Went in today to redeem this coupon and was told it was only good for the cone no ice cream when it clearly says redeemable for one mini scoop. Not acceptable. Wont be back and I wont recommend. And the pic is an ice cream scoop and cone lol.

This experience was awesome. Silvanna was so kind and very helpful. I had a milkshake with a new flavor that was a mix of Baileys and Browney. So good. The setting is great. Plenty of outdoor seating in the courtyard, with a water feature in the middle. I will definitely return soon.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake. Walked out of the store and drank a few sips. Noticed there were chunks in it that didnt seem right. It tasted bad too. Went back in and asked if it was indeed a chocolate milkshake and not something else. The nice girl working there assured me it was chocolate and showed me the chocolate ice cream she used to make it. I realized the chunks in the milkshake were from the stale ice cream that was used. The chunks tasted like freezer burned ice cream. The girl working there was very nice and offered to make me a new one with different ice cream. I just asked her to throw it away and left. I usually dont write reviews but this ice cream made me sick. Hopefully they threw the rest of this away.

The best quality ice cream served by the best quality workers. The last two times I have gone, I was served by Isabella and she is the best. She always makes small talk and leaves us with a big smile. She is by far the most hardworking ice cream server I have ever had, and she has just recently started, too.

Ice cream is great but $8.99 a pint. 2 pints and 2 cones to go $22.00. Not worth it as good as it is.

Are you you in the Dania Beach area? Even if you are not, make it a point to stop by this shop. My daughter and I are regulars. The service is impeccable. In addition, they allow you to sample any flavors you want before you commit. But wait....is there such a thing as committing to one flavor? Exactly! That’s why the team can combine any of the flavors for you. Stop by and ask for their Irish cream brownie milkshake. You’re welcome 😉

Just went into this establishment and I walked out with a smile across my face. The store was super clean and the staff was amazing and helpful. I got the caramel cone and it was absolutely amazing!! I recommend this place if you want a delicious treat and some great company :)!!

INCREDIBLE customer service!! This is my new favorite ice cream shop and I will definitely be returning. A very nice employee named Isabella made and handed me my ice cream, and was very kind and helpful. Ice cream tasted amazing and the shop was super clean and tidy. I 100% recommend this shop!

Great customer service!Yes, this location is small but what do you expect, youre there to pick it up and go walk around. You can sit outside and enjoy everything around you. I cant get enough of this place. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and the customer service is fantastic. I walked in and the first thing I noticed is how clean and well maintained the store is. Everything is laid out very nicely and visually appealing. I couldnt feel more covid safe with the mask enforcement of the store. All employees wear gloves and masks and leave you with no doubts about the food. The employees Silvana and Giancarlo were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. At first I felt a little overwhelmed with the multiple selections of ice cream, but the employees quickly made that feeling dissipate. The prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I will definitely be returning for more very soon.

I am visiting from maryland and both times I have been here have been amazing experiences! Isabella served us the first time we went and we were hoping she’d be there the next time and she was. She is so nice and can really brighten someone’s day:). She started conversation and made sure we all got exactly what we ordered. Her coworker was extremely nice too. They both made us smile and laughs and it was a great experience. It’s the small things that matter. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I walked into the store and was instantly catching good vibes. I was felt welcome and greeted by the employees. One in particular that goes by the name Giancarlo stood out to me. It was my first time there and I was not quite familiar with the selection. He helped me pick a good flavor of ice cream and gave me spectacular customer service. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and very covid safe. The staff was nothing but respectful and helpful and I will definitely be returning there soon. I was there close the end of the store hours and stuck around for a bit to eat my ice cream and by the time I left the staff was still cleaning every nook and cranny of the store. 10/10 customer service 11/10 cleanliness and 12/10 vibes. No complaints and can’t wait to come back.

This store is THE BEST!! The store is very covid friendly (social distancing, hand sanitizer stands, gloves, masks)! also, the store is clean and well maintained by the staff! not only were the staff AMAZING, they made me feel so welcome ! Delicious icecreams, good services, but very loudly.

The online hours said that today (1/30/2021) the store would be open at 1pm. Showed up and closed. The door says it opens at 2pm. This is the second time this happens to me. Terrible. I reported this issue last time to the manager and the problem is still happening. The hours said they were recently updated 3 weeks ago. Still wrong.

I give 4 stars the employees are super nice and the ice cream is delicious the first time I went my wife asked for 1 scoop and she got 3 the ice was about to tip to the floor but still amazing experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They close at 10pm, walked in today at 9:01pm and was told by the Heavy set black guy that they were closed. He stated that they actually close at 10, but they close 1 hour early so that they could clean up. I drove a distance just to be turned around. Never again will I visit this location and I will be calling corporate.

Isabella, Silvanna, Madison, and Stephanie were by far the most friendly and professional employees I have ever come across. The store was incredibly Covid-friendly and that’s not even mentioning the ice cream that was delectable.

Went in at 8:55pm, door was open and sign on door said open. Walked in and was refused service, we asked why, its not 9pm yet? And employee said that she had to clean up and that takes some time. Well then close at 8:30pm, Dont send a 4 year old autistic child out the door crying because you have to do your job that takes time. I am a Dania resident and wouldve been a regular Friday night client. No worries I highly recommend Jaxsons, voted top ten best icecream in USA. Made fresh by them.I am very sorry to have expected a brand new store to have great customer service.

The lady was working tirelessly by herself but still had a great attitude despite getting attitude from customers. Very sweet. She was the bright and shiny spot in my sad visit to florida.

I have noticed that most people want excellent service but do not offer gratitude or tip, yesterday I went to this store and saw a girl working alone, the store was full but still the girl was super nice and kind, she was apologizing for the time and people were rude, still I was excited when she served me the ice cream, the best ice cream, and the best service, I will go to this store again...

When we approached the door was locked the cashier Madison came to unlock the door while we tried to ask about the milkshake in the picture we had to hold because she was on a personal phone call on her ear bud so it was like I had to be quiet and wait for her to finish to ask my question once we finally order she was so distracted I had to repeat what I wantedAnother cyst came in while me and my husband waited she was still on the phone barely answering his questions either.... just a very unpleasant unprofessional experience
