I love this location. I do my eyebrows monthly with Lulu at the brow bar. The staff is courteous and say hi to every person who comes him. They are always happily help me whenever I need it.

Lulu at the Benefit Brow Bar is highly skilled and super friendly. I wont let anyone else touch my brows as they are very patchy. I drive 35 minutes each way (thats without traffic) just to have Lulu work her magic on my brows. Shes the best!

I highly recommend this place, namely Lulu to have your eyebrows maintained and even tinted if necessary!The atmosphere is friendly and Lulu is indeed a true professional who pays close attention to detail. I would recommend Joanna, Christine and Ann Marie if you wanted to transform your hair! They are amazing at color, cuts, style, keratin, and more! Dont look for any help at this store. I know times are tough but geesh can the people that work there be anymore disinterested. I will say when I finally got to the cashier to pay for my items she was somewhat friendly. I guess her 5 minute pause between a lengthy line of customers helped her out. First time shopping here. And my experience was nice. The store was very clean and organized, and the staff there was very helpful and attentive because I was lost lol.

I noticed a lot of reviews seemed a little fake while reviewing them. Most towards the Salon which makes a lot of sense.Don’t put down this store for one part of it only. The store is always clean, and every employee on the floor is attentive. Cynthia was phenomenal in helping me find what I was looking for. Not only that she was responsive and saw that I needed a little help with no hesitation assisted when I didn’t even ask. The employees give you space when you need it but they are around if you have a question. Overall this is probably my go to store to get makeup

Get better customer service clerks infront where you check out, I waited along time and the line wasnt even long plus nobody asked me if I needed help or if I was ok but I wont be going back based on the service I was provided.

I was just browsing but this place had everything and then some. Perfume, cologne, everything nails and hair. Even cosmetics and the ladies to put on the makeup.

Beautiful store. Awesome CX service. Everyone was wearing their masks so the eye make up was ON POINT! Loved my experience. They did their job. I spent double what I was planning to, but I got a great gift as part of the promotion that the sales person on the floor told me about. I am definitely coming back.

I come to the store every 2 weeks to purchase the Dermalogica products. Every time I come they follow me around after I’ve already expressed I know what I’m looking for. You can’t even peruse any sections without being harassed. Also, the coupons never work for the products I purchase which is dumb.How can you upsell me a high end product but then turn around and say I can’t use the coupons ?

Expensive, but that is to be expected. The store was a bit overwhelming in general and I was disappointed in both the Jeffrey Star Morphe selection and the Kylie section. However, the sales ladies were extremely kind and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I found pretty much everything I was looking for. Lots of good sales.

What a bad experience I had on November 09. I made an appointment for the salon with Anmarie for two and then for make up. The make person did not go to work she took off. Not professional. . My appointment was for two but was told I can go at one if I like. I never agree to change my appointment for one but she did. I get there at two mine you I got lost getting there because I was visiting for a wedding. I call to tell them I m lost but will be there soon. Mr. James call me back to tell me I was late and she had someone else. I got there at two and that was my appointment time. Not professional. The salon and make sucks!!!

HORRIBLE. None of these reviews must be of the salon. Leo took it upon himself to skip through my consultation and didn’t listen to a single thing I wanted to accomplish. He proceeded to tell me that he would get to how I wanted my hair cut after he was finished with my color. He made an assumption of style that I wanted, which was inaccurate. He went to the back and mixed his OWN combination of color vs what I actually wanted and was ready to put it on my hair until I questioned him about it. MY HAIR IS NOT YOUR PLAIN CANVAS. I explained thoroughly multiple times the look and color I wanted to achieve. The manager Gabby gave no solution for our problem and despite having a 3 hour window for my appointment Leo wanted me to come back ‘another day’ to accomplish what I wanted. WHAT??! I wasted 2 hours here, had an inch of my roots touched up and walked out of the salon with dripping wet hair. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Davie salon where they will actually LISTEN and would NEVER let you walk out with dripping unfinished hair. What a disgrace to the Ulta chain.

This Ulta is the best customer service I have ever experienced in an Ulta. I drive my wife and daughter 45 minutes to shop here. The store is always clean and the staff enjoys their job. Simply amazing.

After requesting assistance for a good quality brand on a contour stick, one of the associates named Christy pointed her finger across the store saying it’s in the Ulta section. I come in often and never had this type of service in years. With no help looking for the perfect match I asked another associate and felt relieved walking out of the store thanks to Amber. She not only showed me different selections on contouring sticks and powders but matched it perfectly with my skin tone. Thanks to Amber my experience turned from a 1 (because of Christy) and walked out turning into a 10. Huge thanks on Amber for taking the time providing me with opening arms and the best service at Ulta.

Teach your team how to upsell the products the right way. Came in to purchase foundation and was asked for my budget —- was offered a product $20 more than the budget. The sales agent spent 1 hour up selling it to me. When I asked if there was anything I could possibly buy within my price range that would work— was told “no”. Tried the new product that was “upsold” as a sample and it didn’t work for me. Since nothing else works for me in the store according to the agent - I have no real reason to come back ...

I was greeted right when I walked in but the staff wasnt pushy. Andrea was super helpful and helped me pick a curling wand after 20 minutes of indecision. She also suggested a hairspray for the type of style I was looking for! Friendliest Ulta Ive been in.

Walked into this store and one of the employee’s was playing on her cell phone and looked up and said were closing in 1 hour as though she didn’t want me in the store. I felt very unwanted especially with a few people at the register cashing out. She seemed to be very prejudice because she rolled her eyes. That was my first and last time ever going into that store.

The store is amazing. Customer service is horrible I walked in no greeting store was empty and yet no one helped me. You go in unsure especially when it comes to foundation and such and no one helps, the girls were just no help at all so upset. Left without getting what I needed. The store needs to check their employees.

I had the worst experience at this Ulta at Dania point. The manager Andrea Davenport has called me names, and has been rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, inappropriate. And just plain MEAN. Im new to this area so when I went to Ulta to purchase foundation Leo was very helpful. He told me that they have a salon and very experienced stylists. I was having a difficult time finding a new stylist and had had some bad haircuts so I decided to make an appointment for my mom and I. Well that was a mistake. Lynette did root touch up, partial highlights and cut. My hair looks dry (not healthy at all with no bounce) and the highlights look like streaks. She didnt fix the problem from previous haircut which was uneven layers. I also had an undercut for over 3 years now which she said I should grow out. Ive been very happy with the undercut and now I dont like how it looks growing in. All on all it was not worth the high end salon price I paid for Hair Cuttery service. I would not go back to the salon!

The Ulta Beauty Store and Salon at Dania Pointe is my first visit to one of their stores. I must say that I was impressed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I found it intriguing that they are so different from Sephora stores. The Ulta Beauty Store has a great selection but not many high end brands like Chanel or Bobby Brown. I did find great make up brushes and some interesting unique products. It is a nice store that if you are in the Dania Pointe area you should visit. They do offer Lancôme, Clinique and Estee Lauder if you are into those brands. They also have makeup staff that will give you a makeover or install certain false eye lashes for a small fee.

Employees were super helpful and the new store is fantastic!

Terrible if you not a member of there credit card you are not treated well.
