Found a couple of hardbacks to read while awaiting my car repairs. And a couple of cans of mini-ravioli to eat for lunch. All in all, I accomplished what I set out to.

I love this store and shop here often. However i placed an order online because i needed bulk of the item and when i got the email that it was ready i went into thw store only to be rudely told i needed to come back in the morning to speak to a manager because they dont have it. Went back this morning and it was sitting up front the whole time. Definitely wont be doing store pickup again.

Im usually satisfied with this store that is close to where I live....however...this has happened to me a few times and Im very disappointed. If I purchase a number of items and ask that specific items are bagged separately....its become a habit of the cashiers to set them aside and those items get left behind. I call to come back for them and go back to the store but unfortunately the items AND my money are kept by the store. I know things are difficult right now....why make them more difficult with Poor Customer Service.

Upon walking in, I was not greeted with a “Hi, how are you” or anything, only bombarded with the yelling of the manager complaining about his employees. The yelling gave the whole store a hostile environment and I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism the MANAGER showed in the brief two minutes I was shopping.
