This place here I’ll start by saying I bought a car from them 21000$ two weeks later car has a problem. I than call salesman say hey car has a problem they should fix I just brought it two weeks ago “ok tow it here” I tow car to them thinking they would fix said problem in good faith they did not cost 954$ ok fine. I understand it’s a part shortage so when I call and they say part is on back order I’m like ok so four weeks later I than call them again they never call I ask is car ready they say yeah it’s been ready a week! I’m like ok I go to pick up car still will not start all around bad business. If it was a battery why not just change that and have had me go on about my day. Don’t get nothing fixed here or by used here.

Thursday July 1st 2021 had a appointment with woodall Nissan at 1:40pm.Arrived at 1:30pm was checked by Austin who call for a gentleman to take me back to work. I was told I would receive a call to let me know what was going on at least by close of the day. I never heard anything back from any one so I call to inquire about my vehicle at 5:04pm I was transfer to Austin were I didnt get a answer.  I then at back at 5:14pm where I told to Matt who told me Austin was gone for the day and should have call me. I was told my car didnt code then told they were unable to get to it. But Matt told me because of everything going on he would have them look at it first thing in the morning and call me. I received a call from Austin 7-2-2021 stating that the car code a transmission issue and needed farther  diagnostic and that they wouldnt be able to get to it til 7-6-2021. I asked him did Nissan cover a loaner vehicle he said no. But they could get me a discount with enterprise.  After talk it was said that the vehicle had not code and that they were under staff and the tech that was needed was not working. And the reason for them not looking at the vehicle Thursday was because they got caught up with another job and was unable to look at my vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to a answer I left a message asking for someone to call me back asap.  I did get a call back and it was Austin again saying he was sorry he transferred me to the office location his  boss was not in told but he talk to her and they agreed I could just come get my vehicle and bring it back Tuesday.  I said thank you and hang up. I arrived and my vehicle was still in the back so the young got it for me when I asked for the paperwork for what my vehicle code far the transmission he said there wasnt any because it didnt code anything.

Took 6 hrs for an oil change. I was originally told it would be an hour wait. Then I was told it would be a 3 hr wait. At 4 hrs I called to check on my car since I hadnt heard anything. I Then was told my car hadnt been taken back yet, and it was next. All on a work day. Didnt get my car back til after 4, and had to be at work at 5.

Oil change and tire rotation, service was good and timely but I think rotation should be free on a new car bought there since the tires were bought with the car. I might come back next time or if Ive got to pay to rotate anyway I may just go somewhere closer to home in gretna and save time and a gallon or 2 of gas

When I bought my car down on the 21st of May. I had bought it down before in December of 2020. There was a problem with the DTE. I bought it back for the same noise that I hear, not all the time but once a month. If there are sensors in the Gas tank check those. But was told that IF I hear it again to pull in and they can check it. I dont live in Danville, so if I hear the noise again. How can I get the car there. But its still under warranty so until this issue is resolve I will bring it back. I was also told why check for something that they cant find and no use putting on a part that may not be the problem. Which is true. I googled information about the Gas Sensor. Which sound like a problem that Im experiencing. I will keep it as long as I can but will never buy another one.

I keep getting emails about my rouge. Then emails thanking me for servicing my rouge. Then emails asking for a survey. I DONT have a rouge, never had a rouge, dont want a rouge. Ive emailed about fixing this yet it continues. I bought a silverado and got screwed out of my points. We got our last vehicle in NC. Well be going back to NC from now on. They set our phone up and made sure we got our points. Ive never gotten points on my vehicles from Woodall. Never again.

I scheduled an appointment to get my inspection sticker and told the lady that I could come on a Saturday or my lunch break that I get an hour! She had an appointment the next day at 1:20pm. I said fine and told me to be there by 1:15pm. I did. When I arrived, there were not alot of cars there, maybe one ahead of me and she left within a few minutes of me being there. Time is ticking and several times after waiting I kept asking if it was almost ready and asked about the courtesy vehicle because I was trying to get back to work on time and each time I was told that it would be ready in a few minutes. I understand that at the most, it should take about 45 minutes but I did not get to work until 2:35pm. Now the guy that rang up my ticket did apologize and stated that it shouldnt have taken that long and waived the fee. Im not sure why it took so long but that NEVER should have happened and I should have been given a courtesy ride back to work. While I would like to bring my car back to you all when I get my oil change, I have second thoughts as to this happening again and may opt to go elsewhere. I hope you take this into consideration and do better. I thought about putting my experience on the local customer service page but decided that I wont base your customer service off of this one experience because any other time I have been there, service was fine and the next time I come would be for an oil change! This was the best experience that I have ever received from a dealership. Patrick was an exceptional salesman and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish and had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its features; he was also the person that updated my insurance info because they were closed the day I went to the dealership. I also met with Dean and Luis who were also exceptional! I cant say enough good things about the exceptional customer service and knowledge of the employees. I will definitely purchase another vehicle in the future. If I could rate higher than 10 I definitely would. I work in customer service and I was extremely pleased.

