We used Jubilee to replace our old worn out floors and they did such a great job. Blair went above and beyond to help us find the perfect color and style. Everyone was so professional and hardworking to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend Jubilee Flooring, especially Blair.

BEWARE of this company. Have a one year warranty on my carpet and had to fight just to get them to rip it up and replace it with lvp in common area when my bedroom was THE WORST out of them all. They refused to acknowledge that so I ALLOWED them to stretch it....BAD IDEA. Causing it to back out nails on my baseboards and rip seams. Called them back and they refused to come and replace the carpet as requested to be done in the first place. They sent out the owner named TERRY who only came to BULLY me by RECORDING in my home. She was very mean and aggressive. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST CARPET AND FLOORING I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME AND THEN WASH THEIR HANDS. This is not a fake review and can prove otherwise.

Absolutely excellent service! These people know what they are doing and got me hooked up with high quality service and an excellent price to match. I purchased flooring with professional installation but they offer many products and installation of those items.

We have worked with many flooring companies, for our many renovations. The service at Jubilee in the showroom is top notch. The selection is huge, and the installation crew obviously knew what they were doing. Everything came out looking fantastic.

I contacted Jubilee flooring about installing some carpet in our new home. A guy named Chris came to my home looked around and supposedly did some measurements and said he would email me the next day with a quote. (2 weeks ago) never heard back from him. I called Jubilee flooring and they acted like they didnt care. They lost my business and not just mine, my parents wanted flooring too. Very disappointing. Stay away.!

I hired them for a job, they didn’t show up the first appointment. When they finally showed up they were in a hurry and laid my tiles all crooked and when I complained to them they charged my credit card without authorization and told me the only option is to redo it which would cost me . They did not reduce there price for the crooked tiles and bad job. Stay away from them .

BUYER BEWARE. I am terribly disappointed! Dont buy from this store. The salesperson C Woodward is no hardwood flooring expert! He even came to the house and still the flooring is mismatched and the finish worse!!!!! I will replace as soon as financially possible. DO NOT BUY.
