I am lost for words on trying to describe this company, My experience was extremely 1000% satisfactory. I called them because they were close in my area and I needed my bumper fixed.I went up there to talk to them and they assured me everthing was going to be fine. Which it was. They helped me through the process and they even scheduled my rental for me and dropped me off to Enterprise. It took about two weeks and they did an excellent job, im going to upload an before and after picture. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back for future needs. The guy who works the front desk goes over and beyond for his customers and the skinny tall guy who does the work is very knowledgeable and helpful! These guys are awesome! They kept in touch with me every step of the way and fixed my 2015 Lexus PERFECT. They worked with my insurance company, but were very focused on what was best for me and my car. Can’t say enough about the workmanship and customer service !

I am going to say first that I am very particular about my vehicle... hand wash only and take very good care of it. Both left doors were smashed in. I got a recommendation from Joe Cotton Ford. I have to say that I am more than pleased! It took a bit longer than originally told but they were very respectful and helpsed me out because of the delay. Took our 2015 Mazda to Darien Collision after a poor repair at another shop. They clearly took the time to properly mount and align the new rear bumper and did a superior job of matching a difficult white paint. Easy to work with, friendly. My wife was very happy with how she was treated when she brought the car in for the estimate. Would recommend and will probably be back in the future.

My mini Van driver side outside door handle broke, I called so many shops they all said bring in the car and we will give you estimate. But Ken provided me with a quote over the phone, Ken was very helpful throughout, there was an issue with inside lock and from past and he fixed it with no cost also painted a rust area in my old Van. These people go above and beyond. I am very happy to have found good shop.

These guys are honest and upfront about everything. Theyll help you deal with insurance companies to get you back on the road quickly. They also have the most skilled painters in the western suburbs. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car.

Just finished having my 1972 corvette restored after 46 years. When it came time for the body work & paint .The car was shipped to Darien Collision Center. Now I know why, These guys are true perfectionists.To many people to thank at Darian Collision for turning my old corvette into a show winner. First, Rich the owner who said from the get go, my car would not leave his shop until the body lines & gaps were Lazar straight, and they are! From initial phone call to delivery of my car post-repair, the experience with Darien Collision was absolutely perfect. Not only did they do the job quickly and on-budget, but I cant tell there was ever any damage at all to my car. They did a phenomenal job, and were nothing but professional and genuinely nice!

What I loved about them is they never tried to fix what wasnt broken like those other competitors which is ridiculous. Scott the painter rocked I was speechless when I saw my car. So I went here based on the reviews and let me just say they are the best. I had a really good experience... I thought I was going to be screwed due to a panel on the door came off so I was in a bit of a panic. Ken not reassured me everything will be fine but he really did fix it and I’m no time while being pleasant🤗 any future problems with my truck I know where I’m going hands down😀

I came in today with my 2006 Honda Civic. The man behind the desk was very sweet and made me feel comfortable knowing I screwed up my own number by hitting something in my parking lot. He noticed I was upset even tho I had a smile on my face. He was reassuring everything would be ok. He gave me options. I picked an option and it was for a very reasonable price. He offered me water and a ride home was needed. He was very sympathetic and so very nice. Anyone who needs to go somewhere to get their car fixed. This is the place.

Great service and great work. Had them work on my 1941 Chevy street rod. I just dont let anyone work on this street rod.They went above and beyond and are very customer orientated. They kept me posted on everything and completed the work as promised.Great people to work with, and in my opinion the best around.The job they did was fantastic. Other shops were afraid to tackle this job but Rich and Scott said no problem and I was amazed at the outcome. My shop to go to from.now on. Thank you Scott for a great job!!

This body shop did great work, at a competitive price. I heartily recommend them, for their honesty, quality of the work, and their willingness to stand behind what they do. In my case, an issue developed, and they took care of it, where they could have stonewalled or not taken responsibility. If you are in an accident, thats the first thing to go wrong. Next, it will cost you money, even with insurance. Youll also be without your car while theyre repairing it. But then, should something remain an issue, you want a place that says if its out fault, well take care of it. Something remained an issue. They took care of it. I couldnt have asked for more.

I am very pleased with the help DCC provided us with. They did a great job on our vehicle and were professional throughout the experience. One of workers was even kind enough to drive me back home so I did not have to wait for a ride or use a cab. I highly recommend them!

Brought in my Mazda for a quote, they beat many of their competitors in the area. Excellent customer service! Ken and Rich are great to work with. Picked up the 3 series one week later and it looked GREAT! Very honest staff and they will not steer you wrong.

I had a pretty bad accident with significant damage to my car. This shop took my car in immediately, helped talk through things with my asjuster, and promised me to do their best work and within a reasonable amount of time. I felt so relieved and genuinely believed they would really take care of my car. The service was great and everyone there was so helpful and nice. I got my car back last week and almost cried seeing it all fixed! Everything looks amazing and the work done was exceptional. I recommend coming to this shop if you ever have any issues with your car! So pleased with the results and glad that I had this place take care of my car!

