One of those hole-in-the-wall places that you’ll be glad you found. Stumbled across it by complete accident when doing highway work in the area last year and seeing it on Google Maps. Finally tried it when driving on our way to Maine and yes, it is exactly as good as the photos make it look. You can get ice cream sandwiches (with 2 cookies) or bowls (with one). There are some pretty nifty cookie flavors like birthday cake and Oreo-stuffed, which is a chocolate chip cookie with a whole Oreo inside. It’s about as American as you can get 🇺🇸

I had such a disappointing experience with this company. I hired them for my daughter’s birthday party 5 months in advance. I was told that there was no set time frame that they stay, and that the driver leaves after the sandwiches were all handed out. 2 days before the event I received an email stating they were only staying an hour, and that they would give me the rest of my sandwiches to keep for the guests who didn’t get to have them. When I emailed them back, I was told the driver needed to go to another party after mine. They only contact you through email, you cannot have a conversation on the phone with them. But it gets better! When the driver arrived, he didn’t have the ice cream I ordered special for the event. He had to tell my guests that he didn’t have it every time they ordered it, because it was on the personalized menu, they have you create. Then, when my guests would order, he would ask them what was in that sandwich!!! I paid a great deal of money, and was treated like a complete afterthought, when I booked them months in advance. Huge disappointment! I will never have them again for my future events, and I will never recommend them to anyone else for their future events.

Simply the best. Chocolate chip is my favorite but have tried most of them. My favorite cookie spot by far!

Ice Cream overload (in the best way)! Had the ice cream sandwich at SOWA market with chocolate chip cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream. I usually dont eat dessert but I had to when I saw this truck. I ate the whole thing myself (which was a little much) so I would recommend sharing or getting something smaller if you arent planning on sharing.

The Cookie Monstah is amazing!! I have tried a bunch of different cookie flavors and I have never found a cookie I didn’t like from them. Everytime I go there I always order a dozen so I can get a variety of flavors. Also their handmade cookie ice cream sandwiches are pure perfection! They are always changing things up and offering new flavors and new combinations which I love. The staff is so friendly and they even have their truck outside which allows people to walk up and order which is great for safety right now with Covid. You can always get there cookies delivered which is a great option and makes for the perfect gift. I’ve sent cookies as gifts from them many times and everyone has always loved them! There newest addition allows you to purchase the dough and bring it home to bake the cookies yourself if you want your house to smell like cookie heaven. I can’t think of one thing that would make this place better unless they invent cookies that don’t make you gain weight because trust me you’ll want to keep going back for more!!

What more could you ask for? Fresh baked cookies and huge scoops of yummy ice cream that is enough for 2 people for only $5! The first time we got 2 double chocolate cookies and the peanut butter cup ice cream. The second time (pictured) we got a salted caramel cookie, double chocolate cookie and peanut butter cup ice cream. Next time I am trying the cinnamon bun cookies with dino crunch ice cream!

If youre craving cookies and milk or a cookie ice cream sandwich this is the place to go!

Really smartly designed and safe drive-theu arrangement for the cookie ice cream sandwiches. The cookies are always pretty good, and they use Richardsons ice cream(also a winner). As a bonus, the cookie sandwich is huge!

I would have gave this a 5 star however I took my chocolate chuck cookie and coffee oreo to go was eating it and as I was getting to the end entwined in an oreo was a freakn hair wasnt mine a short black hair was beside myself because I went when the were closing. The flavor of the coffee oreo icecream was Delicious 😋. Very upset I didnt get to finish 😢

How can you not love this place? They sell cookies. They are exceptional. You can get them individually, with ice cream, as an ice cream sandwich, with milk, and by the half dozen. There are other delectable treats offered as specials, so keep an open mind. You might be tempted by a root beer float, brownie, or something seasonal. Ive been in here a few times and Ive always had the friendliest service. Check them out for any and all occasions!

We had the Cookie Monstah Food Truck as the dessert option for our wedding. They let us pick 3 types of cookie sandwiches and then had 2 staff members serving them up for 2 hours at our reception. They were a huge hit! Our guests loved it and were able to get through the lines pretty quickly too. The pumpkin patch was delicious! Honestly it was possible the same price if not cheaper than the cost of some cakes and cutting fees for many wedding receptions – our guests appreciated the much more unique dessert option!

Went for the first time today and this place is awesome! The cookies have that homemade taste and go great with ice cream. Super friendly staff too!

Was headed into South Station with my wife and daughter and saw the Cookie Monstah truck. Decided to stop and try a cookie and ice cream. The service was excellent. The two men in the truck were friendly and helpful. The ice cream and cookies were of the highest quality and the prices were incredibly reasonable. To be honest, for a summer treat in the middle of the city, they could easily charge more. Will be visiting again soon!

Came across these guys at the NH Food Truck Festival today. They are great! You can pick your own ice cream and cookie combo to customize your own ice cream sandwich! So delicious that we visited the truck twice in the same day. The best part is how personable the people running it are! Always smiling and joking with us. Even asked to take a picture of my boyfriends Cookie Monster t-shirt.

Great experience! Took my family to the Food Truck fair at the Salem common and the Cookie Monstah truck was the star of the day! They were super friendly. The cookies and ice cream were delicious! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Took my toddler there for a cookies and cream after a friend told me about this place. She loved it! The cookie was fresh and soft, and tasted amazing. And quality ice cream of a large variety of flavors to top it off. They even have milky way ice cream! Definitely going back here again. My only critique would be that they need more tables and chairs. When we went it was full and there was no where to sit.

On a hot sunny day, this is the perfect way to cool down. Make sure to get the sandwich. The cookies r amazing and so is the icecream in between. My kids loved the chocolate chip cookie and m&m cookies. I got the coffee kind. But everything is ymmmm..... They can also bring their truck to office or birthday parties.

Ice cream, cookies and drinks! What more do you want. Go early in the day to get the best selection. They also sell brookies, brownie/cookies and blueberry pound cakes squares. The ice cream is Richardsons, so you know it is delicious. If you are familiar with McKinnons market in Danvers, you can but a 6 count pack of cookie monster, usually for $8.99 and varying Richardsons ice cream as we.

The cookies are so tough for an ice cream cookie sandwich. I got salted caramel because my bf said he got the chocolate chip and it was hard. And then I had to really pull on it to chew. The ice cream was okay. :( It really isnt worth it for the price.

Its a fun place to go. The ice cream is really good and cookies are big. The service is fast. The only thing is that it is right off of the highway so its not the most beautiful location to enjoy an ice cream.

This is really delicious. I wish the Sammies were a little smaller though to be honest. I tried to split one with my fiancé because they’re too big to eat on your own. And it melted before we got 2/3 through. It was also only 75 degrees out, so not overly hot.

Absolutely delicious. Ive had the double chocolate cookies with green monster (mint choc chip with oreo bits and caramel swirl), and the red velvet cookies with chocolate ice cream (The Noreaster). Both fantastic. The cookies are moist and both cookie and ice cream are flavourful. Perfect textures and ratios. I recently also had an ice cream sandwich from a competitor, Frozen Hoagies and it was dreadful, Cookie Monstah gets my most enthusiastic recommendation!

Cookies werent fresh though I did get them late in the day. More frustrating was that it is cold out and the milk they gave me is somehow warmer than the ambient temperature. It was not drinkable
