Ive been doing renovation on the house, and this store is the closest to me, so Ive been there quite a few times. Most of the time associates look bothered when I ask for help, just like they were doing something very important, and here I am, wasting their time. Not a good feeling 😕

I went for 3 basic items but they didnt have any of them. The 1 gallon Home Defense. I was going to go ahead and purchase the larger bottle but then they didnt have the Ecos laundry detergent or the Energized rechargable batteries with the charger. I asked an associate for the rechargable batteries and she cut me off and told me they were out of stock. When I finished my sentence, she said Im more than welcome to go look for myself. Yes, there were rechargable batteries in stock but not the rapid charger. I decided to leave without the home defense. If I have to go somewhere else, I will buy all of my items from them. Terrible, terrible first impression of this store.

Bought my gas grill. Ordered on Net & it was waiting at Customer service. They helped get in car. Been a long time customer in a number of cities. Arthur Blank (owner) was once a customer of mine. 1st class all the way

Home Depot DOES NOT take care of their customers!!! We purchased all new kitchen appliances online from Home Depot. The 1st time they delivered they had a mix up with stove and the microwave was dented. It took a few weeks for them to correct it and when they came back they only had the stove and just dropped it off. We werent in town so out neighbor let them in. The delivery people drove through part of our yard along the street. Tearing up part of the lawn and crushed some sprinklers. They said to get it fixed and they would reimburse us. We fixed it then they changed their story and refused to pay us. We spoke to someone for Home Depot on the phone. They said it would take a few weeks but to give them time and they will take care of us. Its been months since they said that and still no reimbursement. We had to pay $400 for someone to fix sprinklers and lawn. I suppose if you dont have a nice lawn or sprinklers in your yard then maybe they will be ok.

Was trying to find plastic wrap on the app but instead of telling me were it was it said see associate. Associates have always been awful but since I couldnt find it on my own I had no choice but to ask someone. A young black man that was putting rugs out was very helpful. Him and him alone deserves this 5 star rating.

I bought an expensive Ecco chainsaw from Home Depot. After about one hours use it would not crank again. I took it back to the store and they said they would have to send it off. Five weeks later it was returned. It would run but wouldnt idle. They charged me $60 even though I had just bought the saw. Their attitude was terrible and I still dont have a functional saw. Last big purchase from this store. Go to a shop that specializes in what you need, not a one size fits all. You might pay a few extra bucks but it is always worth it in the long run

We used them to install our carpet. Their prices are competitive and their staff is very friendly. The employee in the flooring department was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.The installers were extremely helpful, they had great communication and called to let me know exactly when they would be there and showed up on time. They did great work and were very friendly.

Bought a fridge online walked in picked it up they loaded it great no problems easier than Ive ever done before

The home depot subcontractor that took our dishwasher install job was terrible. He screwed it directly to our countertops!?! Also, the heating element does not work at all.They are going to send someone else out but its a full charge yet again. No recourse for screw ups. 6 years ago, they sent out 1 angry little man to install our carpets. We are still dealing with that mess. Youd do better to hire an outside company that has good reviews. DO NOT use their pros.

Like some other reviews state, Home Depot’s third party delivery company used to deliver appliances is terrible. I had an appointment scheduled, they sent me an automated the day before delivery to confirm. On the day of delivery the 4 hour allotted time frame came and went yet I received no call from the delivery company. I called their number only to reach an automated system that kept me on hold for 40 minutes. I finally hung up. I called Home Depot but could not connect with anyone in the appliance section or a manager so I had to call back 40 minutes later. A Home Depot manager called the delivery company but had to wait 45 minutes before talking to a real person. Home Depot manager was advised that the delivery truck had caught on fire and that delivery company was in the process of rescheduling all impacted deliveries. That call never came. Is it really so hard to pick up the phone to call the person waiting for delivery and just explain the situation so that they don’t waste their whole day off from work waiting on delivery? The delivery company was extremely disrespectful of my time and so is Home Depot knowing that the delivery company is terrible. I will not order another appliance from Home Depot.

