Via emails they let you know what was going on with your order; estimated arrival and final delivery.The workers assembled everything, explained the controls and left the area clean. Couch arrived a little late than expected but with no issues. Communication within the company needs improvement from my perspective because I got no status updates unless I asked and when it finally got close to arrival date, I got notification sudden saying my couch would be delivered on x date and needs signature but no one contacted me prior to verify if x date would work for me. I told someone from customer service and they said someone was supposed to contact me but no one did but it worked out because I was able to be home for the sudden date and if not they wouldve rescheduled. Overall, couch is much firmer than I expected but its not an issue. Couch has no discrepancies and I love it. And I had no issues with white glove service. Again with communication, delivery men were the same men to assemble the couch but they werent notified prior so they had me show them receipt for white glove. After that, everything went smooth.

Outstanding product Sofadreams delivers, we were also unsure of the authenticity just reviewing the site so took a trip to Miami to physically see the product. An amazing staff greeted us spending over an hour explaining the options and assisting us with a custom build. The team was upfront on the wait times for delivery and were very open to providing multiple updates when ever we became impatient consumers. The sectional arrived exactly as we ordered and the white glove service was worth every penny as they had the full thing assembled in less than 30 mins. We were concerned with the comfort as many people have commented pre-order but can attest our family has passed out in the living room countless times since it has arrived. I had been on a hunt for a quality couch/sectional for a couple years. The ones I found that were big enough, had very mixed reviews. The quality ones with the best reviews, were never quite big enough for the space.Finally one day I stumbled into a SofaDream add on Instagram. I was really impressed with what I saw on their website. Still though, ordering something as expensive as this without ever sitting on it or seeing it in real life was a little nerve racking.I called their store one day and had the pleasure of speaking to Ariana. She was friendly, professional, and really helpful. She sent me fabric swatches I was able to chose from which was great. I had a concern that the sectional we liked was not going to fill the space. She recommended I give her the space measurements to see what she could do.After reviewing the measurements, she suggested I customize the couch size and add a section to each leg of the sectional... I had no idea that was an option. With her help we were able to find the most perfect piece of furniture for the space.Over time I have developed a “buy once, cry once” mentality. Meaning that I pay the premium for quality once, instead of settling for less quality a few times.This sectional is the highest quality furniture I have ever seen in person. Yes, it took a long time to arrive, but it was more than worth the wait. As a bonus, they even included some custom matching pillows for me.Thank you all for your help and great communication.

I wanted to purchase a sofa from Sofadream. But, it would take too long for us to receive the product on time with our move in new house. So, they gave me a few suggestion with their in stock products. I made the purchase entirely through email communication. At first, I was a little worries. However, everything went well. I got my sofa right on the scheduled date. It has been almost 2 years, and their sofa still in excellence condition. I personally like the modern design over the traditional. I will definitely make a purchase from them again because of the service and products quality. if you need to buy a customized sofa, I suggest you plan ahead.

When I found Sofadreams, I flew from Chicago to Miami to go check it out in person. The web doesnt do it justice. The workmanship is excellent. Arianna, Chris, the delivery experts are the best. I was abut worried because I searched on YouTube for a review but didn’t find a personal review. I am beyond impressed with the quality and how great our sofa is. I ordered the Hollywood in the size large since we’re a four member family. If you are a larger family do size up to an XL. I live in VA and purchased my set in April this year. I was very nervous because this was being done via the Internet..I called the store in FL and asked a lot of question. She even allow me to FaceTime them so I can actually see the couch that was in their showroom. I had young ladies at the store sit and bounce on the chair so I could see if it was hard. I love the chair and everyone that walks in fall in love with it... I brought a timer and hooked it up so they will turn on at 3 p.m. everyday and turn off at 11 p.m... with this style chair you must have pillows or it will not be comfortable for your back

Sofa Dreams is awesome! I ordered a sofa late January 2020 and it was supposed to arrive in 12 weeks. It arrived much later than the twelve weeks. I am not sure why because nothing goes wrong during a pandemic/massive international shut down, right (sarcasm)? They were very helpful, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied when the sofa finally arrived. They did not do anything because I complained. They did it because this was not typical of the way they run their business. I did a major remodel that included replacing every single piece of furniture in my home. I dealt with several different furniture companies and Sofa Dreams was the absolute best. I had already refused delivery on a couch that was not what was advertised. Their couch was exactly what it was supposed to be, gorgeous, and great quality.

The staff at SofaDreams was excellent. They helped me with picking out the perfect sofa for my new home. When my sofa arrived it was absolutely beautiful.

I love my sofa. It looks just like the pictures on the website. I got in contact with the company via Instagram. I got the Detroit in the ultra leather all black material with a pull out sofa and white glove delivery service. Everything was as expected. However, I will say be weary of the time between ordering and receiving the actual item. They continue to advertise 8-12 weeks for custom orders with a 1-2 week delay. In actuality i ordered my sofa October 1st and did not receive it until January 29th. Not a huge deal for most, but as i had moved into a new apartment and had no sofa to begin with. I would give that part of the business 3.5 stars for not being realistic when it came to delivery time. Otherwise the sofa is great and I hope to order another from them in the future.

