I have been shopping here for many years. I have gottenmany good quality items at good prices. Never had a problem returning an item. The place is always neatin appearance. Hope this store will be around for a long time.

My experience at Curtain and Bath Outlet was anything but pleasant. I was told by my dad that he bought a fountain at the store earlier that day and left it there since he could not fit it in his car. My dad communicated with one of the employees that his son was going to get it later on that day, so the employee placed a descriptive note on the box saying that I, Nick would be getting it.Upon visiting the store to pick up the said product, I was confronted by an older, blonde haired lady with glasses at the register. I told her the scenario and she rudely told me that she needed a sale slip for a proof of purchase. Now I would have been fine if she notified me in a polite manner, something all employees should be trained to do, but she not only delivered the news in a nasty manner, but she continued to talk to me in a harsh manner, even though I was trying not to be contentious. She eventually called over the manager and I received the same message with the SAME tone.I got my dad on the phone and even him being on the phone was not proof enough for them. You would think that being a 20 year old son with his dad on the phone (bare in mind that a 20 year old man would not be at this store) would supersede a sale slip, but it didnt. The manager, thankfully suggested to me that I should tell my dad to text over a picture of the sale slip. If it wasnt for that, and the fact that I finally received the fountain, I would have given this place a one star review.At the end of the day, customer service is what drives a business. It doesnt matter how good your prices or how well put together your presentation is, if the customer service is not at least satisfactory, then your business as a whole will slowly falter, which is why my dad (their demographic) will not be shopping there any longer.

Customer service was great. Very clean and organized store. The associate in curtain dept. was helpful on telling me when next shipment of a certain size was coming in. Janella rocks.

This store is so much fun. Plan on spending some time so you can see everything. Cant believe any one will walk out empty handed. The prices are terrific. Enjoy

Many options for bathroom accessories. Found a shower curtain and matching towels.Staff was very helpful with several questions I had. Also found pictures for the walls and shelving and a window valance. Was happy to get everything in one place and at reasonable prices.

I found these cute camper area rugs on clearance at Curtain & Bath Outlet @ 75% off and I grabbed a:handful at $1.25 each. I gave one to my friend and use one one my terrace to wipe my shoes when I come into my house. I also found a great deal on a quilt at 75% off for my son bed for Christmas which only cost me $12.50! I love the deals at this store!

I love shopping here. I just wish they had more twin sheets to choose from. Rich the cashier was so friendly. Very nice and helpful

Nice store for household items: towels, curtains, etc. Too bad it is going out of business. Have purchased Christmas decorations and trees there for the last 15 years.

I was looking for the perfect curtains/color scheme for my office and I found exavtly what I didnt even know I was looking for! The associate even took down the display so i could purchase it and have enough for what i needed!

Great quality at great prices

Unfortunately, all the drapes were one panel and grommet style. Even on sale, this store is getting expensive for an outlet. There are many more choices compared to Walmart, though.
