Reserved outside 20 space for 3rd year in a row at this facility in Dania Beach, FL for our empty boat trailer for winter. Viviana called me to confirm reservation and was horrible and argumentative to deal with on phone. Our credit card was charged first months rent on 10/16. When my husband arrived with trailer Oct 25th, Viviana argued we had a 32 boat trailer and wouldnt let us park it in spot reserved. She caused a scene in front of many customers and argued repeatedly with my husband on the size of our trailer... measured spot she wants us in and it was 14 long... we paid for 20.... Customer service was HORRIBLE. She said she has only been there 3 weeks (zero customer service).Received invoice where they want us to pay first months rental again. This girl has no clue and should not be in customer service.

We recently needed a temporary space for our motorcycle. Monica was very helpful at Cubesmart with getting us a space at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if I needed a storage unit

Wendy who seems to be there all the time is completely competent and friendly as heck. She will find you the best deal based on your needs. She is the bomb. Ive interacted with a few employees and the are all very helpful and competent. I recommend this place highly on the employees alone. The facilities are clean and well run.

Extremely easy to book your storage online, customer service provided by Daniel was great, every knowledgeable, patient and always happy to answer any questions... upon arrival everything was very organized for us. It was our first storage unit, we really enjoyed the journey.

This was a great opportunity at a awesome rate. The facility was confidently located near the airport. I found the staff to be very helpful and the facility to be very clean. The unit was free from debris and move in ready.. We were able to secure a temporary storage unit for our extra household goods before we move. This helped us stage our house for showing. By removing clutter the house looked more livable and inviting. If not for Cube Smart we may have never sold our home.

I was storing my boat at this facility and in less than a month of being there, someone attempted to steal it. A piece of my lock on the trailer had been cut. The facility told me they couldnt see anything on camera because of how dark it is. And the parking spot was in a pretty open area. Plus side is The staff is very nice and helpful. Just need better security

I was very impressed on how clean the Entire place is. It seems secure with an fence that’ll open once you enter the code provided. The Manager is on the premises most of the day. Wendy was very courteous and helpful and used her golf cart to take me to the unit. The Contract was Not confusing and when I reviewed it with her, there were no surprises and no added costs. I was able to take advantage of a promotion that gave me the first month free, only abone time Administrative fee of $25. It’s a very large building with Easy Access to the unit. A Pull/push flat cart is available, at no extra charge to help you unload items from your car, into the unit. I bought their lock for $17. It’s a strong lock and I get to keep it afterwards.

I had a great experience in the beginning but then things got rocky when I switched my unemployment. Unfortunately but fortunately towards the end I encountered a great relationship w/ the new GM & she was professional but sincere & worked w/ me during Pandemic. I am glad because 2 years ago the GM I opened my space w/ was great & 2 years later w/ new GM it also worked out great. Monica is Awesome!

This place is a joke. The building is huge so most likely an available unit will be somewhere far into the building. There are no carts available anywhere to move your things. As per the manager, they are supposed to be located on each end of the building but after walking around the entire place which is like a maze, one was nowhere to be found. While the price is was attractive, The thought of needing access to my unit after hours and no cart available was all it took for me to move on to a more organized place.

Monica is an efficient and pleasant administrator. He quickly handled my requests for outdoor storage parking and was able to find the spaces I needed. I highly recommend this business.

Im only rating it two stars for customer service and location other than that, this is the worst cubesmart Ive ever been to pertaining to looks and how old the facility is. The building is 50 years old and you have to put your stuff on the dirty ground. I did not know it looked this way until I got there do I will only be renting this 5×10 for a short month or less because of how the facility looks. But the customer service I received was excellent but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very please with the staff! He did a great job.I was unhappy to find that I requested a 7 X 10 foot Climate controlled unit.(70 Sq Feet.) was in fact was originally a bathroom. Plumbing in the floor and wall are still there an prevent use of space.After I moving into the space and put up shelves I realized the space was not 10 X 7. I measured the room that has an odd shape to be only 61.25 Sq Feet.

I’ve used other storage units in Florida since I’ve moved down here two years and this one is by far the best!! Starting with Monica in the front office. She was very attentive to us showed us all of our options and personally drive us around to check the options. We also asked her for help getting storage spot for our boat and age kept in touch with us on a regular basis till she could get us one. Very pleased with the customer service location and cleanliness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to store anything from their house to a an automobile or boat!

Donald took me to the storage unit and it turned out to be smaller than I expected. Donald immediately called the office to check on other available units which he then showed me. I was having a hard time finding a unique solution for my storage needs. This facility was the only one near me that could provide what I was looking for at a competitive price. Stephanie at the counter was very helpful. She gave me great service. The facility is clean and well maintained. The location itself is well hidden and kind of hard to find. But you wont have trouble finding reasonable prices and great customer service here.

We were locked in! The gates wouldnt open until someone came along who had experience with the specific emergency code to free the 3 of us hostages. But the worst part is the driving surface; deep gulches alternate heaving asphalt mountains that are the highest peaks in South Florida. Do not store fragile items here; they will not survive the journey. A hearing aid is recommended when opening and closing your storage door. Too many storage facilities in SoFlo to bother with this one.

Wow. I am rarely impressed with customer service these days but this company is definitively doing something right. My boyfriend and I showed up about 10 minutes before they were about to close because we needed to rent space for our new boat. They were busy but we were still greeted with a smile and the manager, Stephanie, happily stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. She even drove us around the facility to help us find a spot that better fit our needs. Jonathan and Charlie chimed in and helped answer some of our questions as Stephanie was processing our paperwork. All three of them were so friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees, up charges, or surprises which was so refreshing. Overall, the best customer service Ive experienced in a very long time.

We just needed storage for a week while my husband and I were on a cruise. The pre-reservation process was easy, with no prepayment necessary. The guys we worked with on the phone and at the site were friendly and helpful.

There ok but they dont work with you anymore if your having bad time or short cause new job or something the re cool people but your items will be auctioned off every other month with 110 late fees and more fees they are kinda hush hush with not helping you and pointing fingers around it seems there all mangers and stuff so its ok but if you want family type of store employees or family type of reasoning then dont go there at all its ok if you have an emergency but it opens late and close early so you will get locked out not a 24 hr access and pricing is not much cheaper than anywhere I have spoken to few older employees they claim its going bankrupt so they probably have different names in year or two avoid if your smart

Lovely customer service, almost no wait time, love that you can drive up to each, the space seems larger than advertised, like that you can rent parking spaces, and the prices are the best in town. Only downside is the weird placement of the keypads and the uneven driveway/road. Definitely worth the small downsides, though.

We have left our car here for many winters and have always been very pleased. However, this time was the best yet. We did not get the name of the gentleman but when we checked our car out, he told us he had noticed a bulge on one of our tires. As we have to drive all the way back to Canada, not noticing such a thing could have been disastrous and we dont think we would have thought to check as this was a new car.We cant thank him enough. We immediately took it to a dealer and had the tire replaced. We can now make the drive home confident that we will be safe.Thank you again and well see you next winter!
