Had a rock hit my windshield on a Saturday and made an appointment on Sunday online for 8 AM the next day. Showed up and within 45 minutes had my windshield fixed! My insurance covered it and paid nothing out of pocket. Very fast and did a very good job! Made what could have been a stressful situation very simple. Thank you!

What excellent service!! The Tech, Matthew, took great care in replacing the windshield on my Moms Pontiac Montana. Matthew went above and beyond and paid attention to EVERY, and I do mean E-V-E-R-Y, detail. I highly recommend Safelite Autoglass on Riverside Drive.

Very very courteous staff good job

They did a good job installing the new windshield but they broke a piece of trim on the dash. When ask about it they claimed they didnt realize it had happened. Thats possible but very unlikely and the concern they had about making it right was a joke. Was told they didnt have a manager at the Danville Va location and they didnt have the authority to make it right. They were very friendly but that doesnt fix the damage to my vehicle!

Scheduled my appointment on line, was given my quote, received text message reminders, the day before and day of my appointment, reminding me of time of appointment, their detailed location (address) and a picture of the guy who was going to be doing my windshield replacement...which I found to be a good touch.Wait time wasnt bad, I actually arrived early and they were able to start then instead of me having to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to start.Price was what youd expect and service was great very friendly and down to earth team. 👍

I did a quote online for a total of $389. The tech called this morning to inform me he was on the way and told me a total of $409 was to be collected. I asked why the price i was quoted (and had a paper copy of) was $20 more. He wasnt sure. So i called another glass company that was local and was quoted $185 for the windshield, clips seal labor and taxes. Now this company will not come to me but i refuse to believe a fair market value fro safe-lite to come to me is $224. What a horrible way Safe-lite does business . I do not recommenced this company for anyone.
