Horrible experience. A man there asked if he could help me. When I told him what I was looking for in a shoe he got extremely irate and told me he doesnt do custom orders. I told him i didnt ask for a custom order. Still treating me with a terrible attitude i asked him what kind of customers he has had. Assuming maybe he has had alot of people putting a lot of demands on him. He comes back with a remark that he helps diabetics. I finally gave up with him and excused myself and left. I was in a good mood when i came in but looks like all this man knows how to do is chase customers away. This man deserves less than a zero!In response to your response below i never asked for a special removable insole and you never let me finish and cut me off and said you didnt do custom orders. The elaborate explanation you just put on this site you never told me. You only put this explanation to make yourself look better. It is not the truth. Plus if you read my review I said I was not asking for custom made shoes. Sorry but you did have a terrible attitude and now you are lying to cover it up. Everyone should read all the negative reviews.In the past i used to buy shoes here and they were fine. However I dealt with a woman there who was very polite. It is a shame that you lost a customer.

Great customer service! I sought help from several sources to obtain an oxygen concentrator to use while visiting, and not one was able to help. Steve at Dania Med knew exactly what we needed, and quickly and efficiently made arrangements for us. I would recommend them highly.

Began well, Steve was fine in the beginning, but money hungry in the end.

I was in desperate need for walker and wheelchair for my elderly mother, Thank god I found Dania medical supply and equipment in Dania. After frustratingly seeking prescribed CPAP equipment from several sources, I had the good fortune to encounter these fine folks. Steve, the Owner, made the effort to provide me with an excellent machine, and then spent a good bit of time with me; even sharing an instructional video. After delivery, he even called me a few times, to see how I was doing, and whether I had any questions.I totally recommend Dania Medical, and enthusiastically look forward to relying on their outstanding, professional service, in the future.

I ordered some equipment for my mom who was coming home from rehab. Everything was delivered when it was scheduled but she ended up not needing it because she went back in the hospital the day she was supposed to come home. We arranged for pick up and all was refunded. I dealt with Steve the owner who took care of everything. Would use them again should the need arise.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...We ordered a wheelchair- had it for a week. Informed them to please schedule a PU and offered to bring it back to there office. They said...no promlem, thry will PU..Gave them the location and they confirmed a date -time. The next day Steve the owner called to tell me they could not PU. When I questioned him...he proceeded to call me a liar, insult me...I said i will report him to Medicare...he laughed me off and told me he had a monopoly in the area and could care less.

Very reasonable prices, always willing to help.

The owner, Steve, kept interrupting me & calling me a liar! Told me hed pick up his rental equipment no charge. Three days he called to say it would cost $75.00.
