I live approximately 25 miles away from here but it was worth the ride. I had work done here from having a major side swipe from a box truck which left a giant gash and dents. Took about 10 days from dropoff to pickup but I was completely satisfied with the work performed.Recommended and will definitely use them again.
I had an excellent experience with Ira Collision. I brought my vehicle in for some body work and was kept up to date accurately with the timeline. Communication and service was very good. Staff was very friendly. Bonus, when I picked up my vehicle the entire inside and outside was detailed!!!!! Highly recommend.
We received the automatic message says car fixed and can pick up but the lady told us ignore the message and dont call until the message come from Mary. We called twice and the lady kept told us the car cant pick up. Finally after 3 days, we reached them again and Mary told us your car fixed last week and should pick up last week..... I dont know what happen their operation symptoms and it was very disappointed me. It took two weeks and 1 day and the cost are very expensive. Dont send your car to fixed by them!
Horrible customer service from Jojo by far the worst customer service iv experienced between attitudea and lack of professionalism and communication and i was given my car back uncompleted for front end/suspension damage, my tire pressures sensor gage was not replaced and my cars computer was not reset properly due to how long iv been without my car and work I had to complete the job myself due to how long id be waiting for my car again do not do buisness here!
Everyone is extremely pleasant and welcoming. The staff was masked and has dividers between us and them. There were extremely knowledgeable about my car, and took the time to explain how they were going to paint my car. A very pleasant interaction all-in-all
Honestly its amazing here!! My car was hit on the passenger door and needed a replacement; The door was so smooth opening it. The paint job is fantastic ans shiny!! Most definitely will come back. Oh and they rent cars all for the easier convince. They are super busy so be patient and keep in mind! 10/10 will go back!!!
My car was damaged in an auto accident. Ira Collision was very helpful with the repairs. They worked directly with my insurance company, so all I had to do was drop off and pick up my car! Very convenient.
Mike was terrific! Mr. Collision never gave up on a complex insurance situation. He explained to me along the way with the holdups. Materials, but mainly recalcitrant insurance “expediters” and assessors from both companies. My car gad been hit twice in two separate incidents. Today it feels like new, and I’m very happy!
Great experience. They work directly with most major insurance companies and can get paid directly by them. You can get the rental right there with them as well. Cuminication is great and they ca be contacted via phone, email or text messages. My car looks like nothing happened.... I have Geico and they had no issue contacting the center as well.
Communication was very good. Almost daily texts of updates. Only negatives that we’ve noticed so far is that they painted the gas can door shut, and something under the rear bumper that want white previously is now white. The gas tank cover painted shut was really annoying because we found out at the gas station when filling up and couldn’t get the cover open with using a car key. Not ideal and I’m surprised that IRA would do this.
My car looks brand new after an accident. Communication was excellent and they did a professional job fixing and replacing the damage.
I called Ira to schedule an appointment for a Prius V, I was told to have the insurance co send them the estimate. On Thursday, it was looked at and the adjuster sent the appraisal right to Ira. I called to follow up and find out when I could bring it in. The first call nobody answered the phone. Called again and got a response from the person answering that she was very busy and had not left her desk in over 2 hours. The estimate had not been assigned and she had no idea when it would be! I waited until the following day, early afternoon no call back. I called and made arrangements with a local auto repair, asked me if I needed a tow, said no and went right in. Left the car and will hear later in the week. Ira Collision never called as of 3 days later. Called to let the insurance company know that the car was elsewhere...good thing, she informed me the check had already gone out to Ira; she put a stop on it. Bought two Priuii there, they have now lost that business from me as well. Poor, stay away. Update: as of Monday 4.26.21 still no call back at all!Did not get a call back from Ira until Tuesday, 4.27. Greg Ross called, and it seems the only reason he called is because he read this! I wonder how long it would have been before I got a call back.

