Scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and got there today and was told they would need to hold onto my car for multiple days for a service that only take a couple of hours because they were behind because of COVID. That’s not a great excuse 5 months into the pandemic. They should really hold off scheduling appointments for a few days to get caught up or at minimum be clear on expectation.The staff did almost nothing to rectify the situation appropriately.Edit: Reached out to the service manager like the Customer Service Rep who responded my original review suggested. Its now been 7 days without a response from him. Moral of the story...take your business elsewhere.
