Culligan service is beyond excellent. It took 6 days from my first phone call to installation All personnel I dealt with ( sales, installer, manager ) were exceptionally personable and knowledgeable about their products and water quality.

To myself and everyone else time is valuable. Culligan home deliveries saves me so much time and is so convenient to use. Our delivery person is top notch and reaches out to us even when we are gone and forget to set out our empty bottles. I appreciate great customer service as it is a rare commodity now a days.

Chad made the decision to replace our old softner with a new one an easy one. They were very considerate of when they could come and cleaned up any mess that they possiblly made. I had nothing to clean up. Thanks again and I appreciate the time you took to make things right.

Chad Reifsteck, opereations manager, installed a water softener in my home and I was very much impressed with his expertise. His work is very neat and no leaks or anything amiss that I have noticed thus far. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a conscientious guy to install a water softener in their home. No way to reach them. Installed a new unit in our house on 6-16-20. Leaking from the hoses and had leaked all over my our floor. Almost $1,500 for this and no one to contact! Furious!!!

Horrific !! Better go somewhere else to get your water!! Quoted three different prices by the same lady. Then got there and got yet another price. Then she treated me horribly, short tempered, because she kept getting confused!!! She could not or did not remember the answers when I asked questions.
