They seem to have all the parts in stock. Worthwhile to shop online before visiting store and making purchase. Wanted to relocate front license frame on new car. Looked in a couple of shops and couldnt believe price for simple metal or plastic frames. Online shopping showed prices half of what was offered. Went into local AutoZone found the piece I was looking for at a reasonable price. Will continue shopping AutoZone for my needs and continue to borrow tools not in my tool chest when making those major repairs. I almost never give five stars but my local AutoZone comes close.

Absolutely horrible experience and wait time of over 90 minutes. I wanted to replace my key fob battery and they broke my key fob and on top blamed the key fob - the key fob worked before I visited the store (but the battery was weak). I have left a detailed review on your website (Store feedback) - I dont want to name any names on a public review. I was glad to have a nearby friend pick me up. I have advised all my friends and similarly urge all of you to not visit this particular branch especially if you want something fixed.

Frank was incredibly helpful with helping me find what I needed and did way more than expected in helping figure out why my check engine light was on.

Everytime I go the store, i always have a great experience. They really know what they are doing and they do fast and quick. Also, they will explain the details whatever the question you have.

I waited a long time for someone to install a break light. The man tried 3 times but finally told me they did not have the correct bulb. I went to trac auto and they told me it was a clear bulb, not an amber one that the person said it needed. It took me 30 plus minutes at OReilly to not get a bulb. It took me 5 minutes at Trac Auto to get the bulb installed. The workers were very polite but not educated enough on what is needed

I am a teacher in the suburbs. My battery light went off while in the area. Jose C was my customer service representative. He helped me out immediately, and he was even about to clock out right before I showed up. He saved the day; if any District Managers see this or even Owners employees like this man will keep people coming back. Worked on my car in the cold and snow without so much as a single issue or gripe. 10/10. Give him more money and a day off. Store #1936.

Maria is extremely rude and condescending to her customers. I don’t know how she got the manager position but she definitely shouldn’t have been hired for it. Avoid her at all costs especially when doing simple returns, she’ll treat you like a criminal.

Just the other day I needed to replace my car battery and the whole crew was very helpful and informative, as well as kind and easy to converse with while assessing which battery I needed and installing it. For someone who doesnt know much about cars, this was an effortless fix due to how effective these men are. I would (and will) definitely return in the future.

The young man named Drew who helped me find and install wipers was really cool. He did one wiper and taught me how to do the other. I appreciated that! I will definitely get visiting this clean, nicely organized store again. Good job, Drew...old ladies like it when you dont treat them like old ladies! At least this one did!

Right when I walked in, they asked if I needed help right away. They didn’t wait to see me struggle to come and help. They were so sweet and beyond helpful with everything. I usually don’t go buy stuff for my car and was worried about buying the wrong thing but they helped me out with picking the right stuff for my car. Auto Zone is the closest auto parts store to my home. As such, I go there regularly for low cost or simple auto parts. However, when eve u need something more expensive or critical I go to one of the other guys. The reason for this is because Auti Zone only has a 90 day warranty and I learned the hard way that having to replace a part AGAIN soon after it was installed was bad; however, to then find out u would have to pay for the part AGAIN because the original part had exceeded the 90 warranty.

I went in to purchase 2 lug nuts and fog light for my Kia Drew was very helpful with installing the lights for me. I have been to Auto zone’s in the city of Chicago and the service is not so good. Thank You Drew.

The employees here are very good at those job..the main n crew in the morning is very knowlegable ..the 2 girls that work the main shift are absolutely some of the best friends be ever known ...they not only know the autozone system very well .they also have a super high mechanics understanding... I am only giving 4 stars because the type of parts sold here can be inferior...be sure to do consumer reviews on a part first there are some parts that are aftermarket that can actually damage your car after prolonged use.. some oil filters are lies..same with engine parts that I will not talk about here...just search youtube ..also the store makes up for such things by bringing quick and accurate parts system and other care care products

Drew was very helpful. Came in last night for new airfilters for my car *obviously * found the cabin air filter but needed help finding my engine air filter. Drew was very helpful, kind with a great attitude not making it seem like a chore. They didnt have my engine filter in stock but said he can order it and have it in next day. Sure enough they called saying it is in. Just picked it up, drew was there so he saw me and right away went to get my air filter. He let me double check making sure its right size / part and it is. Was very happy with the staff and their help.

