My son is a Lord of the rings fan and wanted a Hobbit inspired birthday cake. The publix in Daphne, Alabama bakery cake designer went above and beyond in getting the cake exactly how I had envisioned it. I gave her a photo of one and she literally duplicated the design. It was a stunning cake. She went above and beyond in decorating the cake. I wish I knew her name! Sorry I did not get it. But she is the cake decorator at the Daphne Alabama store. She really is such an asset to that department. Thank you so much for all you did. I will 100% be back for more cakes and I told all my co workers what an amazing job she did.

Publix is convenient, clean, the staff is helpful, and they carry some brands that Rouses doesnt carry. I find Publix comparatively more expensive than Rouses.

Everyone is so polite and professional. I do enjoy it. I can be standing there deciding which brand of flour I want and nine times out of ten a random employee will ask me how Im doing today, I love that.

Produce item I needed was limited to quantity of 1. I asked produce staff if there might be more? Tyler promptly checked inventory and found 6 more within two minutes. Great Job!

Clean, beautiful grocery store with ample selection of fresh produce. The bakery is delicious. Lots of yummy treats, fresh bread, and even pizza dough. Best buttermilk frosting ever! Deli has made to order sandwiches as well. Sushi is blah. Great service and friendly staff. Baggers always offer to help you out with your groceries. I never take them up on the offer, but its a nice touch.

Daphne Publix is my favorite. Everyone is always friendly. Customer service people greet shoppers as they come through the door.I prefer the layout of this store. Im not a fan of the giant wall of produce the other stores have. It feels like Im being cut off from the rest of the store.

Publix has always been my favorite grocery store (back in the day when they were only in Florida). I was so happy when they expanded into Alabama. People who think that Publix is expensive dont realize that if you shop the weekly ad, BOHOs and use the digital (no clipping) coupons that you can save a lot. I stock up on sale and BOGO items and plan meals around my savings. Plus employees are friendly and helpful. Two family members are department managers (in separate states, not the state I live in) and they feel that Publix takes care of employees and are adequately compensated.

Very clean and organized. Placed and picked up 2 prescriptions for relative. Informative, kind and helpful.

Occasionally Ill have an unpleasant experience, even at a Publix...however, not today...the store was so clean...well stocked...staff was friendly, especially my cashier. In fact, I think Im gonna frequent this particular store now...not too crowded, either. I liked it! I bet Ill see you in the aisles!

Very neat and orderly just a little overwhelming. I walk in to about 5 to 10 people standing at the entrance and the workers just stare, not as friendly as you would like a publix staff to be. Ideally wasnt the image I know the company wants to present.

I am always pleased with this grocery store, never disappointed.

This location is always significantly less crowded than either the Fairhope or Spanish Fort location, which makes it much more pleasing to shop at. Awesome deli, consistent BOGO deals, and a clean and well organized store.

Im from up North in Illinois and everyone down here is so nice. The workers in the store went out of there way to make sure my son and I found everything we needed.

Its a Publix. Most Publix, if not all are clean, tidy and easy to shop in. Publix also has plenty of food options and certain things you may not find as easily in any other store.

Dont trust their online app. Drove all the way there only to discover item wasnt in stock. Docked a star till this is fixed.

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix! Good produce section, great frozen section with fun exotic (for our rural area) foods. Many natural products that you can’t find at any other local markets. Good people working there, and a clientele that is a little more mask aware than most.

I love Publix. I had a little cake and cupcakes made for my sons 2nd birthday and it turned out sooo cute! I made the cupcake toppers, but that bookworm on the book was awesome! I thought it was going to be a little 2D bookworm next to a little book and they went above and beyond with it! It was absolutely perfect!

I love this grocery store! Everyone is very helpful and courteous. Customer service is excellent, the store is very clean, neat, organized in such a way items are easy to find. My only complaint or concern is how high some of the prices are of some items that I like to buy. I wish I could combine the grocery stores to take the best qualities of each to create one dynamic place to obtain clean and affordable food for everyone. The closest I’ve found to this is Publix.

I had quite a few people suggest Publix to make my wedding cakes.. I am so glad I listened.. I want to give a huge shout out to the bakery. Our cakes were awesome and were super delicious. I had so many people ask me where they came from. If anyone is looking for great cakes for very reasonable prices go to Publix.. thanks again for my wonderful cakes!!

Big shout out to Courtney in the Bakery Department for pulling through with a last minute birthday cake order and also suggesting the Unicorn Magic cake! It was ready for pickup when I arrived, it looked great and tasted amazing! This is the second Publix cake of many I plan to have!

Large enough, but wrong selection for my tastes and not the best prices. When you have a world class Winn Dixie, Rouses and Piggly wiggly, why bother with Publix?
