There was not even a lot of cars when I purchased this drink, not only did it take 20 min to get this drink. Almost half of my drink is missing, when I went to go switch it out the worker told me it was because of a “light ice” modification. I been drinking Starbucks for over 12 years and this is the first time this has happened.

I started using this location because the other starbucks near me wouldn’t let me place a pick up. I love this one. It’s a little further from my job but really worth it. I don’t know her name but the barista with blonde hair and bangs normally around 12ish is super sweet. I love her she’s always so nice and friendly.

I went thru the drive thru & ordered 2 black shaken iced teas. They were refreshing & delicious!

Inside Cafe is closed randomly all the time. Very inconvenient for people trying to quickly pick up orders. Since I can’t get a refund on my mobile order I have to waste my time waiting in this line. Not happy at all with this location

Ive been to two different Starbucks early afternoon (twice each) in the last two days looking for a slice of Lemon Loaf. They claim to serve their sweets all day long. No lemon loaf either day...a bit disappointing. I also ordered some sweetened Peach Iced tea today. I could taste no sugar at all. Waited until I got home to sweeten it. Maybe next time...

Spacious, friendly, fast.

I like this Starbucks a lot because of them getting every order right without any issues. However, the drive thru line can take you 30 minutes to get through. I’ve actually timed it to be around 26 minutes if you come after 9am.Quick tip: if you are passing by, place an order online through the mobile app and it will be ready exactly when the app tells you. So if you order and it says estimated time to be 10 minutes, it will be ready in 10 minutes. Haven’t had to wait at all this way.

Great ..had a pleasant experience no complaints. I even thought ok the time to observe how everything was running..the employees took good care of the customers and were all working on something..unlike most of the places I see in my daily routine ;)

75 St & Cass in Darien is the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been. Service is the slowest especially drive thru. Usually 20 min wait with 5 cars in line . This time was 30 min wait with 6 cars before me. This is happening every time.

Staff were very quick and efficient. Lots of coffee selections and a dine-in covered exterior section. Great place to pick up coffee on the go or meet friends.

The line here is always horrible well like any Starbucks but the parking lot makes it worse. That is why I was super impressed how fast we went through that line and got our drinks. The drinks were prepared well and the employees were friendly.

This place has the friendliest staff! I had no idea how to use the app, but they helped me through it! Theyre quick and the place is really clean and cute.

Shout out to Caroline at the drive thru who was super sweet and helpful when I accidentally placed my mobile order at the Starbucks down the street. I felt like a moron but she was so kind and whipped up my drink for me super quick, no questions asked. Much appreciated. Will definitely be back. Thanks Caroline!

Guy behind counter tells me to wear a mask while him and other employees arent even wearing theirs properly/lowering them and other customers arent wearing one at all

I dont know were to begin, they have so much praise from me. It like goung into your own home and enjoying your coffee. From management to the baristas they are PERFECT. I walk in and they all say Hi Jan, they all know my regular coffee and before i get to the counter my coffee is done.They are a great team together. I look forward every morning to visit my friends at my starbucks!

Located off of Cass & 75th in Darien. The lobby is a little inconvenient to get in and out of during busy times. There is a Chase bank next door, along with Chiba sushi house and Nothing Bundt Cakes. The service is always extremely friendly and the employees seem happy to describe any drink you ask about. Make sure you sign up for Starbucks rewards on the app so you can rack up points toward free drinks/treats. Overall a pretty standard location with a small seating area outside.

Drive thru takes a great chunk of time in the mornings but never a problem if youve got time. The only minor issue Ive had here is when I ask for extra pumps of caramel for my iced caramel macchiato, they are never extra.. and when I go to revisit and ask for extra x2 it always turns out the same. Otherwise this is a great starbucks and the employees are nice

Order online pickup, then waited another 30min for my coffee, and it was wrong, and the staff couldn’t provide a refund when I wanted to just cancel my order. Poor service. Do better Starbucks.

This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to every time I come here there’s a problem or mistake. Most of the baristas here have an attitude whenever I come. I live not even a minute away from this location which is why I come to it so often. There has only been 1 good experience when a shift manager was working and she was very friendly, and got my order right. I’m not sure what her name is but she has glasses and brown hair. She is GREAT. Some serious changes should be made with the other partners. I worked for Starbucks for 3 years and I know how they talk to me is unacceptable. For now on I’m going out of my way to get starbucks from a different location.

Drive thru was long. They ran out of my favorite coffee, white chocolate mocha. Didnt want to get any other drink but just this time. Guess they didnt have donut I wanted either. This is why I dont go there much anymore. Very pricey than DD. ah well...

Incredibly slow in the morning even when ordering before hand.

Slowest Starbucks in existence. 20 minutes via drive-through almost every time at least. This is in the morning, with the parking lot empty. Youd think the drive through would be fast as its the only focus. Theyd get 0 stars if it was an option, but the really friendly hockey fan lady in the drive through and Matt deserve 10 stars. Ive been here with 2 cars in the drive through and still managed to wait 15 minutes.

Dont know when they are open any more,hours had change so I stopped going.

When you go to a Starbucks you know the quality of coffee and food youll be getting, so what sets one apart from the next is the people who work at them.So when I say this location has the most friendliness, intelligence, and quick wit that at all points stays friendly and not overbearing, it truly offers the details that make good into exceptional.While I dont know if all shifts are so excellent at this location, Id recommend the morning shift to anyone. Anyone who has employees should find out what makes this crew so amazing and emulate them.

