Recently went in to see what options I had for a trade in for my leased Ram 1500 Bighorn. I was greeted by John Karayianis. Do not go here! Took my 2017 jeep renegade that my wife drives for an oil change. They did not tighten the drain plug and didn’t put the oil cap back on the engine. I noticed some oil in my driveway. So I called my wife while she was at work. And told her to look under the jeep to see if there was any fresh oil. She called me back sure enough there was. I called herb chambers, the service department and told them. And I said if there’s any engine damage you are responsible. I got no apology and the service department jerk told me that I was responsible for driving the car with no oil. Absolutely no apology. Rookie mistake. That place lost my business forever.

Took my van here for a transmission flush couple months ago, they gave me the van back with the transmission fluid leaking and I also had $160 on driver side sun visor inside my registration paper that I was going to use to buy my son a birthday gift and someone from service stole $100 and left the rest of the money tossed in the passenger sit. Colby was the service person that checked me in and the last person that asked me where the registration was, I told him where it was and went to the waiting room. When I got the vehicle back $100 was GONE and the rest of the money tossed in the passenger sit. SHAME ON YOU HERB CHAMBERS FOR HIRING THIEFS!!I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had one of the best dealership experiences at this location. From being greeted at the door by Jim- the GM and being so well taken care of by the Salesman Rob truly so personable and friendly. I didn’t feel any pressure as I waited for the car of my dreams. I test drove 2 cars before I found the right one and again didn’t feel any stress. This is my favorite place to bring my Jeep in to get serviced. I live in Medford, and I’m willing to drive the 25 minutes to Danvers to come here. I was able to make my appointment same day for an oil change, even during covid. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I actually came here last minute, and so happy I did. Both the scheduler for service and Ray were great; friendly and did their job. I had originally scheduled a morning apt with a different location (over a week in advance) and when showing up to my appointment, I was told it would be over 2.5 hours for an oil change when waiting and if I wanted it to be done quicker I should have booked an earlier appointment. So unprofessional.. I was there before 9 AM. I had a busy day and this location made my day easier!! Thank you guys

I had to wait a couple weeks for the title to my new car to arrive since it was a recent trade in, but the salesman who assisted me, Petru, was great and kept me in the loop. When the title arrived I was able to go in, sign the purchase and sales, Petru swapped my plates to my new car, and I drove it off the lot that day. One of the financing guys, Will, got me a great interest rate and they beat KBB estimate on the price of my trade in. Having driven a Mercedes for 20 years, I was anxious to convert and become a Jeep owner but I was ready for a change and could not be happier with my choice. Worst experience buying a car,they sold me a car with electrical problems, I try to talk to them because the problem is so bad that the car is dangerous to drive,they didn’t do anything to help me.the car had many problems and they didn’t fix anything.I’m still paying my car loan ($25000) and I can’t even use the car.Suck a bad experience I’m afraid to buy a car anywhere.these people are pretty bad.the 200 point inspection that they say on there website is not true,they barely check the cars.

Good Wi-Fi. TV, coffee, etc. Always felt confident in their service. Dont try to sell unneeded work.Express Service for in and out oil change and tire rotation. I wasnt a dealership service fan because they tend to be pricey and sell unneeded service but feel good going here paying a little more and having confidence of good work.

I bought an older 2005 Jeep unlimited Rubicon privately and brought it to the service department here to go through it mechanically and diagnose a check engine light. First go around they changed a sensor and got it back to me quickly. Check engine Light came on next day and I let them know. Didnt have to make an appointment to come back in as they are usually booked. They even shuttled me home. They looked at it closer and diagnosed it quickly. Now I feel a lot better taking this private sale jeep in the mountains. Thanks so much to the service department and management for quality work and service. Highly recommend.

Ray and his service team have always been awesome and a class act service team but today they went far beyond awesome. On a Saturday I noticed a coolant leak and spoke to Ray although it was almost 4 and they close at 5 and closed all day Sunday but he told me if I could get it to him he could have it looked at and see what he could do.Ray and Mike his technician where waiting for me and instantly diagnosed a likely blown water pump. The diagnosis was confirmed, the water pump replaced, car and engine compartment washed and I pulled out of the lot on my way home to enjoy the rest of my weekend at 5:00!Ray and your whole team thank you so much.You are the best!!

I called Service to get a repair estimate. The guy was too busy to talk to me and transferred me to parts and no one answered the phone.

My finance manager was Will LaFlash and hes the BEST EVER!! He got me financed, very professional, considerate and knowledgeable!