I was little hesitant to buy Sofa online. So, we visited their Miami location where Arianna explained everything in detail. She placed an order for us and gave us the expected delivery date. Sofa delivered on time with white glove service. I was happy to see the sofa in real looks exactly how it was in picture on their web site. Few month later, I had an issue with LED light and i just e-mailed them with minimal details and next thing you know is response back from Arianna asking me to confirm my address so that she can sent the replacement parts. Parts arrived next day by mail, but I couldnt figure out how to install it. So, dropped another e-mail asking for installation help. Very next day, Michael called me asking me for a time window for their technician to come out and replace parts. Buying satisfaction is one thing, but I wasnt expecting this fast response for service from furniture store. I was very delighted the way they assisted me all along the way. They are going to be my furniture store for any future furniture needs.

Hi feel obligated to comment on the one star review from mr .jj mathew. I attached the pictures showing the screenshot from my personal computer showing the email conversation and the damaged units. As he states in his email, the driver cut the headrest. The Driver also cut the lower part of another (non visible part) I offered a quick solution discount of 400 USD plus an immediate repair by a certified contractor of both items or a replacement. Mr. JJ Matthew chose the replacement, which was taken care of. Since all items are custom made in Germany, it took 8 weeks to get the new pieces delivered. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Although the damage was not caused by Sofadreams and it was not a quality issue, I tried to make it right. And I´m very sorry, that I obviously failed to do so. If there´s anything I can do please contact me and again. It still is a beautiful sofa set and I hope you enjoy it. K.M.

I was initially hesitant to pay a fortune for the sofa I have not actually seen, so I requested for samples, which were delivered promptly. Also, Arianna and her team were very helpful in selection of color combinations. The sectional delivered was gorgeous, comfortable, and meticulously constructed. The sofas are relatively expensive compared with other offerings, but you also get a very good quality for the price. What I liked the most is that Sofa Dreams will customize your sofa. Delivery was within the stipulated eight to 12 weeks. I was a little disappointed that one option I had asked for was not installed but the mistake was well acknowledged, apologized for, and handled in very professional manner. Overall, this was worth it. I recommend anyone who may still be contemplating that you will not be disappointed. The store manager, Arrianna is the best.

Ordered a corner outdoor sofa and table on the 8th june, with expected delivery on the 22nd August.I have emailed today to see if there is any shipping updates to be told the sofa is out of stock and won’t be available till January.At what point where they going to let me know if I didn’t email?Absolutely terrible customer service. These people are amazing at it!My husband and I have been researching couches for a few months now to try to find the best fit for the basement of our new house, and in that process we stumbled across the couches at Sofadreams and fell in love with them. The look, the quality, everything seems amazing--with the only downside being the price. But, its expected that it would be expensive when the quality is good.So, with the price being a little bit higher but being willing to save for it, we reached out to the company to ask a few questions about some of the logistics and found that they are so wonderful to work with. Amazingly so. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service. We have communicated over text, and email. I have gotten prompt and professional answers to all of my questions--and have even been sent pictures and videos from one of the salespeople who went out on the floor to get specific measurements for me since I dont live in the same state.And the most amazing part of all of this is that they gave me all of this help over the last few months, even though I told we might not end up purchasing the couch because of cost!! Thats not a normal thing. Ive had RC Willey salesman just walk away from my questions when they found out that we wouldnt be purchasing. But the people at Sofadreams arent like that.Needless to say after this super long review, I am incredibly impressed, and still hope to be able to purchase the couch after we have saved up enough money to do so. Love my new Jacksonville sofa from Sofadreams. I was ordering swatches because I didn’t have the chance to stop by at the store so Ariana was kind enough to send the swatches to me. Some of the local furniture stores did not even have fabric swatches in the store! So I relied on previous customer reviews of this sofa, the pictures and comments on facebook and on the information I got form the store down in Florida. I called several times and I always been treated perfectly and all my questions have been answered.I recommend to order some watches first as the online colors are slightly different, depending on what fabric you choose.Appreciate Arianas patience with me. I chose the Jacksonville XL with a recliner function and other additional pieces. Although it was a bit more expensive then I hoped - I was not disappointed! The couch arrived after 9 weeks and the shipping company contacted me 4 days in advance. The setup was easy, took less than 10 minutes.The couch has good support, its not a very soft couch and that´s what I figured anyways. It´s pretty firm but I have back issues, so I wanted something that didnt sink down too much. My husband loves the lazy boy - ottoman with its great shape. He says its the most comfortable sofa ever. And with the LED lights and all the sofa looks just great.It was worth the wait and the expense.