This location has become terrible. Bought an espresso frappe last week. Espresso was burnt. Came back 3 days later assuming it was an accident. Happened again. Went back today to try the honey almond milk white flat. Was served sour old stale coffee. It wasnt even drinkable. Please clean your coffee pot and use fresh beans every once in a while. Im out $19 for coffee I couldnt even drink.

Excellent service, very nice atmosphere, extremely clean, and great coffee! This goes for most Starbucks but I had to write a review of the consistent pleasant experiences Ive had going there. They are attentive, quick, and very detailed.

Worst experience in my life, after waiting 35 min in line to place an order we had to wait additional 20 minutes and then after asking they were not even aware of our order, by the time they figure it out what to do with this scenario I asked for my money back. The supervisor was very rude she didn’t even apologize. This Starbucks was amazing when they opened but the last several times is disappointing, I would never go back there, they just lost me as a customer and everyone I know.

Such a calming place, not too loud, not too quiet. Had a meeting there and we could hear each other perfectly and my coffee was made to my liking.

Very bad experience! Will never go back there again! Waited 30 minutes for my coffee when I asked about it I was told I already took it...Lady there was very mean. She did not apologize or offer to make my coffee. I did not get my money back either. I was told to stand in line to get my money back (7 people in line). Unbelievable. Very bad customer servise.

Their wall is really cool! I wanted to take a picture but I didnt want to bother the people sitting at a table in front of it. Oh and the service is great too I was promptly greeted when I approached the counter after I was done being memorized by their awesome wall about coffee agriculture.

Nice coffee shop, but it always seems packed in. Hard to find a seat. Convenience must be part of the charm. I had a hard time with my selection and did not get much advice from barista. I guess if you regularly go to a Starbucks, they expect you to know what to get...sorry guys I dont do Starbucks often.

Terrible service. Waited 35 minutes just to get cold sandwiches and my drinks wrong.

This location is unapologetically slow. It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another to drag your feet when you’ve got cars wrapped around the building just trying to get coffee. Why not ask people with long orders to pull over somewhere? At the very least, can you just say “sorry about the wait” at some point while I’m in the middle of handing you over my money? Need to reconsider coming here. Starbucks on Plainfield and 83 might be the better choice, or just the Dunkin’ across the street here.

This might be the slowest Starbucks in existence. Unless you go at some random time, the drive-thru is ridiculous. Same for the most part on the inside. Better to go to another one nearby.

Great staff and excellent seating. Plenty of regular hight seating (I think the tall seats are uncomfortable) and plenty of outlets.

Busy, so service was slower than normal. But outside of that its a regular old Starbucks, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Seems like the drivethru was the focus and was getting quicker service and attention.

Ordered a Caramel Frappe and a Cakepop. I was served my Cakepop and was waiting for my drink. And I waited.....and waited.....6 employees and not one asked if I needed anything. Finally I asked if they were making my drink and was rudely told I had to wait a minute. Horrible service. I guess Ill go back across the street to Dunkin.

Great location - its close to my work so its super convenient. I do not care for the morning staff though. I am a huge Starbucks fan and I wont come to this location unless its an emergency. There is a girl with curly short hair who has a stick up her butt and never smiles. I thought she was having a bad day but its been every time I come in. I came in this morning and didnt get a single smile and everyone was rude and that was my last straw. I will no longer go to this location.

Slow service. Cloud macchiato barely had any coffee. And they were out of venti straws. A disappointment for what you expect when going to a Starbucks.

I paid for a Venti Iced Macchiato.. once it settled the cup was only 1/2 full... For the price I paid for my drink I was very disappointed. I have never had this experience at any other Starbucks. Usually my drink is overflowed. Very bad rushed experience.

The baristas here are the friendliest Ive ever met.EDIT: Id forgotten Id already reviewed this place, so Im revising it to say that i was so excited with this location first opened up along my commute to work. Im moving this weekend and will no longer be driving by here, which makes me feel sad because the morning drive through staff is so friendly, upbeat and kind. Getting my coffee from them in the morning always makes my day!

While the coffee is what I have come to expect from Starbucks, the staff was very disappointing. I was there this morning to pick up a couple of coffees and while I was waiting in line several of the staff members were loudly making fun of a customer who called in to complain about an issue. Of course, it would be naive to think that this kind of talk amongst coworkers doesnt happen in private, but this was being done in front of the people waiting in line inside. Very poor taste and judgement.

My life improved 110% since this Starbucks opened near me, although I only treat myself once every couple weeks. Of course the coffee is the same at every Starbucks (wonderful) but what makes this place extra special is the delightful staff. I cant help wincing every time I hear the price, but after Amy smiles and says something uniquely witty as shes handing me my cup of promise, I know that today will be fantastic and its entirely worth it. If I ever venture inside Ill post an update on the staff there too!

The lady who takes care of the drive thru orders is amazing. I go to this location at least twice a week and never had a bad experience. She’s always very patient and friendly even when I am not sure about my orders bec it’s for my coworker she helps me figure out what it is. I hope you continue doing a great job! Great coffee, fast service, order correct. What more could you ask for? Oh, I know the Starbuck survey always ask if the employees made an effort to get to know you. Sadly not me nor the other 20in line. They did manage to prepare everyones order quickly and correctly, so that has to count for something.

Out of products on busy/happy hour days, & only allows 1 sale-priced item while some other locations do not limit qty. Also, sloppy sandwich assembly w/underdone [turkey] bacon... needs work!!!

FYI,Please dont go to the store during peak time. They loose track of orders and drinks dont taste the same.And Dont order anything that takes more than 2 minutes to prepare you will never get it.