Difficult experienceI had an accident at end of December of 2019 and my car was initially taken to a local body shop in Maine. They were not authorized Audi repair center so we were asked to choose the nearest facility so we picked IRA based on the positive reviews. First, the car stayed in a warehouse without any repairs done or anybody contacting us for almost three weeks. The first appraisal was not done until three weeks of the car being there while we had to continue paying rental car. Second, I had to deal with a desk secretary named Victoria who was always dismissive and usually not helpful. Third, getting a hold of the person assigned to my case was extremely difficult and frustrating. There was no way to call him directly and he did not respond my calls, texts or emails on time (actually he only called me back once and never emailed me). Fourth, it took more than 2 months to get my car back, granted I understand that my car needed special parts and qualified technician work but I was never expecting such long time. Fifth, at the end of the repairs and despite my complaints, they held the vehicle for several days just to get payment confirmation from the insurance. Sixth, when I picked up the vehicle it looked clean on the outside but was dusty inside, also a small floor mat was missing, some cables for the a dashcam on the dashboard and a small pocket net from the trunk area is also missing (I have to say the car was in a different body shop before IRA and they say the car came like that but they did not say so when the car first arrived).Bottom line, terrible communication, unexplained delays and minor missing things (not communicated on arrival to their facility) . I would not use IRA for repairs and DO NOT recommend it specially for Audi owners.

The work was perfect. The price was a little high compared to other shops, but I was happy to be able to have a quick turnaround. The front desk is chaotic and requires patience. The associates who work Directly with you on your problem are very knowledgeable. I will definitely consider returning if I have another issue.

They had the car for repair for 2 weeks and I was told on multiple occasions that I’d get updates on Tuesday and Thursday. On the 2 Tuesdays and 2 Thursdays I never was updated. Not once. When I called after the 3rd non-update, I was told that I’d be updated on Tuesday and Thursday. So, in my opinion, not professional to say you’ll do one thing and not do it. The quality of the work is very good, I just wish the information flow was better.

This place is a laughable excuse for a body shop. Let me list some of the things that went on during the 31 days it took them to fix a small crack in my bumper!!!!no particular order:- Our estimator Yomerys Lora went weeks without answering emails.- Yomerys answered her phone roughly 5% of the time during business hours and literally never returned a voicemail.- I had to resort to calling other departments and estimators and asking them to put her on the phone.- They closed for COVID cleaning for 5 days and didnt notify me.- Straight up lied about the progress of my vehicle, one person said it had been painted and ready to cleaned, the next week someone else said it still had to be painted.- 0 communication the whole time, and no compensation offered despite holding my car hostage for a MONTH with no estimated timeline of completion.God forbid if it was a serious repair, I might not see my car until 2022, and Im not exaggerating!I used to work at IRA Subaru and shared a work space with the auto body shop so Im not surprised by the lack of professionalism, but this experience took it to a WHOLE NEW LOW.Tl:dr - These guys are a bunch of crooks, theyll spout whatever BS they can to get you off the phone so they can go home and neglect your car repair for another week.As for Yomerys, take some pride and give a little bit of effort in your job. You cant blame COVID for all your shortcomings and pathetic lack of communication skills.There are plenty of other places to get your car fixed. Take someone who has seen it from the inside as an employee and now as a customer. DONT waste your time with IRA collision.

Ira was great to work with. They did an excellent job on my car. I really liked that they keep in touch with me constantly on all progress with my car. It was such a good experience working with them like my rent a car was ready when I dropped my car off, no long wait time. They took my car right in to appraise which also was a quick process. I would use Ira Collision again and refer them to friends and family.
Great work on what they completed. They missed a few items that we specially showed them and had to return again to repair gave them a list and walked the manager through. He assured me they would complete. I then returned a third time not completed and now I had a dead battery which apparently they do not have a trickle charger nor resources to test batteries there. 200 dollars later after replacing my battery I never received the call he promised to repair the work not completed. I did ask after my third visit for a break on the replacement of a light that no longer worked after the crash and got an interesting explanation of how all the workers were barely making a profit... sorry can’t help you after your repeat visits.This was close to a 5 k repair for reference.

