I really like this store. I rarely come across someone rude at this location (Darien) but this female was a bit snippy. I was told a lesser price by another sale person o the floor and she said, Well it came up $8.99. I still purchased it but its just how she said it that almost made me tell her to take it off my sale receipt, no matter how much money I had saved. Because of that attitude, I ant give 5 stars. Sorry.

This was our first visit here and Morgan was fantastic! We were using our app for the very first time and didnt even know we had coupons available, she showed me how to find them on my phone. They were very busy, but she didnt make me feel rushed at all. Excellent customer service!

I think I bought too much yarn. I walked and there was a sale! I had no idea what to make, just wanted to use my hands. Lots of wonderful holiday items.

The store is good for nearly all things creative and handmade. The staff people were all extremely helpful and friendly!The only complaint is that they had such a limited supply of macrame cords and supplies that I left empty-handed!

Went there in search of fabric to update my dining room chairs. The fabric selection seemed excellent, despite being unable to find one I liked enough to buy. I deducted a star because of the lack of staff available to help. I know COVID probably plays a role, but the register line was awful and fabric counter was just as bad.

Wife loves this place. Its almost like Michaels.

Check out was terrible. Three ladies stood behind a customer that was checking out. They didnt use the property way to walk to the checkout and then took forever to checkout. There were four of us waiting to checkout and not until I asked for another cashier did the first cashier ask for more help. Wasnt a great day there today.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure 8f it was busy I would find anyone to help because I only f I understand a few of them.

Went a little overboard. But I had lots of fun walking around here with my mom while my daughter slept in her stroller. They have a ton of variety of fabric (even more than some of the other Joann fabric locations) and they had lots of sale stuff.

I’m sorry...this is my second visit here and their customer service is extremely disappointing. They fail to communicate whether or not a product is available or not. I had to look for an associate twice to get an update, and twice the associate walked away from me.

Love JoAnn Fabrics because of their friendliness and the lady at Cashier greets everyone although shes busy. I love to look through the aisles to determine if there is something I would like to create. I would like to know more on their classes to create new projects.

Rude and lazy employees here. When I went up to two people to ask for help, one had to finish her story before I was even acknowledged.Then they had one poor girl at the checkout work about 5-6 people in line until one of the two previous employees came to help. Then when we were finally able to check out, she kept laughing when I tried showing the code in their app. I guess they are not valid for sale items but instead of explaining that right away, she just kept laughing and when I asked her why, then she finally explained.

Nice staff. Very helpful, unfortunately, out of the 6 fabrics I was looking for they had none. It is a shame but I will have to order from Joann website again! And they wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing!

Cute home decor, specific fabric like costume and fleece this is the place to go. And they have a nice selection of Girl scout fabrics

The selection is always hit or miss. It is arranged very well. It is always clean and things are, for the most part, easy to find. I, personally, return to this location because of the staff. There are easier Jo Anns to get too but this location has the nicest staff. They are genuinely interested in what you are creating, they are engaged in thier work, mostly knowledgeable about the products being sold, and are just kind - even though some of the costumers are not. I will continue to return to this location for the staff.

Very nice place for crafting supplies. Not just a fabric store but more like a Michaels or Hobby Lobby with aisles and aisles of home craft gear and materials. Of course they still have loads of fabric and often on sale. If you cant find what youre looking for, ask for assistance because they likely have it somewhere (fabric section could be a little better organized). This is a great option for your craft needs and highly recommended.

I ordered some items online and they were very quickly delivered to the JoAnns store. I like Jo-Ann Fabrics but not this particular store as much.

I really like this location. But beware, if you need help or a question answered, finding help will not be an easy task. I mention this to their management over a year ago and it has not gotten better at all. So, if I cant find what Im looking for or need ANY help, I leave and go to Hobby Lobby. I dont bother to complain or walk around aimlessly looking for help, I just take my lil money elsewhere.

Some lights were flickering, which is a minor threat for people with epilepsy so we couldnt stay long. Everything else was nice and the store is kept clean.
