Great consignment store, quality furniture, bought many items over the years: sofas, tables, etc.
Special place with a lot of unique furniture, mirrors, paintings, pianos sometimes, super cool wall decor, outdoor patio furniture, vases, statues, and even jewelry. I always enjoy coming here because they get in the best things. Also every time Ive bought here the staff has been pretty nice and helpful. So many things you cant find anywhere else.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called about leather Couch and chair we wanted to sell and they told me to send pictures. So I sent pictures and a lady named Becky said bring it in, so we went and rented a truck went to the drop off zone and there was a short older woman with short grayish blond hair that we were finally able to track down. Asked her what the next step was and she sent us to the front to see Becky. We walked to the front, Becky greeted us (one of the two nice employees there), asked us to hold on she would be right with us. So we sat down on a couch waiting, and another tall thin lady with very short gray hair told us to go back to the receiving door and we would be helped there in an EXTREMELY rude manner. So we politely went back to the receiving door where the short blond lady precedes to yell at us because the other employee told us to come back and see her. She continues to be extremely rude to the point I walked away to go back up front to find another rep. At this point I am getting mad that I am getting yelled at but rude old women and tired of going back and forth to the front and back of the store at the bequest of rude people.I think your older ladies need to get a new job, their rude, unprofessional, and have no manners. This is anything but a professional store. The furnishings are nice there from what I saw but the customer service is lacking. I wont ever sell or buy furnishing from a place that lacks in professionalism.We decided to donate the two pieces to Savers in Dublin.

Fabulous selection of high quality, gently used furniture. Pro tip: visit often because they always are getting new stuff. Mark downs seem to happen after something doesnt sell for 3 weeks. No returns, so only buy if you know you love it!
I have dealt with Home Consignment Center as a seller and buyer for years with very few issues. I used to think they were a good company. This year, it is a different story, their service has gone down significantly! I left a lamp on consignment back in February, then came COVID shut down. I checked in once or twice starting in August, and was told the lamp hadnt been sold. Then I went in the shop in Sept to pick up the lamp and was told it was out on test drive. After that I checked in often to see if it was back in the shop, no it was always on a test drive. (I guess they are allowing month long test drives now?) Finally, on Oct 17, I was told it was sold and I would receive a check in 3-4 weeks.Today, Nov. 14 is 4 weeks, no check yet, and they are giving me a different story than last month. Now they said it didnt sell until Oct 19, two days after my Oct call when I was told it was sold. Kathy told me today that I would have a check in 3-4 weeks after Oct 19, which at the latest would be on Monday, Nov. 16. I asked what happens if I dont get it Monday and was given to a second person today, Na(sp?) Na told me it will be another week before I get a check.Every person there has a different story. I dont know what has happened here, but it is far too much work and frustration to deal with this company for a small value item. Different stories from each person, being told I would get a call back that doesnt come, and being hung up on more than once definitely doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. Ill think twice about ever going back. Selling on NextDoor is easier, more fun and I end up netting around the same amount of money.It has been a week since the original review. I just called and Annie told me the check is in the mail. Crossing my fingers to get it in 2020.
This is absolutely the most incredible “Home Consignment” store you will ever find. There selection is very high end and priced to move quickly. If you find something you love, don’t wait. There inventory moves quickly. Buy it or take a “test drive”. I love test driving for 24 hours. I also really like the staff. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. If your ever in So Cal check out the Newport Beach location!! It’s amazing 😉
I love browsing through the store. I think they have the best consignment collection. Sometimes the prices are a bit steep but nice deals are plenty.
They have a large selection of pieces of various quality and prices. Everything we looked at seemed reasonably priced.

