I’ve been going here for years, I went yesterday for extensions and they didn’t have any which is ok I understand but the older woman who works there told me I could go to this store in Mobile to see, and I was very nice and thanked her but I actually don’t have the time to go there. I’ll just keep in check with them. I hadn’t walked 2 ft from her and she was about if I really needed them then I would go it’s not that far to drive. No it isn’t correct but I work two jobs I rarely have time. If I do have time I will obviously go. I’m very embarrassed that I even need the extensions and her being rude about it just didn’t help anything. Please do something about this employee. The younger girl was sweet

My granddaughter got me some hair products and it was a big difference of what I was using, so Im going to see if I can order it online, if not she can bring it to me, thank you so much Selena.

Worst corporation ever ! Why can’t you take returns when EVERYONE else is?!?!? Terrible service and I am glad I am not hurting for money like many hairstylists may be that bought from you - because I am stuck with a $65 device that doesn’t work and I can’t return - not even by mail!! Never again will I shopHere!

I love Sallys but they need to hire better people. People that actually act like they want to be there and help you. Id rather buy the same thing and pay more some where else, than have to go back in there. I just wanted to add, I went back in there and Tonnie I think her name was, was the manager and she was very helpful and very friendly!!!

One would expect that when the website, answering service AND the sign on the door says you open at 9, that I could just pull the door open and walk in. Not today! Here it is after 10, and youre still not open?!?! Ive been sitting here since 936 hoping that 1 of the 7 customers approaching your door was an employee...but not! Not good for business!! Its a good thing I dont manage this store!

We were asking what would make a highlighted color on top of a blonde. The people working there do not know much about the chemicals sold or how they work. So unless you went to school for this. It is a trial and error until you figure out what works. It does allow you to save a lot of money if you figure out what works for you. Plus you mix up only what you need. Less waste is achieved. You save alot compared to the salon. They are all very friendly at this location.

They have good sales and everything you need in a beauty supply store

They have a great hair dye selection and lots of different products thatll help you get whatever it is you want to do, not to mention they have a rewards card and if you have one you end up paying about 10% less or so on just about every item in the store. If theres something you need for hair care, youre going to find it here for sure.