Collision center had my vehicle for almost two months . The center never contacted me I had to always check on my vehicle they will report that is was being worked on but never was ; They touched and supposedly fixed but it wasn’t now it was returned to me no one checked my vehicle when it was returned to me we had to go inside the parking lot to get it out and now my electrical inside in some areas don’t work, my front bumper isn’t even put on right . It was a terrible service and I can’t even open my hood cus the latch is broken so terrible I don’t recommend getting your vehicle fixed here . I give it a negative star.

First of all, my car had to be towed to Woodall Nissan. Not only was my battery.dead, it was corrosive. Unfortunately, the corrosion that had developed on the battery had spread to other parts of the engine, etc. I was informed of the situation immediately. The three people I dealt with - Allen, Matt, Catherine - were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only was my car taken care of, after it was serviced, they sent a courtesy ride to pick up my daughter from my residence, so she could drive the car back home. Thank you for making the whole experience a positive encounter.

I brought my car in to the Nissan Dealership for a $745 repair and asked them to check a slow leak in one of my tires. Jacob told me the tech said he checked the tire and found nothing in it or anything leaking. The next day I awoke to a tire almost flat. Got it to a tire shop near my house and they found a screw in the tire, repaired it and it’s never leaked since. The tech either didn’t check the tire OR he just ignored the screw because Ray Charles couldn’t have missed it. I felt that someone, either Jacob or the tech, was untruthful with me.

Had issue with car. They said I needed a part that they had to order. They would call next day when it came in. I never got the call so I call. I took carvin to get it replaced. Got home few days later same issue so I took back to check again. Found out they did not change what they told me I needed but changed a different part. Then they tell me that something totally different is wrong. And wants to charge more money onto of what they already charged that wasnt wrong. I found another mechanic that told me that what they told me the second time was not bad but the thing they were supposed to change and didnt was bad.

I delt with the salesperson Giggets. I think he was more interested in putting money in his pocket instead of showing some customer service. Also they wasnt going to give me nothing reasonably for my trade in. I never got a comfort level that he was trying to help me. He told me that the condition my car was in it was no good. Offered me a $ 1000 and I just had been offered over $ 3000 just before i had stopped by Woodall. So disrespectful ! I will not return to Woodalls Nissan !

My husband bought a new truck on Monday Oct. 29, 2019 and when I found out that R W also sold Nissan I looked on the website and saw the dark blue Murano. I bought a new Honda CRV back in April 2019 and just wasnt happy with it. I drove a 2011 Murano for 8 years and loved it. I was trying to save some money and made a mistake. So Dean worked with me on the Murano, gave me an excellent trade in on the CRV and I am completely in love with my new Murano! Best car ever. So I bought it on Oct. 30. Honestly my experience with them is going to cause PTSD and be nervous for any future vehicle purchases. I am not satisfied in anyway with this purchase. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima with them in 2014 and this car has been nothing but trouble. Yes its a nice car but I feel like I got a dud. I take very good care of my car (their staff even commended me on how well I kept up my service) and I consistently used them for all my mechanical needs but this was apparently a waste. The only perk is the comfortable facility while waiting. I have been lied to and cheated. The car has needed everything from transmission replacement to fuel pump. All big ticket items. And every time I go for something minor they hit me with something else. Its ridiculous. In December 2017 they told me I needed a battery or otherwise I would be stranded. I decided to get my own battery instead of paying them. Well I ended up not getting one at all and here it is August 2018 and Ive never had a problem with the battery and was just told that the battery is not problem. To digress I will never buy from them again and advise all my family and friends and coworkers and community members and ANYONE I come in contact with to use the same caution.

I would not recommend this place for buying a car. I was looking for a Leaf a year ago and they said over the phone they didnt know if they had one or when they would get one. I went to the showroom the next day in the evening and the salesman told me they would never sell a Leaf there since they had one a year ago and it never sold, I left after that. I got a call back a few days later asking if I was still interested in a Leaf and was told they could get one in if I wanted one. Felt like I was getting the run around. End up going elsewhere to get my car elsewhere.On a positive note I recently had to get a recall dealt with on my leave and went here. They fixed the recall issue in less than an hour. The service department seems really good and fast.