I echo Regina Moore’s worst experience ever by the short older woman with short thinning grayish blond hair. Today, I went in the store to consign a picture frame while the other nice lady was helping me this older lady comes and jumps in the conversation rolling her eyes saying “oh this picture is too old and will not sell” on and on as if she was the owner. After I was done with the transaction the nice lady told me not to mind her. By this time, I was so upset I went talk to the manager and told him how I felt. The manager apologized and said “oh she is the nicest person here” excuse me? nicest person? Please!! Sure, a nice lady who doesn’t say “hi” rolls her eyes at the customers and at their product. Give me a break! I had brought several products from this store and referred countless number of people but not anymore. The older lady needs to take class in cultural diversity and customer service. You lost a great customer and referral of your business.
Great selection of furniture here. My wife and I have gotten great deals on a lot of furniture for our home. The staff is always ready to help in making a decision and arent pushy in trying to make a sale. For example, they have suggested that I dont buy a piece because it wouldnt go with the rest of the furniture that we already had in place.

We looked around at several local jewelers and found that Home Consignment Center commitment to ethical and ecologically sound business practices were unmatched. In addition, the quality, artistry and beauty of Home Consignment Center rings were definitely more impressive than any others we visited.

OMG. You have got to experience Kimberley in the jewelry department. Amazing ability to understand that each woman or man has different comfort levels and style with jewelry. Out of 6 customers she helped while dealing with difficult me she never suggested the same piece twice! It was heart moving to see her help a mother whos wedding ring had been stolen while she gave birth to her daughter. She found her a replacement that helped to wash clean that tainted moment of her life.Yep they have quite the treasure in Kimberly C.!
The whole transaction went so smoothly. My new furniture was coming sooner than expected. I called Home Consignment on Tuesday and they could pick the couch once Thursday. It was schedules for late in the day and they called to pick it up early. The price was set to my liking and service is very good. No complaints.
Love the furniture, and even more, the staffs, who are always so happy, fun, and sweet...making you feel visiting a friends store. Wonderful experience. Will go there more often to see the refreshed display of all kinds of good taste furniture items.
Great selection. May not be the cheapest place to look for furniture but they have a great selection of model home worthy pieces. (Because a lot of the furnitures come from former home builder models).
It is a very good option to be able to felihaver more people with the furniture that one no longer occupies and have some money in return

Appears as if the store is under new management. Use to be a decent place but on recent visits found the store staff unwelcoming and stiff. The inventory is neither good. Mostly junk. None of the staff acknowledged, smiled or volunteer their service. A Asian guy passed me several times with stiff face and didn’t acknowledge or return my smile. Need a serious training.

I love the newish test drive program where you can take your furniture piece home and see how it looks.... hard to do on large pieces but wonderful for pictures, mirrors, rugs and lamps... I love how easy it is and the really cool and unique items you can find ... not like shopping at Ashleys or Thomasville....

They have a ton of really great furniture, very good condition on most of them, and their prices are very reasonable. I bought an off white loveseat there, just the other day, after seeing it at Living Spaces. They gave me a twenty percent discount on top of the two hundred dollar difference. The loveseat looks almost brand new, the staff was so incredibly friendly, and they have some really great items there. I am definitely going back to see what else I can get for my home :)
I basically consigned my entire household because we were moving out of state. I had a fabulous experience with the Consignment Store in Danville. They took great care with my things and were proactive in getting everything sold.
The workers are very personable. but the quality of your items have gone down a lot. I use to go in and find beautiful things. thats not the case anymore sorry I just had to say that.
Very professional and easy to work with, needed to sell some furniture for my mother in law, took pictures and emailed them. They accepted almost all of the furniture. I arranged a pick up, and voila, our issue of moving furniture was complete. What a great service, and some of the pieces have sold and my mother in law has received her checks.

Was very disappointed the woman who was ever behind the counter was stuffy!! No smile or positive body energy. I smiled, asked about maybe consighning some 1920s Crystal eched glasses, some other stem ware as Well!! She gave me this irritated look, and said We only take furniture!! Thats very interesting cause I did a walk through the whole store before I even went up to counter.. Its a shame I returned to the town I grew up in instead of moving out of state!!😶🙄
