I found out that most of the meat and cheese is delivered by UPS...and that cant mean that its extremely fresh. The owner was very rude and confrontational when I asked how fresh his food was. The wife was/is very nice, and very helpful. I heard the owner yelling at the person in the back because they were cutting something too large. I wanted to inquire about having them cater a dinner party I was having and when I heard him speak down to the workers, I took my business elsewhere. I also found out he owned and closed several other places around that failed...The display was great and the store is clean, however once you know that the meat and all that sat in the back of a UPS truck for days, it really took away from the quality of it. I only bought a few pre-packaged items.
