprisingly inefficient (there is no response sometimes for days...), making it difficult to coordinate and plan. Suggest adding chat or at least give a clear automated response on when customer will receive a follow up. Also add visibility on the app when a loaner is not available. The mobile service is a great addition when it can be used.
I carefully filled out t get e application after being lost because my sales person didn’t take the time to thoroughly walking me through the process. After getting approved for the model Y Tesla ruined my delivery date by raising my down payment from 6k to 15k after weeks of waiting for my car. I never experienced such a let down after being excited about my pick up of my car. This is completely unacceptable and embarrassing.
Horrible customer service. They don’t even speak English properly. Very unorganized tesla advisor. They were playing with their phone and ignored the customers.
My husband and I took a trip to Florida for my sons birthday. Well since we plan to relocate down here we took trip to the Tesla dealership as a possibility for one of our trade-ins. We walked in and received no form of customer service. The employees walked past us and didn’t even say “hello” or “how could we help you”. I felt like we were stereotyped because we were black. I say that because 4 Asians and 3 Caucasian’s walked in and received service immediately. If I could give this location zero stars I would.
This is the same staff that used to run the chaotic Dania Beach location. The experience is lackluster compared to other Tesla locations I have been to throughout the country. There is a communication issue in general within Tesla that people just deal with. With this store and staff particularly, there is just a full misunderstanding of what adequate customer service is.I would steer clear and go elsewhere if you are wanting a Tesla, like West Palm.
Worst customer service in history !!!!! These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. If you’re considering buying a Tesla go anywhere but Tesla in Fort Lauderdale on US 1.
Unbelievable, car delivery was amazingly easy! Great experience
Man this place is something else. Every time my husband or I go here our car ends up being even more messed up than when it came in. Today as we restart the car and driving out after JUST getting home from the team working on the car - our steering wheel is loose than normal and now we have to go right back. Please avoid here.
3rd times a charm!! 3 teslas in and still love them.... Communications are good, nothing to much to gripe about, but could be improved a bit...
Nicole is horrible. Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Miscommunication on their part to their sales people about picking up my car, Nicole says “ You need to call them and solve the problem” Last time I checked I’m not being paid hourly to solve an issue on their behalf. Was also told by her “Deal with Ryan Talk to Ryan” because she didn’t know how to do her job. Still don’t have my car that I purchased over three weeks ago.
A really nice experience for understanding the options for your Tesla. However, they do need to update their big board with the current options. After deciding on our color choices and wheels, we found out that the rooms we choose are no longer offered. Alex, our sales person was endlessly patient and really knew his stuff. It was a very pleasant shopping experience with no pressure.
Every time I come to this location there is no parking, they fill their lot with their dealer cars and repair vehicles. Nobody greets you in the service department, when they finally address you, they just tell you to sign in, no warm welcome or questions allowed. Their location is too small and they have too few employees, I seem to have issues with my model S often and have been to multiple locations and this is by far the worst, they are hardly helpful. As far as the review below by Catherine, thats ridiculous, it has nothing to do with your skin color!!! They just aren’t good at customer service
Great staff, great service
No loaners anymore, just Uber credits; very inconvenient. Took four days plus a weekend to fix a door handle that wouldn’t extend for $300. Service guys are doing their best but they are overloaded.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone.
Have been calling all day no one answers the call Terrible service. Rude people. No help
Great experience, I just showed up without an appointment and looked at the model 3. I asked if I could drive it and they told me to bring it back in 30 minutes and have fun. Overall they were very friendly and informative.
It’s a outrages experience. I came to store to pick my new Tesla and it had so many scratches, dents, fades and misaligned problems all over the the vehicle. Service and sale department is TERRIBLE. my 5 years old kid would have inspect much better than those people. Canceled the order and now waiting for the e-Mach mustang.Do yourself a favor “Avoid that store” in Dania beach. People lie and try to rip you off.
Service will only communicate via text. They will not call you for anything. It took over 2 weeks for a factory issue with the brakes. No loaner car was given. When the car was ready I did request it be delivered which they did. But it arrived filthy and without a charge.
Great cars, difficult and sparse pre-sales and delivery service. New car so I dont have experience with actual service center, but delivery was difficult, and virtually impossible to get someone (live) on the phone. Leave vm and get no call backs. Things missing from car as described by sales, and not included, extra, and out of stock as per delivery people. Very frustrating and confusing, but love the car.
Awesome dealership, process was quick easy and beyond polite!
Got two flat tires, had it towed to Tigertail Service center.. (Superior towing was excellent and the service pickup was flawless) Now over 5 days later, repeated attempts for updates with no response and no call backs... literally begging to hear how to proceed. App has stated in service and anticipated completion every day since it arrived. If zero stars were an option that would be what Tesla Service deserves. Any explanations?? Tire Kingdom would have had me in and out within a few hours. This is really bad. Sales process was incredible but this is not how customers get retained.
