Mr. Conley was very helpful and professional. Everything was over taken care of over the phone and by email. We are from Mississippi but are 3 hours away and they even delivered the truck to us! They were AWESOME!

Got quoted an extremely high estimate for ac and tire replacement. Thankfully Tommy was able to price match tires and a friends shop estimate for ac repair. Upon picking up the car, the interior driver side floor mat had shop debris and oil on them. I cleaned them myself. In return you guys comped me a car detail that took you guys 4 hours. It was simply an exterior car wash maybe. I could care less about the outside more so the interior in which I had to clean myself after spending 1000’s in repairs. I’m appreciative of the repairs but the lack of customer service after the initial repairs was not good.
Drove over 4 hours to buy a used Toyota Tacoma from Derek who made the process as simple and painless as possible, it was well worth the drive and I left with one of the cleanest used vehicles I’ve ever seen at an unbeatable price.

Contacted Service Dept. Spoke with service advised Kyle. Explained my car was due for service. He set up appointment for me on the date I requested. When I arrived was met by service adviser and he went over all that was going to be done while I waited in the lobby. He put down protective covers over the seat and floor.. The work was completed in a timely manner and Kyle went over again the end results of what they done answering all my questions. Could not have been more please with the service. Kyle is a very polite and knowledgeable man. Will definitely use Chris Myers again and recommend them to friends and family.

Entertaining Vlog on fighter pilot C. W. Lemoines Youtube channel dealing with this dealership. Dealership tried upcharging C.W. based on incorrect tire tread depth which he later shows was a scam. Seemed like no one cared that the vehicle was not ready as it shouldve been when the buyer arrived, and they kept him at the dealership way longer than they shouldve. Im glad Im not local and wasted my time in the same situation. It was all captured on video, too, for his 300,000 subscribers!
We couldnt have asked for a better salesman than Kelly. He was respectful of our time and answered all of our questions. He didnt pressure us at all, but was confident and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to buy. After deciding to buy the vehicle, he stayed with us until we were completely done. I was surprised that your service department doesnt accept vehicles with over 100,000 miles. They made an exception for my 2011 Acadia as I had 104,566 but with a valid extended warranty. The service department did an excellent job and discovered a couple of other problems during their diagnosis, which they fixed under warranty. I was visiting from Missouri and really needed my car repaired before returning home.
I appreciated receiving email about certain vehicles that I might be interested in. Also, I loved the no pressure to buy. Matthew was very helpful along with Jason and they put me in my dream car. I love it!!

C. Williams appeared to be a great salesman. When I went in to purchase the suv he tried to get me to sign papers without reading, I asked him about the information he had not checked or explained to me, he was offended i asked. When he got to the papers explaining what was promised to me it was not correct and they did not want to make corrections and didnt sale me the suv a 45,000 dollar investment.
Appointment time was met. Everyone was curteous and obliging. maintainance on our GMC went quickly and we were heading home in record time.
I drove one hour to go to Chris Meyers because they had a certain used truck on their lot that I wanted to look at. When I arrived I was greeted by several employees. I was amazed by how genuinely nice all the the employees were. They were patient and made sure I was happy with a vehicle before we ever talked about selling it to me and made sure my family was taken care of the entire time. It did take a while (because of me looking at different options and driving multiple vehicles) but my wife and three kids were happy because of the way they took care of them. They gave me great deal on my Sierra and won me over with all the wonderful service from their associates and my salesman Kelly Franklin was awesome! I will recommend them to anyone I meet looking to buy a vehicle.

On March 26, a Saturday, I drove over to Daphne from Pensacola to look at a new GMC truck. I was a little apprehensive, because Its been a long time since I bought a new vehicle.Blaine Johnson was our salesman, and made us feel right at home. He answered all my questions, and the whole experience was smooth and easy, thanks to a caring staff.I know new vehicles are not cheap, but if you can say, at the end of it, that you and the dealership are both happy, then that is a win.This dealership is a winner, and I have only one regret. I am very upset that during my last visit at Chris Myers Service Department, the technician failed to place the oil sealant tight and my car leaked oil. I found a huge puddle in my driveway. I requested for the Service Advisor to send me a copy of my bill since he failed to provide me with a copy for the correct vehicle. I had purchased a service contract for oil changes. I will say it was not Mr. Shay! This particular Service Advisor did not exhibit the Customer Service that I am accustomed to receiving when I visit Chris Myers. I still have not received the receipt. I had two vehicles serviced the same day. I would highly appreciate a copy of the receipt for the services that was partially rendered.