Dont order appliance delivery from Home Depot. They use a third party company, which is normal in the industry, but their partner in this effort is terrible and Home Depot is completely complacent to it and unwilling to even attempt to reconcile when the deliveries are excessively delayed. Store manager could apparently care less about customer service or satisfaction. Was explicitly told that because my appliances arrived from the manufacturer at a later time that day than expected, I would have to wait an additional week from the delivery date that I was quoted. Was told the only thing they could do was to cancel my order, so I did and went to their competitor, which offered much better experience overall.Theres so much more to how bad this experience was but I think this says enough on its own to keep me from shopping there again.

Great place to dream about things to improve your living quarters.

As usual. Friendly, efficient employees, reasonably priced. Well stocked. The only annoyance was that the stocking of some areas was happening when it was busy, around lunch time and aisles were obstructed.

Called the store trying to find a ridingmower and the lady said they had 1 and would hold it for 2 hours and she would tag it. We got there in about 45 minutes and it was sold. The lady said she tagged it but she didnt. I talked to a Manger and she acted like she could care less. Last time I will ever shop there

Pro desk help need attention, very often it takes time to chase staff to get contractors help. Store staff is courteous and helpful, bad and frustrating thing is around 9 am and at some other times during the day, when most smokers take a break and all go out to smoke at the same time leaving store unattended and patrons looking for help.

Garden area closed, pro desk closed (no register open) 5:45pmLast, week cashier called for loading assistant, to help me . . . no one responded. Another, customer helped me load my wine refrigerator, into my truck!!

Could not find what I needed. Asked two different workers where to find what I needed. They pointed a couple different place each. Looked all over store could not find what needed, so I went to Lowes and where the first worker I asked, took me to it. I know where to go from now on. Thanks for wasting my time.

Rarely do they have a knowledgeable person available to help. They advertise delivery, but only deliver items that fit in a car. I tried ordering multiple items, and the only option was to have some shipped, some shipped to the store, and others in store pickup. Very frustrating. Everything Ive ordered for delivery and/or install came weeks after promised. Again, very frustrating.

They have horrible customer service, i called them and after waiting patiently for 5 or 10 minutes someone answers the phone i cant take your call right now! I replied you cant take my call ? Because it was very muffled and i really couldnt hear and the person just hung up in my face.... HOW RUDE!!

Do not buy appliances here. We paid over $2000 for a washer and dryer and couldnt even use it for a week when they delivered them. The delivery guys would not install the washer and dryer even though we paid extra for it. They do not offer military discounts on appliances. They charge yoy to remove old washer and dryer and extra for even the hoses. The delivery guys dont speak english and were very rude. Worst appliance buying Ive ever been thru. Go anywhere else.

Curbside pickup failed. Ordered some boxes at 11 this morning. It’s 3:38 and I am standing here watching them finally get them down from the top of the rack. Curbside pickup has some flaws . Needles to say I’m not curbside by standing in the aisle.UPDATE: 4/9/2021: I really dont know what has happened to this store but it is failing miserably. I walked in to find all the self checkout registers full with at least 10 other people standing around looking for a place to check out. I saw ZERO Home Depot employees. I would absolutely NOT go to this store. Try the Harbor Freight down the street or the Lowes not too far of a drive. I have always been a Home Depot fan but they have some serious management issues at this store.

Went in to purchase some tool batteries app stated they had 5 in stock and it was on the end cap. Well we searched for about 30 minutes finally found someone to help James was new and tried his best to help. We then asked Pat who in my opinion should be fired immediately this was the rudest employee I have ever come in contact with never in my life have I had one tell me she hates her job and just works there, she then proceeds to look at the end display and says oh guess we’re out not my problem we have a lot of theft here you’ll just have to go elsewhere. We then asked for a manager and she said that they didn’t have one in the storeAfter over an hour we finally got some help her name was Q and she was outstanding she went above and beyond helping us and even helped locate Mr Mcgowin the manager who is awesome.

Easy to find help. Staff is very knowledgeable

They staff there are too notch. They are friendly and willing to help. The young man that brought my order to my car tonight was a hard working young man with a great attitude. Hats off to his parents for teaching him the value of manners amd hard work.

