I’ve just dealt with Trevon/Trevion?, over the phone. I was calling to see if my contacts had come in . He told me that I was going to have to come back in and order them, (which is fine), but I reminded him I was there a week ago. I question him if somebody had forgot to order them. I then reminded him that I had an eye exam, was given my prescription and was given a trial pair of contacts by Dr. Elizabeth Robson. She dealt with me personally and said that she’d get them ordered. For the last 15 years, I would get a call within a week and whatever has been ordered, I would go up there and pay for them. His response was to let me know that the eye exam was just the eye exam. Dr. Robinson does not order any contacts and it was up to me to get it done. He said that I had to leave the store first, in case I wanted to buy contacts somewhere else and then come back in, if wanted to buy them from Walmart. I told him that that doesn’t make sense at all. It has never gone like that in the last 15 years that I’ve been a patient of Dr. Robsons’. I was there to buy contacts from Walmart in the first place! That was the whole purpose of having the eye exam!!! He wasn’t listening and was determined to tell me otherwise. I’ve had a predominantly good experience there but I suppose I was bound to run into a fool like this, at some point.

They called me and said my prescription was ready to be picked up drive down there and no prescription to be picked up sorry sorry wouldnt recommend them except for Joe Biden

The doctor and the older lady are nice. The 2 young girls that sit at the front as soon as you walk in are rude, and full of attitude. They even give attitude if you call.

In & out very quickly! Been twice now, a perfect experience both times.

This is not a good location. The doctor tried to charge me $45, even though the whole visit should be $10 with my insurance. She really doesnt seem to be invested, or serious about what she does, though she studied so much and spent so much to get to this point in her career. Its ok, but not good.

I have been using this eye center over 10 years. Dr. Robson and her staff are always friendly and helpful.
