We were headed home from Fort Morgan, AL pulling our 34’ toy hauler when we noticed a horrible sound that we knew to be a wheel bearing going out. Thankfully we pulled over and found a great state park nearby, Maeher State Park.I called every business I could find, unfortunately all of them told me 1-2 weeks out for any service. Thankfully I found this place. They knew the story and did what they could do to get us taken care of. I dropped off the truck at the shop and they drove me back to the state park. Got the call later that day it was in fact the wheel bearing. Greg was literally “on top of it “. He was honest, upfront with time expectations, and even dealt with my warranty company to get me squared away. Called the next afternoon and was assured it would be done after the part arrived. Well before the expected time Greg called back and said we are good to go! I was picked back up at the state park and taken to the shop.Good customer service is extremely difficult to find and even harder to experience for yourself. Greg and the crew were outstanding. Thank you so much for helping us out.Highly recommend for anyone!!!

I had taken my car with a nail in the tire to another local shop where I originally had purchased the tires. I was told that my tire couldnt be repaired due to threads being worn too thin, tires needed to be replaced for $900 I was told.. It looked to me like the tires still had some threads left. So I took it to Greg at Good Year who repaired the tire for $14 and confirmed that the tires had plenty left on the threads. Good to see that there are still good people around with integrity. Thanks for the great service!

While traveling across country my truck suddenly needed repair. I asked the tow truck driver to haul me to Alabama Auto; the driver said this station was an excellent choice. My truck was towed in the back parking lot at 11:30 PM on a Monday night. At 7: 00 AM the station open and I was out by 10:00 AM with new front hub bearing assembly.The people were considerate, and competent throughout the process. I have basic auto repair knowledge and they added to that by patiently demonstrating and showing me specifically what was wrong and how it would be repaired.When your traveling having your vehicle repaired is a roll of the dice and I won big here. I have no qualms about taking my vehicle to this station and neither should you.

Theyre very reasonable in terms of maintenance and repair costs and always call to consult with you prior to doing anything to your vehicle. This business went above and beyond to give us a safe place to land in our time of need. We were pulling our camper from Texas to Florida when our truck broke down on a Friday evening in heavy rain. We were stranded on the eastbound side of the I 10 bridge, just past the U.S.S. Alabama. When my husband called Alabama Auto Service Center, the owner stayed an hour after closing to wait for a tow truck to get us there. He allowed us to park our camper at his shop overnight and gave us access to his water and electricity so we could use our shower and run fans overnight. Saturday morning our truck was quickly serviced and we were back on the road by 10:30. Thank you Alabama Auto Service Center!

I ordered new tires from an online store and had this service center install them. Very good prices and service. Was in and out in less than an hour. Will do business with again.

This place is beyond unprofessional.. I brought my own tires to get put on and they said my 2013 dodge dart was too low to the ground, they couldnt put the tires without Jacks, which is fine with me. Then I told them not to use the impact to take my lugs off as they will strip them and they stripped one and refused to pay for it. They told me i had to buy more lugnuts which cost me $160 and still dont have new tires on..

I trust Greg and employees with my life every day. Gregs Goodyear business takes care of all my auto needs and the service is excellent. Many of my friends, as well as myself, depend on them to take care of our autos and keep us safe. I can depend on them.

This place used to be reasonable but now they are the highest place in town for repairs Im very disappointed they even sold me 10 yr old tires with dry rot. They returned them but for 50 dollars more Walmart gave me brand new tires. Im kinda questioning their integrity at this point. I know how shops run but at the same time I also know how the repairs are done so Im not really someone you can rip off when I take my car in to be fixed I usually know exactly how long and what it should cost. Their prices are deff above fair, almost unreasonable.

Went in for a routine oil change and rotate and balance. They found damage on one of the tires that Walmart apparently didnt notice or bother to tell me about last time I had the vehicle serviced and had a replacement tire in for me, at my request, within a couple hours, even though it wasnt in stock at their store. Also noticed as I was leaving that they had tightened my loose gearshift handle for free. Very friendly and knowledgeable/professional staff. Will definitely be back!