I am a landscape professional who ordered material from this store only to be called the day of that they could not complete the order. They said they would have another truck in the following week and would satisfy the order then. A week goes by and I dont hear from them. I make a call and they say they dont have the material and wont have the material. I have an unfinished job for a customer and while my money is tied up with this company they are have been rude unhelpful and certainly unable to deliver. Zero stars if possible what a joke

On October 30, 2020, I placed an online order with the Home Depot located in Daphne, AL for an air compressor. The Home Depot App indicated that there were three in stock. I made my purchase and within a few hours I received a notification stating that my item was ready to be picked up.I waited until today (November 1st) to go an pick up my item. Upon arriving I was the only one standing in line waiting at customer pickup while 3 women behind the counter chatted amongst themselves. After several minutes, one of them finally turned from their conversation and asked if she could help.I provided her with my order information and ID. She then processed my order she turned to a gentleman that was standing behind the counter and asked if he could help. He then made the statement in an aggravated tone that he was busy and the only one there until 9:30AM. The guy then just turned and walked off. The lady behind the counter then advised me that I had to pull down to the covered area in front of the lumber entrance and someone would load my item up there.I pulled down and walked inside and stood inside the lumber area waiting for assistance that never came. I then got in line in the lumber area to speak with the cashier (Patricia) to see if I could get some help. She then asked who sent me down there and acted like I was doing something wrong when I was just doing what I was told by the lady at customer pickup. Finally she made a phone called and said that the associates were on the loading deck and would be with me soon.After waiting around again I just decided to go and get the item myself. I went and grabbed a cart and loaded the item up. I was proceeding to the door when I noticed an older woman talking on the store phone in a flannel shirt (Theresa). I advised her of my situation and that I had just loaded the item myself after no one came to help. She was very snippy and said she has to check everything. She said that she just can’t let items walk out of the store (which I totally get). Had they done there jobs properly in the first place, I would not be having this experience.As I was trying to exit the store, the sliding doors at the lumber entrance were malfunctioning and would only open a few feet wide. After waiting for then to mess with the doors (unsuccessfully) I was finally about to get out of the store. The associates did not even assist me with loading the item. Another customer exiting the store walked over and was nice enough to give me a hand loading it.Here is the icing on the cake. When I finally get home I notice that the box had been resealed. It was a previously returned item! The compressor had air pressure in the tank still! After all this I get a used/returned item!I know this is a lengthy rant, but I drove from Mobile which was 30 minutes out of my way for a used/previously returned item and a horrible customer service experience from the majority of my interaction with the associates.I thought the entire purpose of an online order was for customer convenience. I guess I was wrong to assume that they would have my item picked and ready to go when I got there. I guess the “curbside pickup” services do not apply at this location. I will definitely not waste my time again with this Home Depot in Daphne, AL

This particular home depot is ok. You should not expect exceptional customer service or employees to volunteer to help, but the service is not bad either. This store is a shining example of mediocrity.

The staff is always kind and they always have someone available to answer any question I might have about any product they sell.

I am trying to buy Dewalt 60v circular saw for fourth week. Home depot web site shows two in stock in this store, but there is none in the store. The associates answer is always the same. We dont order more, because people will steal them. And advice me to buy online. Pitiful.

5 stars because I love the Home Depot. They use to have terrible customer service. But I have to say, recently even with all the madness going on, it has improved greatly. They have been handling the situation well. Im in here every couple of days (for about a year now) Really has improved!

We usually shop at Lowes. The other day we needed to get base boards and decided to stop at our Home Depot in Daphne, Al. When we checked out we asked for someone to help tie it down. Were an older couple and Ive had a hip replacement and not much help. The girl said she called and called for help, but no one came. We finally did it ourselves. Today we tried again. We needed some interior doors. It took a bit, but we finally got someone to get them down. He told us there would be someone to help us load them into our truck. Once again, the girl on the register called and called for help. Again, no one came and we ended up having to do it ourselves. We are going to need some flooring and lighting in the near future. Looks like we will be going back to Lowes.

Customer service has really gone down hill with the box stores. If, and I do mean if, you can speak to a manager about a problem, they wont help.

I was extremely unhappy with probably my last trip to your store. I specifically used curbside pickup to protect myself. I pull into the designated parking spot and was attempting to call the number when a female employee walked right up to my drivers side window l was looking down at my phone didnt see her until l looked up and shes less than two feet asking for my name. This is unacceptable. If youre going to offer curbside service then you should follow your own instructions. The female was not wearing a mask. Why she did not follow your stores protocol is mind boggling. I hope she was not infected.
