Great location and great prices. I bought a last minute gift for half the price that I would of paid at the local mall. The staff was very friendly I will continue to shop at this location!

I was driving by and saw the store. I decided to see what they have in stock. Walked to the door tried both doors and they were locked. It might of been closed due to covid hours which I understand. But I check my watch it was 6:55 p.m. The sign said they close 9p.m. We looked inside they had guests in there. We noticed a sign that a limit of 22 people. Counted the people in there and they didnt even have 10 counting employees. No one came to the door to tell us hey we are closed, which we would of understood but to have us stand there and look like we are trying to break in when the employees are talking 15 feet away from us is poor customer service.

They never have my size or exactly what I want

Only giving a one because I got to this store at 3:50p.m. and they were closed already but the time of operation says 7:00p.m....

Shantavia was AMAZING helping me out this morning. She went above and beyond on her customer service towards me. This is exactly the kind of employee’s that we need in her position! She was very sweet, kind and prompt! Even though I can’t find my size in the shoe I questioned about I’m not even upset because she was so helpful. Ty for everything! Give that girl a raise!

The sales lady was awesome and knowledgeable with the products in store would go back and shop at this store because of her before another shoe store.

Very helpful staff. Needed to exchange a pair of sneakers for my 12 years old, they didnt have his size but they took the time to call multiple locations to locate a store that had his size.