I needed a new battery for my moms car. Drew made the process very quick and uncomplicated. He was very professional and reassuring and got the job done quickly and efficiently! I was on my way within twenty minutes. I will always go to AutoZone when one of my cars needs a new battery.

I am truly grateful to Drew at the Autozone at Cass & 75th St in Darien for assisting me on September 23rd. My Ford Focus was randomly not starting so I asked if Drew could test my alternator and battery. He told me to drive up alongside the store front, so I went back to my car to do so. It would not start. Drew readily agreed to come to the parking spot and test my car in the parking lot. I couldnt get it started even though he tried to jump start it with a machine he brought. He continued to try until finally we got it started. He was able to test both my battery and alternator and both tested good. My battery was low so he suggested I go home, charge it and then return to test the starter. I was so impressed at how Drew stayed with me until I was able to start my car and then provided additional advice. You hear about how Autozone provides free testing as a service - I never expected that an employee would stay with you if it required numerous attempts to start your car. Drew was so patient, caring, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond! I will return to his store when I need car parts because of Drew!!! Thank You Drew!!

Brian changed my wipers and the back wipers gave him a hard time. He always had a smile in his eyes and did a great job.

Drew replaced the brake light on my Honda today. He showed me how to do it in case I ever need to do it myself. He explained what to do and why certain things need to be done. Super friendly and courteous! Thank you again Drew!

I have been coming here for years for the little car issues that come up from time to time. I have always had good service and advice from the people working here. No complaints.

I called ahead to be sure they had my replacement headlights in stock as one was burnt out. Drew said he would hold the them for me. Walked in two hours later and when I mentioned I had called he greeted me by name and asked where my car was parked. I paid and he walked out with me in the snowstorm and changed the headlights in about one minute. Great customer service!

I wanted to purchase a battery that was in stock however it was not able to be installed. After waiting in line to actually purchase the battery, I was told that it would not be able to be installed because someone was on lunch. That is a scheduling problem and should not effect the customer. We took the $160+ to the next AutoZone and faired perfectly. I made sure to leave a stellar review for that AutoZone because they did a stellar job! (Waukegan)

Stood in an isle for 10 min looking for windshield repair kit. Not 1 person asked me if I needed help. There were 4 people standing behind the counter laughing and joking with each other. Must be nice to get paid to do that instead of helping people.

AutoZone is pretty good for most suto parts, however, their 90 day warranty on some parts is awful. Other auto parts stores in my area give a full lifetime warranty.

First time I ordered a part, the computer listed an alternative that was a high end upgrade. Said part did not fit. Not the employees fault so I was ok with it. Went back and ordered the proper part. When I returned to pick it up at the guaranteed delivery time they were not able to find it. They were not able to find it because they never ordered it despite the associate telling me I was good to go, it had been ordered.they need to train their staff better.

The security features on credit card purchases, needs to b revisited. Alternative methods...such as confirmation number provided to person eligible to pick up items purchased online.

This autozone sucks! Gave me a hard time. I bought a battery from a location far away from my house and decided that I didn’t need it and had never used it. I went to this location to return it with the receipt and they manager told me nope can’t help you. Didn’t even bother to check the battery to see that it wasn’t ever used. He was rude to me. I was pissed off. Guess what I went to the autozone in bolingbrook and was taken care of with no issues. If the item was 1 dollar I wouldn’t of cared but the battery was $300. I wanted my money back since it was a brand new battery. Never will I go here again.
