Cant use coupons because app never seems to allow it. Apparently Im not the only person with this problem

Cashier was super rude, these mini things were in the wrong spot marked $4 cheaper and the woman wouldnt even go look at it. It wasnt one in the wrong place, it was at least 10 in the wrong place so I felt like they shouldve at least offered a discount. Walmart has them for three dollars cheaper and I can buy watercolor supplies on Amazon so Joann wont be getting my business anymore.

Found what I needed. Then waited for over 15 minutes for a lady to come to register to check me out. They have a button to push up by the register to notify the cashier, but it is not marked as such. When the sales clerk heard it; she could have at least acknowledged it before finishing then leisurely coming up to check out. I wonder how many people just walk out with the merchandise with no cashier .????

They had some good sales, facemasks are required and they sanitized the counter after each customer.

Its not a very big store but you sure can get lost in there!

The cashiers are very friendly. But the young girl that cuts fabric is NOT AT ALL knowledgeable when asked where to find patterns, all she said was, this is all we have and they are all mixed up together and we dont have anything else.So, I was not happy at all.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I was able to complete my current project. I purchased bias tape and a imitation leather label package. I am very pleased with both.I will most certainly be back.

This is my hometown JoAnn. For a small store it has a very good inventory of many different items that they dont even carry in some of the larger towns nearby. And besides the staff are always friendly knowledgeable and very much able and willing to help every time I go in there

Found what I was looking forGood sales going on.

Excellent selection of fabrics and craft materials, but poor selection of seasonal items. Also, staff often seem unhappy and crabby, as if they are just putting in their time and having to help you is a burden. Great if you need fabrics and sewing items, otherwise, Id find a different store

I was standing outside the Gate at 9:30 waiting for them to open, unfortunately 5 different people came to the shop, due to it not opening until 10:00am, they lost those customers. Maybe a time adjustment would be beneficial. This has nothing to do with the quality of the store nor the items they sell. But it does effect customer service:/

Some employees are more helpful with coupons on high priced items than this girl was.

We were visiting Danville and googled Joanns location. We drove by the entrance because it was recessed and not easily visible from our viewpoint. We were about to leave, when we saw the name on the pilon sign. We looked again and saw the entrance.The store was neat and clean, all ready for fall. Many, many things to look at. It wasnt busy when I was there. The staff was chatting to each other, and when I made my selection, one of the ladies came over and cut my fabric. She was very nice and knowledgeable when she answered my questions.I then took my purchases to the cash. The cashier was very friendly.