Fantastic place. Gorgeous cars, awesome contactless test drives. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. No pushing you out the door if you dont buy, no haggling and the sales reps dont swarm you to make you purchase a vehicle, very chill environment, hope my next car can be a Tesla.
Excellent service and great customer service
As an African American woman, I expected more from Tesla and other businesses especially in the times we are living in. Unfortunately, I had an experience that I didn’t deserve to have due to the color of my skin. When I walked in with my mother, no one bothered to greet us, service us or help us in an way. They chose to ignore us and continuously cater to their other patrons who were as I noticed not people of color. This experience has greatly discourage and disappointed me
Worst place ever to buy a car. Sales people are rude and obnoxious. They could care less if you bought their cars or not. You cannot even test drive your own car!
Good communication staff but no body helping you in first Tesla test drive
Very rushed test drive. Didn’t show me much about the car.
Simply AMAZING! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊😊😊😊
This location has no interest in servicing its customers. All they want to do is slickly sell you a new car, and then when your car inexplicably breaks down, which it will, it is impossible to get service. The shop has no phone number and there is nothing you can do to get in touch with them. My Tesla broke down inexplicably on Tuesday and was towed to the shop. They are supposed to get in touch the next day, but have not. The only option is to call Tesla national service center, which is of course “closed on the weekend.” I did call the national number during the week and they “let me” “leave a voicemail” for the service center, but the service center hasn’t called back, so it seems they don’t check the VMs or don’t care. If you drive down to this location on a weekend because it’s been absolutely impossible to get in touch and you’ve been without a car all week, you will find a “friendly” sales team hawking new cars, but they dont tell you that when your car breaks down, which it will, that nobody at this location or anywhere within the Tesla infrastructure will help you. Worst customer service of any car company in America.
Have had excellent service from our contract person Jesse! Waiting for the new car...Drove to Ft. Lauderdale today to pick up our new car. Our salesman Jesse, did a great job of explaining everything and he also showed my husband how to program his personal likes for himself..Drove back to Boca in herendious traffic. Car rides much better than the older model . Seats are diffently more comfortable. Wasnt sure I would like this car in White, but looks pretty sporty! Update later after we ridden in it more..
***** BE AWARE****All good until you need service !!!Testa selling cars but they don’t have parts and trained people if you need a repair !!!I have a 2020 TESLA X ., had an accident more than 5 weeks they don’t have the parts, and for the parts that they already got they don’t know how to put them together !!! No one to talk to !!!Paying my lease and have no car !!!Its definitely to early for Tesla !!! No infrastructure yet !!!***DO NOT LEASE TESLA !!! ***
Everything went smoothly from order date to pick up date. Jessie is great and was helpful throughout the process and on delivery day, including explaining everything we needed to know about the car. The car was in perfect condition. Paid on the website while there, signed the paperwork and we were ready to go.
Had a great experience here. Alex was awesome. He got us in a car to test drive within minutes (model x) and it blew my mind. This is definitely the next car for us and I feel confident buying from this Tesla store.
Horrific Experience! Salespeople are RUDE at best!
Tesla has great cars and tech. What they lack in is in customer service. Their service center charges users for manufacturer design flaw that they do not wish to fix. One of the most common is the same one I brought mine in to fix, the mildew smell coming from the AC vents. Apparently this occurs due to a buildup of mold on the AC coils and the only way to fix it is to DISINFECT them. So not only is the issue a manufacturer defect that the customer is forced to pay (it was previously covered under warranty and Tesla changed its stance on it when too many people had the same issue) but its also a defect that can harm the person. If you choose to live on with this manufacturer defect who knows what lung issues you may encounter or if you might need hospitalization, Tesla does not care, they blame the customer for it even if it is not the customers fault or in their control. The count this manufacturer defect of allowing bacterial growth and mold on your coils to be a maintenance that is required yearly.
Great I hope I can become a member of the Tesla family and become one of your get ready detailer.
Great dealership. We were in and out in 20 min
Impossible to contact service and they will NOT call you back under any circumstance. Be VERY careful.
Went to look at a model 3 and was helped by Nichole. What a experience, she took the time to explain all the options and showed us some of the features of the car.
I had my car serviced there. Apparently they had just moved into the site, and the disorganization was real. Hopefully they get their act together. Fortunately for me, a new service center is opening near Miami Gardens which will cut my travel time in half from 40 minutes to 20 minutes.
The Tesla 5 stars, the dealership location apparience 0 star.