The communication was great, I heard twice a week from the Toyota Rep. as he promised to do. The car looks great! The only thing I would say in a negative manner, was, it took a whole month to do it. I’m not sure if that is normal, it just seemed to be a long time. Other than that all was excellent!
Absolutely terrible place to do business with. I went there a week ago with my Toyota to get an estimate and from the start I could tell it would be a bad experience.The two ladies at the front desk did not acknowledge me at first. One of the receptionist did turn out to be very pleasant, but the other one couldn’t be more annoyed to be there. I literally stood there for two minutes with her starring at me not acknowledging me at all. I finally asked if I could get an estimate for my vehicle and she couldn’t be more annoyed. All she could complain about was how she had a terrible headache and didn’t know what to eat for lunch .I sat in the lobby for a good 20-30 minutes for an employee to come out to give me an estimate. Finally when Michael came out I won’t use his last name because it was that bad, he didn’t even acknowledge me just had me walk out the door to my vehicle. Michael didn’t even talk to me the entire time we stood out there awkwardly. After he was done we proceeded back inside while he tried to tell me something while he was way ahead of me. I asked him to repeat himself and he didn’t. I had to find out from the nice receptionist what to do. I sat in the waiting room another ten minutes till Michael came out and just handed me the estimate without saying a word and left to go back to his desk.I emailed the manager the same day to discuss the terrible service but never received a response almost a week later. I drove over an hour and a half because they are one of the only certified Toyota dealers in MA. DO NOT waste your time going there. Clearly they don’t value customer service.
Didnt call about a bumper piece that fell off during accident so they didnt order piece or put it on waited for me to pick it up and ask about it then told me well you brought it in like that
Work done on the car was 5 stars but the communication with the manager was 1 star. No call backs, job took twice as long as estimated, no call saying new parts were in stock to schedule the appointment, etc. customer should not have the bug the shop to get info or service. However, body work done was flawless

Ira collision in Danvers had my car for 20 days. I attempted calling several times during that time frame to get an estimated day to pick up my car. The manager was not available and several voicemails were left. I never received a call back. I had to keep following up and even after I received an automated text that my car would be ready, no one at the center could confirm. I picked up my car and the back windshield has black goo all over it clearly from the center as it was not there when I dropped off. After calling several times and leaving messages with several people I assume they said it was ready just to get me off their backs.I Lease from Toyota in Danvers and wanted to give them my business after I was in a minor accident. I will not be going make to the collision center for any work again.

I have been with Toyota for 15 years at least. I have come to the collision center more than four times. I have been spoiled in the way I am used to be treated in the past which was very positive, which is the reason why I kept coming back. This past time I am very disappointed definitely did not get good treatment. Since the first time I stepped in the collision center the girl at the desk was rude and unhelpful to customers and looked like we all we bothering her. Mike the guy I was dealing with was bothered by calling me and apparently I was bothering him. I asked him to get my car inspected while it was he told me no. IRA has done this the past not sure if policies changed, but was not informed of this. The work on my car was good, but I was left with extra parts in my car when I picked it up. The gas tank does not open and my rear wiper hangs down never did before. Not happy at all. Was treated better in the past. I expected the same treatment and not rude people that are bothered by doing there job Unsatisfied.
The nasty lady that answers the phone and handles the front desk, I believe her name is Victoria. She should not be doing customer service if she don’t like to dealing with people. She is so miserable and likes to hangs up the phone on you if you try asking her questions about the service process when you bring you car in. My car was dropped off and she called me to go in to sign documents than 2 days later she calls me to go and sign in the same papers that I had already sign 2 days before.In the other hand Ann i think her name, is very lovely, professional and answers your questions with no problem.
The Ira Toyota Collision Center did an excellent job assessing and completing the repair on my Tacoma. Everything from the drop off, the regular status text updates, and the finished job (ahead of schedule) were excellent. I would highly recommend them for your auto collision repair work.
The quality of the work was excellent but the overall communication was poor. It is hard or impossible to get answers. The rental car company told me more about what was going on than the collision center. The text message option seems useful but it is not a two way texting situation. This could be a great way to improve the experience. I would go back but with adjusted expectations.

The team at IRA Collision center is a very professional team. They are courteous and respond quickly to inquiries.Unfortunately, my experience having my car repaired after a rear-end collision was not a pleasant one.In their defense, IRA Collision center made it up to me by providing me with a nice rental car for an additional month over the allowed insurance rental. But it took 2 separate times for me to return my car AFTER being told that the repairs were completed before my car was finally fixed correctly.

IRA collision is the best place to have you car worked on. I had a bad scratch on my drivers side bumper of my 2019 Lexus RX 450H FSport. I was originally going in around early December, but IRA Collision allowed me to wait until the threat of snow was gone allowing me to schedule the paint work in the Spring. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and a shiny 2020 Cadillac X5 SUV was awaiting me. IRA Collision handled the car rental process from beginning to end. I asked to have the car done by the following Thursday (9 days later) and was told they would try to handle that. I was surprised that my car was complete in 3 days and my car was so clean, it looked brand new. It was washed and vacuumed, the tires were dressed, the paint and wheels were nice and slippery which meant there were treated. I was also extremely pleased with Mary and Ann for handling the transaction with professionalism and pleasantry.

