My experience with Pelletier Rug Company has always been excellent. Most recently after sustaining water damage in a finished basement, Lee directed me to the best replacement options in the store. I was especially impressed with the advice and knowledge of Jerri who came to my home to measure and map out the area for installation. Her professional advice in choosing between a number of samples was very helpful and reassuring. Our visit to the store and placement of the order was completed both in person and online conveniently in just two days.I highly recommend Pelletier Rug Company.

I purchased a new rug for our living room this past weekend. This is not our first purchase. I am a repeat customer because the staff is great and knowledgeable and has never been pushy or “salesy.” I love the remanent room which I didnt know about on our first visit and is where we ended up choosing a carpet for babies room. 6 years later the carpet which has since seen a second baby lots of traffic/play time still looks new. This past weekend, I had my 2 year old in tow and Paul helped us. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, offered assistance, answered a few questions for me and set me loose. Came back to check on us a short time later and I had narrowed my selection and he made me feel comfortable with my final choice. Picking up today and super excited about it! Thank you Paul and Pelletier Rug!

Not only are they friendly when you go into the store, there is no sales pressure and they let me take my time. Their prices are also very good. Then, after finding the perfect rug pattern, Paul was very helpful and arranged for a couple of the rugs to be cut to fit my spaces. They were cut and reassembled perfectly! Youd never know they were altered! I highly recommend this store.

Pelletier Rug was helpful in finding me the perfect wall to wall carpet for my spare bedrooms. They had some samples sent out to me, free of charge. The installers came out right on time, were very personable and efficient- next thing you know, the carpets were in and look beautiful! Also, the price was very reasonable.

Pelletier Rug was great from start to finish! I told them I needed carpeting for my rental property so I wanted something long lasting but also economical. I purchased the carpeting, and was scheduled within 10 days. They came when they said they would (something that seems like should be the norm but is rare in the services industry in 2019), and completed the job leaving my tenant very happy. Thank you!

Likely one of the single worst vendor experiences I have ever had. They had me come in and sign for the direction of the carpeting to be laid out and made a big deal about getting me to sign off on the exact way we preferred the carpeting. Somehow, they screwed that up and installed it the wrong way. The rep, Paul, apologized and said it was completely his fault and that it would be corrected. I suspect he delayed ordering the replacement thinking we would just accept it, because a couple MONTHS later the product they screwed up on, is no longer being made. That debacle is the tip of the iceberg as the installation was problematic as well. One of my daughters cut her foot because there was a staple left sticking up in the middle of the carpet. When the installer came to try and fix it, he spent a half hour messing around only to say he would have to PULL the carpet for it to be removed. He was alone and I guess expected us to move all of the furniture there? He came back and did remove the nail/staple, but did leave a nice little blemish on the carpeting where he had tried to pull it THROUGH the carpeting the first time.In my other daughters room, apparently they did NOT realize the tack strips they used were not compatible with lower pile carpeting. That resulted in little nails being able to be felt. I get it that the edges are rarely touched, but the THRESHOLD area is absolutely 100% unacceptable. Side note there too, they had to attempt to fix it TWICE as the first time they left a couple sharp nails exposed and did not get them all. My daughter likes to play behind her bed, and her feet apparently got near the walls, and she received a nice little cut due to the nails still being partially exposed. BOTH of my children have received bodily injury as a result of the lack of attention to detail. There was also shoddy workmanship in the basement as the seam there was also attempted to be corrected TWICE too. Sad when the second person comes out and tells you it does look off and that it can be corrected. There again, it was eventually corrected, but had to ask them out twice.I also made the mistake of allowing them to carpet a home I was selling. Paul apparently had LOST the original measurements, and had to schedule another date and time to do it again. Would not be an issue if we were living there at the time, but we were not and had to schedule yet another date and time so he could do it again. At the time of installation at that house, I showed up to greet the men and let them in the house. So I am talking with the supervisor, and noticed the bathroom door was shut. I knocked and there was one of the works on there sitting on the throne relieving himself and doing his morning business. I was absolutely blown away that a worker would not only use a bathroom before asking, but decided to drop a bomb in my home. The real kicker is the fact the water was isolated and turned off in the home temporarily while an item was being fixed. So a worker decides to contaminate a customers bathroom, unannounced no less, and then tries to blow it off. They also failed to reinstall the covers (3 of them) in one room, the closet slide guide in another room, and left the removed doors right in front of a toilet when they left. All in all a horrible experience that never seemed to get any better. The real kicker is that one of the suggested solutions to the problem is that they would credit me for the error in the room they screwed up, IF I decided to seek new carpeting from a real carpet store. They were saying how they would remove the old carpet, right before I had the new carpet from another company we selected. So not only would they not replace it with similar quality to what they ripped out, but he really did suggest that he would refund the cost of that room to their errors, IF I chose to replace it with another carpet from a different carpeting store?? IT even sounds insane when I write this but that is seriously what was suggested.sad, but all 100% true...