Darien Collision repaired my 2013 Chevy pick up that I thought was a total. The excellent work that was done makes it totally impossible to tell that it was ever damaged. The owner along with the staff are like family, they greet you with a smile and a handshake.. When visiting to get everything prepped for a repair, it was all smiles and handshakes and genuine. When it came to scamming my insurer, the real face of the owner became apparent.BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!Work quality was average.

Brought my 2006 Ford F-650 to Darien Collision to get some body work and paint. After being turned away by other body shops because the truck was too big to handle I call the guys at D.C.. I had an appointment the next day. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly and professional estimator who went over the vehicle with me. What I thought was going to be a complete paint job turned out to be a repaint and body work on the bed, and to buff out the cab with a few paintless dent removers. The guys were professional in keeping me updated on the repairs. The previous owner had done some substandard repairs on the fender flare mounts. It was decided that new mounts and brackets had to be made. Now Im thinking here goes the price thru the roof the guys did everything and kept the price very reasonable. After getting into the body work it was discovered that the complete passenger side of the bed was covered with Bondo. They informed me of this and it was decided that it had to be taken down to bare metal. Again a feeling of a over budget repair surprise was going to add to the finial repair cost. I was quoted around $2500 for the job, with all the extras and time spent on the job they only charged me an additional $800 for a true quality repair. I am completely satisfied with the repairs, and the truck and it looks better than it did when new!!! If youre looking for a body shop these guys really care about quality. I couldnt be happier with the true professionalism and timely manner the guys at D.C. did for me. Thanks again guys!!!

Got into a fender bender on a road trip to FL. Did some research on the best place around Woodridge to get my car fixed, and Darien Collision was able to get me in almost right away. I sent them the insurance estimate, and they ordered the parts before having me drop off my car, which was great that I got to keep it an extra couple days and not spend money on a rental to just have my Chevy collecting dust in the shop. They finished up in two weeks and one half day, which I thought was great based on the scope of the damages. I mostly spoke with Ken, and he was very kind and informative. Being a woman, I have to mention that I dont feel like I was assumed to be poorly versed regarding car parts and repair expectations, nor do I feel my naivety was taken advantage of during the process, which unfortunately still does happen in 2018, but not at Darien Collision. They also cleaned up the inside of my car, and told me to hold onto my copy of the receipt because their repairs are guaranteed, I believe he said for the life of the car, so if ever I realize Im unsatisfied with the work, I can take it back to the shop. Im very pleased and would definitely recommend Darien Collision to anyone, and should I ever have the misfortune of being involved in another accident, I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

If you want quick, honest estimates; reasonable solutions; good work; and down-to-earth friendly people—go to Darien Collision Center. These guys will do what you want, nothing more—unless more is better, and it’s what you prefer. I emphasize this because workers at other auto body places insisted on fixes that were more than what I wanted—that cost much more than I was willing to pay. And they wouldn’t offer other reasonable solutions to my car problem (caused by rolling back into a tree): a scuffed corner bumper that shifted slightly out of place; a broken tail reflector; and scratched and chipped paint. I dealt with three other places to find service. 1) Haraldsens Garage – where they insisted that the only solution was to replace the entire affected part of the bumper and said any other kind of work wouldnt last, and so they wouldnt do it. 2) Remes Auto Body – who also gave me an estimate that was more than what I thought needed to be done and too expensive. 3) Tom & Jerrys Shell Services, where I didn’t get very far. Someone was very rude to me over the phone when I asked some simple questions; he responded, “Im not gonna tell you a thing unless you get in here. But at Darien Collision Center, Rich (the owner, who is sincerely a good guy with wisdom about life and family) told me he would be able to shift back the bumper part and securely glue it in place, buff out the scuffs, retouch the paint, and replace the tail reflector—all for about 100 bucks. (The new tail reflector cost $66.) The work was done while I waited for about an hour, and they washed up the car, too. They even offer other courtesy things like vacuuming inside your car, and giving you a ride back to and from your place if work will take longer. I really like finding good people for good service! You’ll find the same here!

These guys at Darien Collision are nothing short of top notch! My truck was rear ended just recently and they brought the truck looking as if it was never hit. They went above and beyond with their work and made sure there were no shortcuts taken, all while still getting the job done in a good timeline! They were very willing to work with me and help me, they went out of their way and sent the truck to Line-X to get recoated and even got in touch with the guy who made the original custom decals on the truck all the way out in Canada to come to the states and re make the decals. Ive had other trucks of mine in the past at such shops like Todd;s in plainfield and these guys knock Todds out of the park! I would highly recommend and refer all family and friends to Rich and Ken for any type of repair! Very Friendly people and easy to deal with. Id rate more than 5 stars if i could!

Had my truck that was hit in passenger front end,truck was not drivable axle broke and all...was worried truck wasnt goin to be the same..but Darien collision made it happen truck came out the same way it was before the accident or even better Ken the guy who I was dealing with kept me informed on any updates...they made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome...if ever in another accident will definitely be back here to do my repairs...