I brought my car to Ira Collision to fix my car after an accident. My whole experience with the staff was excellent. I had a speedy check-in and check-out, the person handling the repairs would call me with updates, and the car was finished in a timely manner. Excellent experience with IRA!
As far as the actual work and repair goes I was more than satisfied. Besides just fixing my front end damage, my car came back like it was detailed inside and out. They did a really nice job. The communication on the other hand was poor. The only updates I ever heard were from my own insurance company. The customer service agent at Ira barely ever contacted me, I would have to track him down and he never seemed to know what was going on with my car. Originally he estimated my car would be ready on a Thursday. My insurance agent called me on Thursday to say it wouldn’t be ready today, but should be ready by tomorrow. When tomorrow came around, I never heard from anyone at Ira. I finally called them Friday at 5. Again the customer service agent was unavailable, but called me back at 5:30 to say my car was ready and I could come pick it up. They closed at 6pm and there was no way I could drive through rush hour traffic on Friday evening to zoom down there and get it. It just made the painful process of getting in an accident that much more painful. Especially when you’re paying for and driving a rental, it would have been nice to not feel I was left in the dust as to what was going on with my car.

Audi Peabody recommended Ira collision center due to it being part of Group 1 Automotive, Inc. and the collision center customer service and quality were the worst I’ve ever experienced. My 2010 Audi A5 sat there for 3 months and was returned in the following condition.1) Dead battery. Fortunately, it’s less than a year old and under warranty at Audi Peabody. Apparently, they die after sitting and not being used for several months. Ira should have fixed it because it wasnt an issue when the car was dropped off. They didnt know it was under warranty and I had to make separate appointments and trips to Audi Peabody.2) Airbag, TPMS, handbrake, and other engine lights keep turning on. They cannot guarantee anything but suspect something is wrong with a wiring harness. They say it wasn’t part of the accident so Im on the hook for the 1k repair that cannot be guaranteed to resolve issue. This wasn’t an issue for 10 years prior to the accident and taking the car to Ira Collision. The car had its routine maintenance service, which included a multi-point inspection, at Audi Peabody 3 weeks prior to the accident with no issues, and has never missed a service so it wasnt a pre-existing issue.3) Damaged tint which Ira Collision replaced after I pointed it out. Added an extra week worth of rental fees to what was already a 3 month wait.4) A non-OEM replacement wheel that isn’t the same color as the rest.5) An intoxicating and horrible smell like it sat in a paint shop for 3 months. It took several weeks of airing out and a lot of air fresher and fabric sheets.6) The satellite radio wasn’t working. Audi Peabody was able to fix it.7) Ira Collision must have taken out the front and rear windshields. Judging from the splash marks on the inside they spilled something on the front which was a hassle to clean off and the rear window was covered in an inch layer of dust apparently after laying upside down for months in the garage.I had to make several phone calls to get status updates (or the lack thereof), go in person after no progress was being made, and was constantly lied to. 2k in labor charges indicate it wasn’t labor intensive and the insurance company waited months for multiple incomplete supplements. I was on the hook for the rental car throughout this bondo job body shop and the vehicle was returned in the worst shape it has ever been in.I will never do business with Ira or another member of Group 1 Automotive, Inc after this experience.
One star is generous considering the mess they made out of my car and the inconvenience they caused me because they didn’t listen to my concerns when I dropped the car off!Thank goodness for the service department’s ability to fix what the collision shop should have done in the first place, but fixing it required much of the inside of my car to be taken apart!I have used this shop satisfactorily in the past, but will never let them near my car again! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

I love IRA Collision Center in Denver MA.This place repaired 2 of my Lexus and it does a real awesome job. People there will ask for more from insurance to pay for the damages. Insurance gave me the estimated way below the actual cost to repair the damage.Thank you for doing such a good job to satisfying me as a costumer.