I am shocked with how bad Tesla Customer service is, roadside assistance included. On Sunday my Tesla Model S died in the middle of the street. I am the original owner of the car, I paid well over $100K for this car, it is very little driven with only 40,000 miles over 6.5 years. We have had already several problems with it from the start, the screen had to be replaced at least 2 times as it leaked. It has died on us before, but this time it was really bad. It was raining, the car went out completely in the middle of the road, even emergency light was not working, which is a huge safety concern, especially when you are stranded in the middle of the street. It took several attempts and probably 45 minutes to get through to customer support rep, after first attempt where they simply said call 911, the second attempt was similar, and on the 3rd attempt my husband got someone to respond. They texted me, said it will be 65 minutes for someone to come and get the car, even though I was maybe 2 to 3 miles away from the Dania Beach Tesla Center in Florida, where this car was purchased and serviced since the day I bought it. I did call 911 as it was simply unsafe to be in the car in the middle of the road with emergency lights not working and the car not responding to anything. Yes, your electrical car has a major issue with emergency lights connected to the main system apparently, and not being able to function properly when something like this happens. The police came, they parked behind me and we were patiently waiting for the tow truck to come. Finally he came, and to my surprise I was given a bill to pay over $200 to tow my Tesla to Dania Beach Center which was 2 to 3 miles away. I believe these costs belong to Tesla, but I had no choice and pay it so the car could be moved to your dealership. It was about 1.5 hours that I spent on the street since the moment it happened till the moment car was taken. No loaner was provided, nothing. Monday came, which is yesterday, noone contacted me, we tried contacting service department over and over, left messages, no response. We tried today again, and finally got a text that the car is being looked at. Again, no loaner was provided to me, and keep in mind that I drive to my office every day, but apparently no one seem to care about that. Finally when the service guy started texting me about the car he informed me that car had some water intrusion and that it was not covered by the warranty? Seriously? I bought extended warranty on this car from Tesla, which was several thousands of dollars. Second, we live and drive in Florida and it rains here, and there is water on the roads. How can you tell me that water is not covered? There is apparently a serious issue with design and performance under rain conditions, and then why do you sell Tesla in Florida? The service rep refused to speak on the phone, noted that he was recovering from an oral surgery, so miscommunication continued. When I noted about the loaner, he sent me an Uber voucher via text.Did all your cars in Florida die that day? Then he continued on telling me that the starting cost is $2,917 to commence the repair, and it may be more once they get into it. He also kept asking if I am authorizing this cost, and when I expressed my frustration that you are trying to charge me for something that should be covered by warranty, I was basically told that the only option I have is to arrange for a tow truck and move the car out of the dealership. Unbelievable!I feel that I am being extorted, that you do not stand behind your product, that you do not honor the warranty that you charge customer several thousands of dollars for. I used to love my Tesla when I bought it, but once it started having problems I started realizing that while you are good and responsive when you are selling the car to customers, you do not give a damn when there are issues. And your cars have plenty of issues! You cover up the design flaws, which create unsafe conditions for the drivers, you do not stand behind your product.
Before you buy a Tesla, try and get a hold of their service department and see what you will have to put up with if you buy a car from here. My car rattles on both rear door panels and its impossible to get this issue resolved. Appointments take two weeks, when you go they tell you they need to buy parts and that they will call you back the following week to schedule a roadside tech. Absolute BS, they never called, marked the service as resolved and no matter how many calls I make and voicemails I leave they do not call back. I even emailed Michael, the Sr. Operations advisor and since Im no longer buying a car he will no longer respond. I loved my car but the insane amount of rattling has made me regret my decision. I really expected more from Tesla. Note: Ive owned my car for a month now. If Im lucky they will do the same thing to me two more times and Ill be giving the lemon law a shot.
Bought my car Tesla Model 3 from Jessie there. Great service delivery was awesome I even called him about six months after I purchase the car and he was friendly enough to answer the questions that I needed. Would recommend anybody to go there when purchasing their Tesla.
ABSOLUTE HORROR. GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY SALESMAN ANDREY TAMORAV WHO SAID HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF AN ISSUE, AND DID NOT. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE IN SERVICE. IF YOU WANT SERVICE, CALL SALES, THAT’S WHEN THEY PICK UP. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CAR COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH
I picked up my 3rd Tesla here, a brand new Model X, a $110,000 car, and it was delivered with grease on the exterior and without windshield fluid and with 2 defects. I will be looking for alternate electric car providers as I feel Tesla is no longer taking the business seriously. No response for Tesla yet. Hopefully this posting will wake them up.
Nothing but good things to say
Excluding the negativity surrounding this company. Lets put things into perspective. An all electric vehicle that transport you in comfort passed 200 miles. Wish I could own one. Truly enjoyed the experience of visiting the place. Hats off to you Mr. Musk.
I just took delivery of a Tesla Model 3 at Tesla in Dania Beach FL. I dont normally write reviews, but wanted to commend the great buying and delivery experience, mostly because of the exceptional service provided by Hunter. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with replies and updates. He made the buying experience a pleasure, which one does not generally associate with car buying. And I should add that the car is the best I have ever driven and I am a previous owner of high end German vehicles. Will never again purchase an ICE vehicle. Thanks Hunter and Tesla.
I here for a test drive and to learn about Tesla’s.I’m surprised by how easy everything was. I got so much information I can basically make one. Fun experience bring your family. Ask for frank he’s the best!
We just got our new Model 3 a couple of weeks ago, we had to come visit the service center shortly after. Ms.Bentley helped me out, she was very friendly and helpful, she was able to solve my concern in a short time.So far I’m very satisfied with the service department and Tesla.