I will never take my car to be serviced here again. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. They had my vehicle for 8 hours just for an oil change. I was told on the phone they were doing a 5 point inspection which was required before fixing the recall. I was also told on the phone the inspection was required and was led to believe I wouldnt be charged but when I picked my car up they charged me 70 dollars and tried to schedule me for another day to fix the recall. This was a huge inconvenience my husband had to miss work and now they want me to bring it back for the recall. Which I will not be doing! To top it all off the front driver seat was soaking wet not sure why. Worst customer service I have ever recieved.
The service representative, Shay Mathers, was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.. I had taken my car in for an oil change and tire rotation,but he let me know I had an outstanding recall. He got all needs done in a timely basis and I will definitely be back. A real pleasure.

Had some questions regarding the transmission, specifically not shifting smoothly when slowing down. And in the morning, when shifting into reverse to leave the house. I got a bunch of non sense explanations that didnt make sense whatsoever.... So I did some research on the Canyons on several websites who track consumer complaints. BINGO. Everything I was told was BS... There are problems with these vehicles transmissions and GM has yet to issue a recall, or a fix the problem notification.... This was the vehicles first service, and it went well and no issues were found. EXCEPT THE DENIAL OF TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS...EVEN ON A NEW VEHICLE...

My truck was involved in an accident there at Chris Meyers where the Tech hit another vehicle with my truck causing scratches in the paint of the rear fender along with a dent. My truck was polished and touched up but the scratches and dent remains. I was told I would get 3 free oil changes for my truck. My oil change and tire rotation was free that day. I appreciated the honesty and truth I was given. I did not receive anything in writing regarding what was promised me on my future visits.

This was my first visit to the Service Dept., and I felt I was well taken care of in a kind, courteous, mannerly fashion while professionalism was still in the air. There was a part needed for my car and it was taken care of in a prompt manner. The waiting facility is pleasant and comfortable. Scott was the young man who was my Service Advisor and he could not have been nicer. I am a Senior Female with little automotive knowledge and Scott was very patient with me and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I am pleased that I chose this dealership, and will return for my auto maintenance needs.

Bad experience with Service Advisor (Kyle) and Service Manager (Brian). I brought my Denali back in because it is having the same problem with shuddering when reaching speeds from 40-65 MPH. Scott (the previous service advisor) told me to bring my vehicle back in after 200 more miles if it starts again which it did. I called him and told him the problem was happening again. So he ordered a new torque converter which was supposed to be the final fix for the problem. Not only are the new service advisor and service managers above refusing to install the new part, (due to policy which they cannot provide any documentation for this new policy) but they are also refusing to flush the transmission as they did before which I was told they would. Now...Per Brian, I was told that they will not work on my vehicle at all even though this issue is covered under my standard GMC warranty.At Chris Myers GM Buick in Daphne Al, customer service is our highest priority. Not in the service department! These two men speak rudely to their customers and use bullying tactics to do everything they can do not to honor GMC warranties.Any further information needed I will be happy to respond.Emile Sliman

Two hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous. I scheduled my appointment for 9:00 am and did not leave until 11:00 am. This is not the first time this has happened either. They have no consideration for peoples time and do not keep you in updated on the status of your vehicle and why it may be taking so long to get done. I think because I have a warranty and my oil changes are free the day of they do not think of me as a priority. At this point I would rather pay someone else to do my oil changes and not waste my entire morning at their facility.
Great experience at Christmas Myers. The sales team was very nice, but the service department is second to none. Great team of guys work very hard to make sure you know what is happening to your vehicle. They can call you by name and seem to really care you are a satisfied with the service.
Went in to buy a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Sales person was really nice but when it came time for pricing they seriously lowballed the trade in value. We did our research and knew going in what the value was and they offered 5k less than the ROUGH trade in value even though the truck is in extremely good condition. Had the same thing happen at this dealership years ago and went to another dealer and they immediately offered us what the trade in was worth. Thought we would give Chris Myers another chance but can see now that we wont be going back. Very shady practice, shame.
