What an amazing group of people! I went in today to pick up something I had pawned and was looking at the guitars and I saw a 7 string I liked. The gentleman that I was dealing with offered it $25 off and I said I’d have to go get the money and I’d be back before the end of the day and when I got back he honored the $25 off. It was a good experience and I love the guitar.

Absolute worst place to go. They do not train their employees correctly. Please be careful when buying anything from here. One employee says you can do one thing then the others say you can’t then managers say another thing. They were very rude to me when I asked a question about an item as well, that’s how you know there stuff isnt going to last long cause they never want to give you specific details!

Its not a good pawn shop anymore since they got all of these new people in here. They expect things to be in new condition but its a pawn shop things going to be in like new condition. For example I had a new console i had for years online it was about 300 dollars so instead of the regular worker helping the new guy took me and said because. The box wasnt new he could only offer me 50 dollars for it. The console was 15 years old and havent been used with the wrapper on everything. So i told him Ill sell it on ebay or something that was ridiculous. So they try to get over now i guess their not doing good business or have to pay those 8 getovers they have working there.
