This place was amazing. Let me give them 10 stars! The unit itself is great. Clean, nice. The place looks brand new and very professional. The employees, especially Mr. Bob, are super nice and helpful. I love this place and would never even consider using another storage unit!

This facility is immaculate and easy to access. We feel completely secure having our things stored here. The best part, however, is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to make your life easier. Fantastic experience with both Bob & Cheri!

As I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The entire process was smooth and seamless. The staff is amiable!!!

The facility is very convenient for me. The security is outstanding. I definitely feel like my belongings are safe in this facility. I completed everything online for the lease. I forgot my phone with my rental info and Bob in the office was very helpful in writing it down for me and showing me where my unit is in the building. Just make sure you measure how tall things are because I didnt and my 10ft. kayak barely fit.

After trying a few other facilities over the years, Extra Space is now my go-to storage spot for my short or long-term needs. Whether it was a tour of the property, or to help me figure out what would suit my needs best, Cheri’s help and friendliness has always exceeded expectations. The facility is always clean, safe, and secure, and on-site restrooms and large platform dollies for use are great perks. Highly recommend this place!

Bob was incredibly helpful to make sure that we were taken care of when moving to Daphne. His quick professional help made a part of our transition effortless and made sure he could accommodate our travel trailer so that we could store it when we got here.Without him we would have had a more stressful move!

In one sense, storage units are storage units. Theyre all made of the same materials, and have similar sizes and prices. What separates them, and glorifies Extra Space Storage, are the people who work there. At most places you become a faceless number; at ESS, Cheri and Bob go out of their way to find you the best deal, help you move in, and treat you as a good neighbor. They supply the best customer service of any business (not just storage units) in the Daphne/ Fairhope area. I would give them six stars if I could.

Hands down, the kindest and most courteous group of people I’ve come across in a long time. The property is unbelievable and well worth every dime. It’s heavily secure and there are no issues getting trailers or large vehicles backed up and unloaded. Get on the wait list if needed but this facility is where you want to keep your stuff.

I’ve had nothing but positives experiences while at Extra Space Storage. It’s a huge comfort to know that my belongings are safe, even through our hurricanes, and are in an environment where they won’t mildew but are preserved as well as I would if they were at home. Being greeted by name is pretty awesome, too, and never gets old. Cheri and her coworker are wonderful assets to the Daphne location. I can only hope that the other facilities have personnel that are as warm and professional as the two of them have been.

I worked with Cheri (property manager) on getting a unit locked down for a big office move from the FL area... she was amazing in getting everything squared away and working with our timeline and Accounting department on payment. Unfortunately the move isnt happening on our end... but if it was, i would totally use this Facility, great communication and friendliness!

We had an excellent experience at Extra Space Daphne. We needed a smaller unit to house some bulky items while we were getting ready to sell and move. Communication was excellent. Easy to get the unit and to close out when we left. You can set up autopay which is quite convenient. It felt secure. If we ever need more space in Daphne we will definitely come back to Extra Space. I highly recommend. 👍🏻

I had a unit there for 16 months, and they raised my monthly rate twice. Both times I was given less than 30 days notice. Thats why I dont have a unit there anymore.The place is nice and secure beyond that.

I’ve been a tenant at this facility for 6+ years. And out of my time there I had no problems with any of my items I’ve never seen any pests of any kind. This is huge for me because with my previous storage provider, Mice were a huge issue!! But not at Extra Space. The entire facility is always clean, kept at the same temperature, I always have complete confidence that my items were safe and secure. Cheri is fantastic!!! I definitely would rent there again!

The response time from an internet reservation to leased was less than 30 minutes and would have been faster if I hadn’t walked away from my phone moments after reserving online. Great facility and staff. I have used this facility in the past and I just rented another unit. I reserved online at a great discounted price, but did not have an exact date of move in. The staff were diligent on keeping in touch time insure that I received my discount and keeping me informed. When I cane in to sign my contract they made it easy and showed us multiple units and multiple different price options. Which was very useful. I highly recommend. Clean and very well maintained climate controlled.

As an example, if I had forgotten to pay my monthly fee and was late one day, she would always call me and ask if I was okay and if there was anything she could do to help me!