After three different occasions, they did Okay...I wasn’t please with the job.They installed the Inner rubber strips of driver and passenger sides Upside down, causes both front windows to be Jammed. I have to go elsewhere to fix that .It cost me extra time and money to fix it. I believe, it’s fault of the the Workers in the shop / lack of experience..
I recently had my Lexus I S 300 repair it at Ira collision Center. I had a very positive experience. Jason, was the first person I met there, he looked at my car And took his time answering all of my questions. I scheduled the date, to drop my car off and have it repaired. I was kept informed of the progress of my repair and my car was done when promised.I am happy with the repair, Jason promised me that my car would look just like it did before someone hit me and he delivered on that promise !The ladies in the reception area, where always very nice and pleasant as well .
My car is eight years old. I had to replace the tire cover on the back. It came just under coated. They matched the paint exactly. Would have any body work on any car done here. They are friendly and do an excellent job. Five star all the way around
I was in a fender bender, brought my car to them. Great atmosphere with very welcoming service. They also have rental within their complex, which made it easier for me to get a rental car when my car was being worked on. My car was done before the promised date.
The customer service and repair were exemplary. Jason Louf at IRA handled our case. Our X5M took hit in the side. The original estimate by the insurance companys estimator was far from adequate. Jason and his team corrected the estimate, submitted it for approval, and all was good from there. This is normal and should be expected by any shop. However, the timely follow up calls, email, and informed conversations kept any uncertainty at bay during this repair. Also, everything was ready when promised. No surprises. I have had a few unfortunate experiences with other shops over the years and I am happy to say my experience here was delightful.
The whole process was fast and easy thanks to Jason. He kept me in the loop at all times, answered all questions about the repair and an estimated time of completion. The repair work was exceptional. The car looks better than before the accident. I highly recommend.

BEWARE! Extremely poor communication! No concept of customer service! They said theyd update me twice a week. They did for the first week and then it was just radio silence. The person at the reception kept saying shes just the receptionist and kept forwarding me to the shop manager who neither responded to emails nor phone calls. I could never get thru to the agent assigned to the job. They changed the agent twice during the course of the job. All-in-all they took more than 7 weeks to repair my car for something they quoted 3 weeks. I went there looking at the reviews plus I bought my car from Ira Lexus. On top of that the Maintenance light came on when I picked up my car after the body work. I took it straight to Ira Service next door. The Ira Service guys are just polar opposites of Ira Collision - excellent and prompt service! I complained to Ira Service about my experience with this incompetence from Ira Collision - I was dumbfounded when Ira Service said they have the same complaint about their body shop!!!
Ira Collision Center did an excellent job repairing our Lexus RX. They kept me updated on the progress and were extremely helpful communicating with the insurance company we were dealing with. They also made getting and returning the rental very easy. Our car was fixed in a week, which is what I anticipated.

Great service, constant updates via text, etc. The time it took was a little ridiculous but since they were dealing with my insurance company, perhaps that caused delays, (car was with them from 6/20 - 7/13). The car was detailed and the work done looks great!
3.5 stars - Little difficult to find at first, tucked away & not with main Toyota campus just FYI. I enjoyed the text alerts & my car was completed on time... then I was driving home and noticed my alignment was way off. I called, they said they had to go thru my insurance for a re alignment, when I had assumed that would have been checked? Especially prior to me picking up my car. But they accepted and had it ready the same day. Additionally, an employee told me that he had to take my car, “for a 20mile ride, to pass the emission rate.....” Not sure if that was necessary....
Working with ira collision center is always a pleasure. My car got repaired quickly and I was always sent an update. Will continue to bring my car here for all repair needs.
The process was easy fast and efficient. Representatives kept me up to date with progress emails. My car looks great again!!
Took much longer than expected, however they did a very good job.Car wash was broken so my car wasn’t washed.Customer Service rep, Aimee did an excellent job of communicating with me. If it wasn’t for her communications I would have been very annoyed with the delay in the repairs.
While the repair took longer than we expected, the work was well done and we were kept appraised of the progress through text messages. I liked that we were kept informed.
IRA Collision Center in Danvers was absolutely amazing!! They picked up my car for me from where it was towed, kept me updated everyday with an email, and got everything done for me within a week. It was an easy and painless process and everyone was super nice! They have great customer service and I would recommend everyone to use IRA Collision Center!!
Beware anyone with a manual transmission. I picked up my car yesterday after them having it for over two weeks and today my clutch started slipping. No way its a coincidence, especially since no one knows how to drive stick these days.Update: Currently in contact with management about a resolution, will update if one is met.

I think its reasonable to have high expectations of IRA. I purchased my vehicle at IRA, exclusively service my vehicle at IRA, and have even been to IRA collision in the past. I am a loyal customer to say the least and it goes without saying that phone calls and emails should be returned. The lack of communication is really frustrating.
Everything was fine. They had my rental ready to go, the process was very easy. I didn’t have to do a thing except drop off my car and hop in my rental.
Car looked perfect when we got it back. Team was responsive and great to work with.
