I am been a customer at this store for years. My business mailbox is there and I frequently also send items to my kids in college. I use this location for all of my priority mail and package shipping needs. The staff is always friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and direct me toward the most efficient and cost effective way for me to get documents & packages where they need to go. I would not go anywhere else.

Dropped off a package May 25th and last update was it never left the store location and now no answer is given as to where it went. This is with a receipt of shipment as well. Very shady practices going on here.Changed rating from 1 to 4 stars after having my issue quickly resolved by the manager.

Wow, this store was awesome to go to! The staff were great and on point with their details for shipping. And they even did my passport photo! They were very understanding about the process for the passport photo and to see how organized they were regarding the process was outstanding. No more than about 15 minutes from the photo, to them printing it out, to them shipping out my paperwork! It was outstanding! Thank you Rachel, Tricia, and Cesar for all the help! Cant wait to see you guys again!
Been using this location the last couple years abd originally it was Cesar providing the fastest, best customer service I’ve experienced at any shipping and supplies store ever. Super helpful, kind and upstanding.Most recently it’s been Jason who is really friendly and seems to have great rapport with all the regulars. He’s gone above and beyond helping me out several times. He’s quite the asset to this business.
The staff is very helpful, open 7 days which is helpful.

This is the worst UPS I have ever see...I send a package a month ago, a return from amazon, and they never got the package back, I came today to ask about the package because the tracking number doesnt work on their system and the supervisor Jason told me that the tracking number that UPS provide for the amazon tracking doesnt work on the online tracking system they have...he didnt even try to solve my problem and was rude and disrespectful...
I have a shipping box here and packages sent at least 2-3 times a week. Every time I come in it’s a fast and easy transition to get my package

Opened late which is understandable this morning as folks preparing for hurricane Dorian. However, the girl who is working there this morning is extremely unprofessional and displaying an attitude because people were waiting when they arrived. The gentleman apologized and thanked us for having to wait. She ran I after the guy did. I did not walk in when everyone else did, so when I did try to come in, the door was locked. So I knocked, and the rude girl made no acknowledgement. She took her time coming to unlock the door, but said nothing or no eye contact. Finally she asked if I needed a receipt for my package and I said yes. I then thanked her and she said nothing back, completely ignoring me. Thats when I said your welcome and called her out for having an attitude. Instead of ignoring me this time, like she started out doing, she thought it to be appropriate to argue with me instead. When I told her she was late, she said I was sitting in my car because it was raining and Im not going to get sick because of this, while we all waiting outside for the store to open. Then she proceeded to tell me that I should have walked in when everyone else did and that its not her problem that I waited since 9:00 when they open at 9:30. She found it appropriate to argue with me in front of other customers. She is RUDE and her behavior needs to be addressed.
The staff is always friendly here but I think its a little crazy to be charged like $.12 (more for color) to print a page AND $2.00 for using the computer to print the page for literally 1 minute of time. If youre looking to print a page really quick, just head to Office Max. Its literally $.10 total a page there no matter how long it takes you to print it.
I come into this store regularly to handle many of my businesss needs. ALL of the associates are SO friendly, welcome me by name when I come in, and are always willing to help me. They are a busy location so sometimes the wait is long, but I will never go to FedEx or the Post Office because of multiple horrible experiences and lost items. UPS once lost an item but this store went out of their way to put a tracer on the package, found it, and had it delivered a day later. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!

Worst place ever, they charge to print there own labels already paid for. Had a Amazon return just needed to print it off from email. The lady says nothing about there being a fee for this, after they print plain regular one sheet of paper they charged $2.25. Amazon themselves could have shipped me a label for $1 or done free pickup. I thought they operate like FedEx that doesnt charge to print there labels. Its double dipping, not the the point its cheap its the failure of cashier Viviana for not being a good employee to even explain I would be charged BEFORE she prints then says its 2.25. She said o if you had a QR from amazon its free, such bad business. Please be aware, go to office max, or for Amazon to send you label or better yet have a friend print it labels arent free though you paid!!!!!!
James was extremely condescending as soon as I walked in the door today, it took him 2 mins to even come to the front and appeared annoyed he even had to do his job. Very unprofessional argumentative/condescending at times about the things he helped me with. Sorry to inconvenience you James, maybe you should find another job if you don’t want to be in customer service. Doesn’t realize people can have 2 residences at one time. Like I’m going to be the same named person looking for the packages held at access points due to the fact I do have 2 residences.
Dropped off a DELL laptop and an Amazon package and asked for receipt. DELL laptop ended up vanishing with no tracking activity- was never delivered to DELL. When I looked at the receipt, the guy had scanned the Amazon package twice, not the DELL laptop. When trying to figure out what happened they were of no help. ZERO. I had to tell this guy to call his manager...I had to tell him every thing to do. The manager didnt help either, wouldnt even speak to me, only relayed thru the big oaf that I had to complain to DELL. They said they had video of when I dropped it off...but wouldnt look at it or offer any extra help. I expect EFFORT when the big oaf scanned the Amazon package twice instead of the DELL laptop. Completely APATHETIC, so much so that I believe one of them is enjoying a DELL laptop.
I sent a package through this store and it was delivered to someone who was not the recipient. When I called this store to report the claim as a lost package, I was told that there is nothing they can do. I am now forced to file a lawsuit against this store and UPS.If only the people at UPS could do their JOBS and file the claim.
