The worst experience I have ever had in a fabric store!! I make pageant dresses for girls all over the US and so I’m always looking for different fabric . I heard this was great place to get materials from. The man that works there was very friendly and helpful showed me some samples of what they could order for me.I decided to look in the sales row in the back said $3,$4and $5 . I dug a bunch around and found some white taffeta fabric . Was so excited because I had been wanting this. It didn’t have a tag so I brought it up to the front to find out the price. I asked a lady upfront and she said . That I must have pulled it down and that it doesn’t belong in the sale rack. So saying I was lying and tries to get it on sale!!! I said no ma’am it was back there is dug for it in the sale fabric. She repeated I must have pulled it down and that it was not on sale !!! Well saying I’m lying and all. I gave it to her and walked out. I was very upset to be called a pier and did no such thing. Do not go in here . You are definitely judged by the way you look

I am editing this review after the draperies I ordered were installed. I initially had some trouble getting an installer and the one that was referred to me did not respond. However, Rich Tex referred a second installer and he did a great job. More to the point, the quality of the draperies is very good for the price. I ordered pinch-pleated custom draperies in a linen-like fabric.

I was referred to RichTex by one of their amazing customers, and she was SO RIGHT. This please has beautiful fabric and customer service. I had an issue with a custom order and the owner Don, called me. His core values are if the client isnt happy, WE will make it Right and that is exactly what he did, and even offered to rush any custom order that they did in the store, that is the best mantra you can have a business owner. The store manager Dan, was exceptional with helping me with anything needed. I can from a very large city and this kind of service is unheard of. The Richtex owner, employees and managers are top notch and they make the same town life more welcoming than ever. Thank you for all of your help and making this store outstanding in every way.

When you walk into Richtex Fabrics, it is a cornucopia of color, patterns and texture. Rows and rows of eye candy to test your color perception. The staff are the most friendly and helpful people you can meet. The back room is like a stock exchange of fabric, buzzing with activity, they are tracking down just the right item from vendors from here to Timbuktu, quite literally. They do everything from Custom curtains to headboards and Ive even seen reupholstered furniture on their floor for some lucky Patron. When I finally get around to making my custom headboard, theyre going to be the ones to put that custom padding and fabric on it for me. They are fantastic.

Great place to shop for home fabrics! They have everything and you will not believe the beautiful fabrics at their prices! Very friendly people and very helpful! I will definitely be back!

Large selection of some beautiful fabrics. Im not into that sort of thing, but went with my wife and have to admit some of the selections were very nice and caught myself browsing. Staff was very nice and helpful.

After 3 years, I decided to check RichTex out again after not having the best experiences with my previous visits, this visit was a little better. The fabric selection is very good and the store is laid out well. Everything is easy to find and prices are fair. Employees seemed busy and since I didnt need any help with anything, interaction was quite limited.

Stopped in today...not one person said hi, may I help you, we will be with you in a minute. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes, walked every isle, didnt see what I wanted so I left...half way out the door someone yelled, thanks for stopping! $$$$$$$

First time at Richtex Fabrics today, it was a great experience. Selection was fabulous, prices were great.Both the personnel who assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mel was the first First experience with Richtex Fabrics was wonderful! Both personnel who worked with me were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowlegeable. Mel helped find several great fabrics for a commercial drapery bid. Her boss, Mr. Dan, began pulling wonderful samples of desired fiber content and look for the project and budget. I was in store a total of 3 hours, received all the help I needed as well as unpressured time to search through an amazing selection of various vendors books. I arrived wondering if Richtex Fabrics would be worth the 2-1/2 hour drive I had made, I left knowing it had been way more than worth the trip!

Service was terrible! So rude. The two older ladies go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable . Unless They think you are going tp spend tons of money,they are unhelpful and extremely rude. Will not be going back to support à business that treats customers this way. Overpriced aswell. Dont waste you time Unless you want to be treated poorly at a high cost.

Horrible Serivice - Ordered some fabric not long ago. Called the store and got no answer, after leaving a message, 2 days later I got a return phone call and I placed my order - lady I spoke with at the time was very pleasant. Then it took much longer then expected to recieve my fabric and I got concerned and called on 3 different days over the duration of the 3rd week after the date id placed my order - left voicemails stating my name and number twice and NEVER got a return phone call addressing my concerns or letting me know a date of when i should expect it to arrive.I did eventually get my order just over 3 weeks after placing my order - it was correct - However I was very displeased with the overall customer service I recieved with my order. ill look elswhere for my fabric needs from now on..
