My Mom had knee replacement surgery and two days later her fridge died. She needed ice treatments every 3 hours to keep swelling and pain at bay. Russell and Tony made it possible to get a new fridge and have it delivered that afternoon. Russell and Crystal took the old one out and got the new one all set up and I had her back on her ice machine the next day. By making this happen in one day I truly feel that they saved my Mom from serious complications. Thank you all so much!!

Anything less than a one star would be recommended for a review.Purchased a Kenmore top mount refrigerator 111.6121, it freezes everything in the refrigerator and crisper; LED light has NEVER worked. This SEARS store could care less. Would NEVER PURCHASE anything there again.
